Fantastic experience: They are really nice. I had a lot of anxiety I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a teenager because I’m scared of going. I had to go though because I broke a tooth. The dental assistant and dentist were so kind and gave me all my options and went over my treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: My family is very happy with both doctors as they are amazing, and they keep their office run family-friendly. If you end up in the dental hygienist’s room 1, you’re in luck. She has been taking care of me now since they opened, and it’s always a pleasant experience. Front staff are always very friendly and informative. Goes along way! A+ Little things add up, and this office makes sure they are taken care of. All of these reasons are why the entire office gets 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient here for a few years. Honestly this is the best dentist practice I've had the pleasure of dealing with all my life. From the super friendly and helpful admin to the dental hygienist and the amazing female doc (I haven't really felt with the other dentist) I always enjoy my visits which is rare for a dental visit.

Negative experience: Friendly but insisted on doing X-rays even though I said I had them 6 months prior and insurance only pays once per year. The hygienist assured me they would be covered. Well they were not. I was charged $175, not covered. As a retiree that was a significant amount to have to pay especially when I told them it would not be covered. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appt. of what looks like to be many. Very impressed with Dr. Johnson. I am terrified of dentists and suffer from anxiety with panic attacks. After speaking with him I feel very comfortable with moving forward with the work I need done. The front desk was very helpful regarding insurance questions.

Fantastic experience: This was absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had. I don't like dental work and usually avoid it like the plague. However, I had a wisdom tooth that needed removal. I went in for a consultation, they had actually had a cancelation, and were able to remove at consult. I didn't feel a thing. Not the needle, or the extraction, which was done in a matter of minutes. Job we'll done! I will be returning to them for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Brushy Creek Dentistry! I’ve always struggled with anxiety about going to the dentist, but Letty (my hygienist) and Dr. Duffin have completely changed that for me. They are patient, kind, and truly take the time to make sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. Whether it’s a routine cleaning, fillings, a crown, or my Invisalign treatment, they’ve done an excellent job. I also really appreciate that they offer general dentistry, endodontics, and orthodontics all in-house—it makes everything so much more convenient. The front desk staff is fantastic—super friendly, responsive, and it’s always easy to get in touch with them and find appointment times that work for my schedule. Even my kids are patients here, and they’re treated with the same level of care and warmth. I honestly love this office and am so glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: We've been seeing Dr Brandon and hygienist April for the past two years for all our dental check ups. I have nothing but the highest regard for the professionalism and capabilities of both. From extraction of my wisdom tooth, our quarterly check ups, the fillings and the root canal and capping and cleaning, every single procedure has been a great experience for each member of my family of four. Their affable personalities, honest feedback and attention to detail amazes me and makes our visits so anxiety-free. Not to forget their awesome reception staff who make us feel so welcome, every single time. I highly recommend their services and would trust nobody else for our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Possibly one of the best dentist office I’ve been to. Staff and the Doctors were so incredibly warm, welcoming and were very consultative. I asked about there Invisalign options and they gave me everything I needed to make a decision and never once felt forced, or pressured to move forward. I needed a new dentist after recently moving back to Austin from New Braunfels, and this folks have my business for the foreseeable future. Couldn’t recommend them more! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve brought friends here several times, and I often recommend my massage clients to come as well—because their service is truly outstanding. The staff is always warm, professional, and attentive. The clinic environment is also excellent—clean, comfortable, and calming—just the kind of place I love. Fantastic experience: My favorite dentist office. ❤️ I used to live in Austin but moved back to Houston I tried other dentist offices for the convenience of them being closer but they don’t compare to Dr Brandon & his team so I drove from Houston today for a tooth situation which got fixed in a jiffy ❤️ Dr brandon & his team are the best as someone who’s dealt with many dentists due to my oral tumors, partials & etc they don’t compare to this dentistry. They’re very knowledgeable,kind & love a good sing along so if you’re down for a little karaoke while getting your teeth clean this is the place ❤️

Fantastic experience: Brushy Creek Denistry exceeded my expectations. Their staff was very helpful in making sure I got an after work appointment for my crown that had fallen out. Dr. Johnson was able to glue it back in without having to totally replace the crown. It was an old crown which he had not put in, so I really appreciated him not insisting on a new one. He did offer to replace it if it fell out again. The whole experience took 30 minutes and I didn't have to miss work.

The hygienist did a great job with my first visit. Doctor Johnson welcomed me as a new patient. After examining my x-rays, he advised me of other dental options in the future. There was no pressure to have anything done immediately. I recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My first visit there was mid-2023. I saw Dr Johnson and was extremely impressed with his care, his evaluation and the staff. I had a challenge with some teeth breaking, and he told me it's not unusual for teeth to move when we age, and suggested braces to help move my teeth where they were no longer hitting each other. I waited (with better insurance) until January 2024, and started Invisalign with Dr Duffin. I just finished the treatment, and am thrilled with the results. I've never had teeth look this good - and natural! She also did an amazing job repairing the broken teeth. I can't say enough, other than my heartfelt THANK YOU. This is an amazing place, so glad it's in my neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Dr Johnson has been treating me and so far the experience has been so good. I switched dentists because my previous dentist just wasn't doing that good and thorough of a job, I was still feeling pain in my tooth after a root canal and a new crown and thought my tooth would have to be extracted. It was as simple as fixing my bite that took away the pain. I'm so grateful I found this new place. Definitely going to continue treatments here.

