The staff both the dentist and dental assistant were very welcoming, patient, kind, & caring. In addition the process was smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Dentistry for Children Maryland.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist Ms. Cheryl down to the dentist…. The experience was top tier! I called this morning, in complete panic mode due to my daughter falling and losing teeth. Fantastic experience: They were fast. Super kids friendly. They understood how challenging it is to find a pediatric dentistry. My son is 3 and had his first dentist appointment today. It is suppose to be when the child turns 1 but that’s how long I have been looking for a pediatric dentistry. I would recommend.

Negative experience: My children have been coming to this office for years, but today’s experience was deeply disappointing. The dental hygienist completely disregarded my daughter’s right to receive empathetic care and to feel safe and comfortable during her visit. When I voiced my concern about my daughter’s visibly awkward and uncomfortable position in the chair—her arms gripping the sides, legs stretched forward, and her lower body suspended off the seat—the hygienist ignored me and continued with a rushed and seemingly inadequate cleaning. When she finally responded, it was not with concern but with a dismissive, “She said she is okay,” before continuing without further acknowledgment. She then finished abruptly and walked away without another word. Her actions gave the impression that she was more focused on quickly completing the procedure than on my daughter’s well-being or my parental concern. This level of disregard is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality of care children deserve.

Fantastic experience: My daughter 4. Came in and was initially nervous. The staff was so friendly, asked questions directly to her and her put at ease. She was laughing and smiling the entire time. We were also in and —out something I can appreciate. Both the front office and back office was professional and knowledgeable answered any questions I had. Educated me on concerns I raised. Assuring me that there was nothing to worry about. 1000% kid friendly. You are walking into an office dedicated to kids being the patient.100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! My children love all the arcade games in the lobby and it really helps get them in a positive mindset before our appointment. My child was having some anxiety about her cleaning and Haleh, our hygienist was absolutely amazing! She went over every step for the visit and even let my daughter hold the tools. Dr.Milo is so kind and very thorough as well. We have been attending for years now. We always have a good experience with the front desk staff, office staff, and the hygienist and dentist! Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! This is by far the best dentist that I have taken my children to. My son had a cap loosen off of his tooth that was put in a couple years back (from a prior dentist), he was in pain and it made it hard for him to eat. I called around to multiple dentist and could not get him in. I am glad I found this one because as soon as I got on the phone with them they were so eager and quick to help, they got him in within the hour and got his tooth out the same day, they also wen ahead and pulled another cap that was starting to loosen under the gums per his X-rays so that he wouldn’t have trouble in the future. These dentists were so personable and caring with my baby. They took their time with him, gave him plenty of time to relax and make him comfortable in the tooth pulling process. They are AMAZING! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Customer service was great from my first interaction to my most recent. Ms. Tracie at the front desk was great to work with, she made the patient registration process and transferring of records a breeze. She adds a great sense of warmth, comfort and personableness to the practice which is important to families in need of dental care - especially if it’s for an urgent matter. I am so grateful for Dr. Coulter! He worked on both of my children, one in the dental practice and my youngest in the OR at the Surgery Center for Children. Both times he practiced with great bedside manner and effective communication skills, being as forward and direct with me as the parent. What I appreciate the most is the ethical practice of pediatric dentistry. Dr Coulter considers the patient’s tolerance and need for treatment as he treatment plans…. The aesthetic of his work is impeccable! My toddler had surgery in the OR and was back to himself within 24 hours. The OR staff was great, especially the treatment coordinator and nurses.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office!! They’ve done great with all 3 of my girls. Very personable. Wonderful atmosphere, even old school arcade games in the waiting area, and kid friendly music playing on overhead speaker & televisions. The kids can even watch while laying back in the exam chair. They also provide recommendations and referrals for offices if your children need additional work done. Good communication and easy scheduling. Could not have picked a better place years ago and for years to come.

Negative experience: Completely missed cavities in my son's mouth for years. We were going regularly and they gave him a clean bill of health, when we switched dentists to an adult dentist that is highly recommended, she found multiple cavities that they missed. :(

Fantastic experience: My grandson had his 5th visit. I am not as nervous as I was during my first visit. Everything when well. Like with the last visit, Dr Charlie was also with my kid's dentist. His staff really knows how to work with toddlers with various challenges. My grandson didn't want to wake up this morning. He was very cranky. He clapped his hands saying "yay", when his exams was finished. I am looking forward to our next 6 month return appointment.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant and the dentist came into the room and explained the procedure to me, letting me know that my daughter would be fine afterwards and that she could eat immediately after the procedure. They got started and finished within 20 minutes. She got a filling and 3 teeth covered. The dentist is awesome, because my daughter said that nothing hurt her and that she wanted to go back to school.

Positive experience: From the front desk to the ladies that prepped my sons for service, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Specifically, Hygienist Naeemah, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was awesome. She spent time and attention on the services provided to my child today. She was intentional about her work and taught my son how to manage in between visits. People like her are so appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The service is always exceptional, my son (and I) LOVE playing pac-man while we wait, and the office manager is the sweetest person! I love that I see her helping the office staff when it gets busy! The staff is always super pleasant and professional. I have moved farther away, but continue to take the long drive because of the quality of service we get!

