Fantastic experience: I am very happy with DaSilva Dental LLC. I have been a patient of their office for about 12 years. I had a problem with a tooth and Dr. DaSilva explained to me what the problem was. I was referred to an endodontist to fix the tooth. After the fix at the endodontist, Dr. DaSilva will complete the work. Great office. Very easy to work with. Update April 24, 2025. Dr. DaSilvas office now has their own endodontist. My husband used his services and said he was great. Update: another appointment with Dr. DaSilva and off to the periodontist, then Dr. DaSilva will fix the problem tooth. Excellent dentist.

Negative experience: If you're going to treat a patient with more than 10yr history of always paying on time like you did, I have no choice but to find another dentist.

Positive experience: Staff are great! Not thrilled that I have to wait 10 months for my 6 month check up for the second time. It is important to get 6 month check ups so I feel this is not good service.

Fantastic experience: I love that this office has very early and late hours. This is just one example of their great services. I broke what I thought was a piece of a filling. I contacted them the next morning and they were able to squeeze me in for a very short consultation the following day to check the damage and make sure it wouldn’t get worse before the following week as we were coming to the weekend and I was afraid it would get worse and painful. Turned out it was part of a crown, but it was not affecting me and there was no real damage done. It was smoothed out right then and there and off I went. They have fit me in for other 911s always doing their best to get me in. This is probably the first time in my life I don’t dread going to the dentist. And I’ve had many many issues since I was a child so it’s normally a painful experience even just cleanings. My hygienist is extremely careful and my cleanings are as pain free as possible. I don't have to remind them every time, she keeps detailed records and remembers everything. From the receptionists, to Dr. DaSilva and the hygienists, especially Carol everyone is pleasure to work with.

However now I’m back. I have anxiety going to the dentist just from childhood experiences and I cannot tell you how happy I am to be back! Positive experience: Cleaning with carol was great as always. My only complaint is that I have to wait until August/ sept to get my fillings done. Thats 2 months from my cleaning. I asked to be put on a cancellation list so hopefully I can get in sooner. Also my cleaning was rescheduled for March! That’s 9 months. What happened to every 6 months?

Fantastic experience: This is the very best dental team I have ever been to! The staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Their annual savings plan is well worth paying for & saves a lot of money if work is needed to fix something or in case an unforseen emergency happens. My favorite part about going there is when I did need a filling, I explained the anxiety & fear trips to the dentist instilled in me from past dentists that were very unprofessional & downright mean to myself & my family. Dr. DaSilva listened to me & assured me I would not feel pain under their care! I can testify that is true! I am now relaxed going to their office & fear has given way to trust. We haven't needed any work done for 3 years because of the extremely high quality care provided there. With their savings plan we receive 2 cleanings & a round of x-rays at no additional cost. If you need a good dental team or have had a bad experience with another dentist, I recommend changing to this office. These professional people will treat you right & show you going to the dentist doesn't have to be a traumatizing scary nightmare.

The office team is “on the ball” with scheduling and reminding you of appointments.

Positive experience: Always an excellent experience. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because securing an appointment is challenging. Waiting months to get a crown meanwhile can’t drink cold beverages while I wait it less than ideal. Also long wait to schedule a cleaning. That is my only frustration. Otherwise, great.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. DaSilva’s office yesterday for a cleaning and they were great from start to finish! The administrative team contacted me about paperwork and insurance cards a month before my appointment to avoid delays or hold ups. My hygienist was so sweet and thoroughly explained what she was doing and periodically asked how I was doing throughout the entire visit. When the dentist came in he thoroughly checked that everything was good and asked if I had any questions or concerns. All in all, great experience!

Negative experience: Experience was ok. However, dental chairs NEED water for flushing the patient's mouth and a cupidor for spitting during or after procedures. The lack of these items makes the experience subpar. The dental suction device is not enough, and I had to use the handwashing sink twice doing my last cleaning. Please fix this.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with Dr Brian DaSilva. He was repairing a filling that fell out of my front tooth. When I am nervous I tend to talk a lot (I hope I didn’t bother him too much!) He was so nice and gentle and I felt he took his time. He did a wonderful job on my tooth, I am very happy with the results. I thank his assistant also. Thank you Dr. Brian and I am so happy to have you as my dentist. Fantastic experience: I had moved from FL and needed to go to the dentist to meet an HEP requirement for insurance, so my coworker recommended this office. Everyone was so nice & they walked me through step-by-step the processes they were going through. During the cleaning, she kept checking in to make sure I was okay comfort-wise which I appreciated, as I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. My teeth feel like new, thank you! Dr. DaSilva was kind and understanding, as other dentists have passed judgment that I still haven’t removed my wisdom teeth due to the costs and what not. I highly recommend this office, especially if you have any dentist anxiety!

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental cleaning today. I went in with complaints of grinding and clenching my teeth at night. Dr McKenna recommended an over-the-counter mouth guard to try before getting one from the dental office. The mouth guard worked great! I will get fitted for the professional one at their office as soon as they check it through my insurance!
