Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff, the doctor was very friendly and inviting, as well as a deft hand with that numbing needle and drill! Lol I came in with a mouth full of issues left over from my previous dentist, I didn't expect to get seen nearly as quickly or for them to be able to fix at least one of the problems the first day I was there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm eating without pain for the first time in months, the procedure itself was quick and painless, which are words you don't generally hear when describing a ROOT CANAL. Definitely happy I found this place!

Fantastic experience: The staff that I have had interactions with have all been very easy to talk to and fun, courteous/respectful and seem to really enjoy their job. Dr. Jones is an excellent dentist. He is very gentle and really cares about his patients. I have lots of crowns that he did for me and he wants you to be happy with them. They like to encourage you to do dental work before it becomes a problem but will do whatever you want and on your time table.

Negative experience: I like getting my teeth cleaned here as the hygienist have always been very kind, but every time I go to this practice they try to make me spend more than what I came in for even after telling them I will only be paying for a cleaning. The practice itself is extremely predatory. It takes every bit of extra money I have to come get my teeth cleaned since I have no dental insurance. Suggesting to go through with X-rays or a crown or Botox, even when I can’t afford it on a payment plan, makes me feel like they aren’t focused on giving me the actual care I came in there for, but feels more like they are trying to make an extra buck off of me. Especially after I decline these things….Then I can hear them clearly speaking about how to handle me before going through with the service I scheduled. I promise I am aware of what is recommended as far as X-rays, fluoride, and how often you should meet with the dentist. That doesn’t change the fact that I will not be receiving that service until I have the extra income or the insurance to cover it. If a person is wanting their teeth cleaned and only that, they should not be made to feel guilty or difficult for not doing the extra stuff. God forbid I want to take care of my teeth in an affordable manner. After several visits here, I’m sure I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office was super nice and patient! I had a root canal and I was super nervous. But they walked me through the procedure and eased my nerves. I didn’t even feel anything through the procedure and they were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Overall have no complaints!

He takes the time to just sit and visit with you and doesn’t push you through like you’re just another number. She made my daughter feel very comfortable to be in that chair and she deserves an immensely special recognition. Dr. Jones has a wonderful staff and he himself is a very friendly man to encounter.