Negative experience: Zero stars if I could! Do NOT bring your child here. My son, who is deaf and has ADHD and autism, was given laughing gas during his visit. Instead of providing the service, they refused to continue and left him unattended. This led to my son blacking out and falling to the ground, and shockingly, no one in the office stepped in to help him. Their office might look nice, but don’t be fooled. They showed a complete lack of care and compassion for my child’s well-being. To make matters worse, they are still trying to charge for a service they didn’t even provide one that nearly endangered my son’s life!! Also, don’t trust their good reviews—they’re completely misleading. Based on my experience, it’s clear they don’t care about their patients, especially children with special needs. If you value your child’s safety and well-being, avoid this place at all costs. Their negligence is unacceptable.

Positive experience: Good children's dentist in North Baltimore. Kids love the video games in the waiting area. Get your appointment well in advance, and ask whether recommended orthodontics are for health or aesthetics before accepting.

Fantastic experience: I just left this practice and I must say it's one of the best customer service I have had from any practice in a long time. Miss Cheryl, the attendant at the front desk, was so courteous and professional. She squeezed us in to have a dentist see my son, despite being a walk-in. He evaluated him and came up with a Care plan to get him treated before the end of the year. I would recommend this practice ! Keep up the good job!

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works here is lovely, professional, skilled, and kind. I see kids of all ages, some so tall they barely fit in the chairs, and I can totally understand why they want to keep coming to this practice. Treatments and assessments of the mouth are explained in terms both children and parents can understand. The physical space is bright and cheerful; the hygienists and other workers are talented and kind. I wish I’d had a dentist like this growing up, it’s a treat to visit them. Also the giant old-school video games in the front waiting area are genius, my kids are always sad that we don’t have to wait long because they’re so well-organized (even despite parents like me who are habitually late, alas!). Proximity to Specialists in Orthodontics is a huge plus when one needs to go that route; parking is easy and free.

The visit was pleasant, they were patient, knowledgeable and very accomodating to our special needs. I have been looking for a place like this for a while and feel at ease now. We will be return for our bi-yearly exam etc. Thank You for easing my anxiety surrounding finding a new dental office for my little one.

Everyone was friendly and worked like a "well oiled machine". Wish there was an adult office like this. Positive experience: A lot of arcade games, children friendly place. It’s clean with friendly staff, front desk staff was okay. I was expecting a bit more patience and a positive experience from the “what to expect on your first visit” video online with my first timer toddler but I guess that’s asking for a bit too much since they have a lot of patients to see. He cried during the quick tooth brushing which I didn’t want to happen but I guess it’s normal… overall experience was not negative- dentist was kind and thorough. We’ll be going back for the second visit regardless.

The staff is always friendly, patient, and welcoming, making my kids feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My kiddo is pretty serious about his oral health, flossing and brushing every night, and I owe much of that enthusiasm to the wonderful hygienists, dentists, and receptionists at this practice. Staff was very hospitable we didn't feel uncomfortable. They walk us through step by step as they were examing and he loved the fact he walked away with a balloon and sticker.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVED this dentistry clinic for my children. We brought our son in to be looked at and the 2 gentleman that saw and took care of him eased my emotions. Fantastic experience: This was our first time here. The office presents well. It is clean and well lit. They have a few arcade games for the kids and comfy chairs for the adults in the waiting area. The area for patients in kind of cramped, but the dentist assistants more than made up for that. They were polite and made my son feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: We have been going there for about 3 years now. Both my boys have had dental cleanings, my oldest some serious dental work & my youngest trauma to his mouth that they took great care of. They are kid focused & friendly from the minute you step in the office. There are games for the kids while they wait, the staff is warm & welcoming, the hygienists are so calm & patient & the dentists help make getting a checkup fun. Toys are even given in their post checkup goody bad. We will be going there until they tell the kids they can no longer see them as they have grown too big & need adult dentists.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful for kids. My kid actually looks forward to going to the dentist, and is excited when I pick him up from school to go. They have arcade games and a kids movie in the lobby. During the cleaning the staff is super friendly. There is a television right above the dentist chair, which distracts him from the cleaning they are doing. And after it is over they give him a goodie bag that he is always so thrilled with. 5/5!

Negative experience: My daughter was seen in this office and they told me her teeth were perfectly fine! I totally disagreed and got a second opinion! They new dentist told me that her teeth were in such bad shape! After 5 crowns later and 3 pulled teeth she is finally where she needs to be! Please be careful taking your kids to cross keys dental

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars Across the Board What a wonderful experience! Clean facility, Professional staff and not far from home. I call at 7 am for emergency services and by 8am I had received a call back and a same day appointment for my son’s emergency dental needs. Barbara was so extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Dr. Terri was absolutely wonderful with my son during the dental exam and made us both feel relaxed and welcomed. This was our first time visiting and I only had to bring my son…But they didn’t know that we are a family of 5 and will be scheduling appointments for all of our children. We highly recommend Dentistry for Children Maryland.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with this office. We were running late recently, and they still accommodated us. Kim, a hygienist, is really sweet and makes our 3 year old super comfortable. She was actually able to do a real cleaning on him. They have a super fun waiting room and give great goodies after the appointment.

They were able to make her experience very enjoyable. She is already asking me when we are going back. Her practitioner, Keith, was very detailed on what we need to work on with her when it came to brushing her teeth and flossing. Whereas other practitioners would say she needs to floss more and not give a better explanation. I definitely recommend taking your children here!!!!
