Fantastic experience: Eastfield Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is a great place to come for children’s dentistry needs. My son has been coming to this dental practice since he was 5 years old and now he is 14. Whenever there is a problem with his teeth, they thoroughly educate both the child and the Parent on what needs to be done or what corrective measures should be taken. The staff from the Dentist, the Hygienist, and to the front desk staff, they are very helpful, generous, and kind and will do whatever they can to make your visit pleasant. In addition, they are patient and will work with you to ensure that both your questions and children’s need are answered and met.

Positive experience: Mostly good experiences. The dentist does well however for insurance coverages you will need to double check behind the staff for a treatment price, they have been wrong with multiple clients. Other than that solid 4/5.

Negative experience: We are no longer patients here and I do not recommend this office. The scheduling system is a mess — multiple times I booked appointments only to be told later that the times “weren’t actually available.” This happened repeatedly, which made it almost impossible to plan around. The front desk staff is unhelpful and often rude, and the people answering the phones do not seem trained or capable of giving accurate information. Overall, the office feels disorganized and unprofessional. If you are looking for a reliable dentist, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Negative experience: If I could give this a 0/5 I would. They were great, and I don’t know what happened but they have turned horrible and unprofessional. Walked right past the desk when asked about scheduling another appointment.

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism shown by this dental office during my children's recent visit. My mother brought my children to their scheduled appointment, as she often does to support while I’m at work. Upon arrival, the office had my 4-year-old's name confused with another patient and also had the wrong address on file, both basic details that should be handled with care and accuracy, especially in a pediatric medical setting. After pointing out these errors, I was contacted and told I needed to sign a consent form for my mother to bring them, a form I had already signed in the past, but they claimed they could not locate it. When my mother expressed her frustration and I informed the office that this would be our last visit due to their lack of professionalism, the receptionist responded dismissively, telling us we could "remove them today." The office then refused to treat my children and effectively dismissed them from care on the spot. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially toward children and families who rely on support systems to ensure their children receive the care they need. I will also be filing a formal grievance with my children’s insurance provider regarding this incident. It’s also worth noting that this office runs monthly raffle giveaways as an incentive for patients to leave them reviews. Many of the positive reviews appear to be motivated more by the chance to win a prize than by genuine experiences, which can be misleading for new patients seeking reliable care. I would not recommend this office to any parent who values professionalism, accurate record-keeping, or respectful communication.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this Pediatric office. My child had a scheduled sedation appointment, and we were left waiting for an unreasonably long time with no clear communication or updates. This was incredibly stressful for both my child and me, especially given the nature of the procedure. When I brought up my concerns, the manager, Rosy, was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than helping to resolve the issue, she acted as if our time and comfort didn't matter. I expected more empathy and organization from a pediatric office, but sadly, this was not the case. I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this practice to any parent looking for respectful and timely care.

As a parent, reliable communication is crucial-especially when it concerns children's health. While the in-person care may be good, the lack of responsiveness over the phone affects the overall experience and trust in the practice. I hope they consider improving their phone system or staffing to better support their patients' needs.

Negative experience: Given the positive reviews, I expected a much better experience than what I went through. The staff was very friendly, however the services provided to my child were not as thorough as I am used to and left me feeling like I did not get what I paid for. Not only that, but there is a manager there that was snappy, disrespectful, and not kid-friendly whatsoever. The lack of professionalism was shocking. I asked the staff for the person’s name since I was expecting her to be regular staff, but was appalled when they told me she was a manager and her name is Rosanna. I do not plan on returning here again.

Negative experience: Based off of the reviews I was excited to find a pediatric dentist office that is very knowledgeable and friendly but upon receiving treatment here for my 2 year old son I was very disappointed. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming but the hygienist and dentist we saw I would not recommend. After having his teeth cleaned the dentist came over and took a look at his teeth for what felt like 30 seconds and after reviewing his teeth she looked at the hygienist and asked, “give me the number”. We were told he had 7 cavities and that our options were, to leave them alone, put him to sleep and have them filled, OR try and fill them with him awake and when I tried to ask for clarification on the cavities we were just told that their job is to give us all of our options. This morning I took my son for a 2nd opinion and as the new dentist thoroughly looked at his teeth and cleaned them said he was 100 percent confident he didn’t have any cavities and had some of the best oral hygiene he’s seen in most kids. If you are looking for a dentist office that will scam you and try to convince you your child has an issue then this is the place for you if not otherwise I would not recommend at all and I’m very disappointed I waisted mine and my child’s time going here. The reviews are all deceiving and I wonder how many patients teeth they are filling for no reason at all to just make some money.

Negative experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I brought my son to this place at two years old to have his teeth looked at. When we got here, we initially thought it was a nice place. The front desk people was pretty friendly. When we got to the back on the other hand, it was a big open room with every kid in there and I didn’t like that very much and then they get to look at his teeth. They looked for about 30 seconds without even picking at the “spots” and then they say your son has seven cavities we’d like to put him to sleep to get these fixed I said there ain’t no damn way in hell my son has seven cavities let alone am I putting him to sleep. So I took him to non Medicaid highly recommended place this morning and was told he had NO cavities at all. Do not go here. It is a straight waste of time. You will be very disappointed and it’s nothing but a medicaid scam!!! If you made it to the end of this review trust me these people are loonies.