Fantastic experience: I moved away some time ago but still go back for my dental work. They are just fantastic. The Staff and Practitioners are 10+. Very professional and super efficient. I don't think I have ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes for anything, they go right to work. That would be the only caveat I suppose, if you have anxiety and need a slower pace, not sure if this would be it. I don't know, I never asked. I appreciate they respect my time and do AMAZING work! They saved my face!

They confirmed my gut that there was no cavity that my other dentist told me I had and found a crack in my tooth that the previous dentist was ignoring. Need I say more? Negative experience: After nearly five years of being a patient at Brushy Creek Dental, I regret to report that my last experience turned into a prolonged nightmare due to serious issues following a routine filling by Dr. Cornelia Duffin. During the initial procedure, Dr. Duffin broke my tooth and installed a poorly placed chunk of filling, which I wasn’t made aware of until much later. The immediate aftermath left me with sharp, misaligned teeth and severe pain, which Dr. Duffin attributed to sensitivity, prescribing strong painkillers instead of addressing the underlying issue. Despite my return the next day with complaints of horrible pain, the problem was initially dismissed. It wasn’t until I insisted on seeing another dentist, Dr. Brandon, that I discovered through an X-ray that there was indeed a “microscopic crack” and an improperly placed filling. Dr. Brandon attempted to rectify the misalignment and advised a wait-and-see approach, which unfortunately did not alleviate the pain. Compelled by ongoing severe discomfort, I returned yet again, only to be advised that a crown might resolve the issue, which cost me $380. The crown installation was poorly handled, with the temporary crown falling out within a day, causing excruciating pain over the weekend. This issue persisted even after the permanent crown was placed. Left with no choice, I sought a second opinion, and a different dentist immediately identified the root cause: the crack had reached the nerve, causing significant inflammation. This necessitated an urgent root canal and antibiotics for the infection, which Dr. Duffin had overlooked. Overall, the ordeal at Brushy Creek Dental not only caused me significant physical pain and distress but also financial burden due to their inadequate and negligent care. Their handling of the situation, especially the failure to diagnose and effectively treat the complications timely, reflects a lack of professionalism and competence. This experience has undoubtedly ended my trust in their service, and I cannot recommend Brushy Creek Dental due to these grave oversights.

Fantastic experience: Came in with my daughter for her cleaning appointment and there was a last minute cancellation and I was asked if I wanted to get a cleaning and exam. From the front desk staff to the Dentists everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I have some major work that will need to be done and was feeling a little embarrassed. However there was no judgement feeling coming from Dr. Duffin and staff, they made me feel so comfortable. I was even greeted by Dr. Johnson who was also very nice and also gave his input regarding my treatment plan. I'm so glad I finally found this place! Thank you all for your kindness!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a cleaning today and while my mom was waiting on me they decided to fit her in on the schedule too! All the staff was super friendly and of course so were the doctors. They were thorough and quick ☺️

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at Brushy Creek Dentistry, I am extremely pleased with my experience. I was greeted with smiles and kind personalities as soon as I walked in. The office is bright and tastefully decorated. My hygienist, Liz, welcomed me to the exam room and made me feel very comfortable. She is personable, super friendly, detail oriented, and thorough in explaining the processes involved with my cleaning and exam. Dr. Duffin was also lovely, patient, and very considerate of my needs with treatment. She went through my x-rays, was great at explaining the details, and put together a very reasonable treatment plan. In my past experiences at different clinics, I have had to prepare myself for "the estimate". My quote today was very reasonable and I sincerely feel Dr. Duffin has my best interests at heart. Finding a dentist can be hard, but I am very thankful I stumbled across their clinic on google maps and gave them a shot. It feels good to leave the dentist office with a smile, not anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient and was treated with kindness, care and compassion by not only the office staff but the Dentist as well . He was just down to earth easy to communicate with . I feel I received great support we established a game plan and the whole team made me feel like this is the Denial Office for me . My wife was a new patient with them earlier in the year. She had told me the staff and Doc were great . New Patient for life !

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment here and I was very impressed. Tina did a very careful job cleaning my teeth, and she was very understanding and accommodating of my tooth sensitivity. Dr. Johnson was very thorough, explained the issues he was seeing, and provided a treatment plan. The office seems very organized and professional. I had a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience, it was obvious during my exam how much Dr. Johnson cares about his patient's health and their concerns above just making a quick buck. Currently I have no dental insurance and after my last experience at another practice as a Cash patient I was already hesitant just going in for an exam. He showed me my x-rays, went over areas that were a bit of a concern but instead of pushing for expensive treatment as you would expect a business to do, he surprised me and told me he thought we could hold off on treatment as long as I stay aware of the area and continue to give it special attention and monitor the area at future checkups. Even the cosmetic concern that I brought up ,(and "knew" would be in the hundreds of dollars range) I was informed could be addressed an easier and far less expensive way at a fraction of what I expected.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr Johnson and the whole staff! Such a friendly and welcoming environment- Dr Johnson did some work on my 10 year old son and talked him through the entire appointment start to finish. My son left the appointment loving Dr J and Monique saying they were the best !! - April the hygienist is also amazing! Will always recommend this office 100%

Fantastic experience: The doctor and his staff are just wonderful. I had a tooth that was hurting and they saw me the next day after I called. They worked up a plan for me with my insurance. They were so thoughtful and so caring. I can’t say enough good things about that entire office thank y’all for everything. ♥️
