Fantastic experience: I had a crown that fell out on a Friday night and I called the office Monday morning. No one was available to answer my call, so I left a message. No one called back, so the next day I called again, and again had to leave a message, and still no call back. Finally with the third message, someone called back. Once I had the opportunity to talk to someone, I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. I like Dr Werleman; she does good work. However, I’ve thought about switching to another dental practice because of the difficulty in contacting office personnel.

Fantastic experience: Kirsta is always so warm, kind and friendly when I come for my cleaning. She makes me feel very comfortable ☺️

Fantastic experience: Today was an outstanding exception to the norm. There was no just a quick look and rescheduling. They took the time to do a complete explanation of the problem I was experiencing. Then a full exam. Including a full x-ray and testing of the Jaw and affected musculature system. The treatment needed was started immediately. With the needed follow-ups scheduled. This is the place for anyone who is experiencing any form of TMJ, jaw pain, issues. Let me add something not related to my exam. My Sweetheart wife had accompanied me. Not expecting such quick actions. She was waiting in the car. I asked how long things would take. When they told me 30 - 45 minutes. I asked if I could get my Sweetheart. Because she was waiting in the car. When I mentioned she needed a wheelchair they provided one for me to go and get her. WOW! They postponed my treatment until I could go and get her from the car. They are definitely more than just another Dental Office.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental visits I have ever seen witness from a father‘s perspective, my son said the one side wasn’t numb. She gave him more Novacaine and then proceeded to start on that side. He had issues on all areas of his mouth being numb enough she seemed to be rushing around and not knowing what she was doing. Hopefully my dental insurance gets better in the new year and we Don’t have to go back to this dentist ever again

Negative experience: My husband was a loyal patient for over 10 years but no longer. He had an appointment scheduled well in advance of 6 months that was canceled by the office with no explanation or apologies. Just taken off the schedule. When he called to inquire about his appt he was completely dismissed. This is not the way to treat patients.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves the “no sugar bug” club. She was a winner one month and it helps to keep her motivated with her brushing. Everyone at Elevate Dental is friendly and very welcoming. I especially enjoy Kirsta as their hygienist. She is respectful to my requests and very informative and patient. Another favorite of mine is Katelynn. She is super sweet and they both have a great personality.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in like 10 years, and my girlfriend referred me to Elevate Dental. From the moment I stepped across their threshold, I knew I was in good hands. I have been back several times and somehow, each visit has left me more satisfied with their service than the time before. This whole journey started with Katelynn doing my initial evaluation to assess how much trouble I had gotten myself into, then off to Kirsta for a cleaning. The modern tools they use made the visit extremely pain free and they efficiently completed the process of blasting 10 years of coffee off of my poor mistreated teeth. On my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Risko and Porschia. Again, I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment I received. Dr. Risko is extremely personable and quite funny, and Porschia was so methodically efficient, my appointment was over seemingly before it started. Dr. Werleman has built a fantastic team and I look forward to going back to Elevate Dental for years to come and the smile they have literally brought back to my face. Fantastic experience: I called after our appointment to say how thankful we were for Dr. Drew’s and his two assistants patience. They helped my son with autism get a few fillings. It was quite the challenge but they were extremely patient and very positive with him. We’re so grateful.

Negative experience: TLDR: Avoid at all costs. They just want to sell you dental appliances. I contacted the office manager after she responded to my review and she basically said, "Sorry, sucks to be you." What a sad and sorry excuse for a "dentist's office." Shame on her and Dr. Werleman. I gave Elevate a chance when the dentist that my fiance recommended couldn't see me for almost 10 months. I only wanted to have my teeth checked and cleaned, but instead I received a high pressure lecture (more like a sales pitch...) on how I needed to get screened for sleep apnea immediately, and how they could sell me a mouthpiece to fix it. Dr. Werleman just wouldn't get off the topic and it seemed like she had no plans to look at my teeth until I agreed. I knew that I didn't have sleep apnea. I am in excellent shape (I lift weights and run 5-6 days a week) and I do not snore, but I stupidly accepted anyways because I needed to get my appointment over with so I could get back to work. I figured "why not" if it was fully covered by insurance as Dr. Werleman had claimed... When I saw the pulmonologist, he was obviously trying very hard to fight back a smile/laugh when I told him who referred me. I wouldn't be surprised if he and Dr. Werleman were in cahoots to boost his patient quota. The test was nothing like Dr. Werleman had described. She made it sound like you simply wore a device similar to a smart watch and that everything would be covered by insurance. This was not the case at all. It ended up costing me over $800 and I wasted almost a day of PTO seeing the pulmonologist. The only reason this office has so many reviews is because they pressure you into writing a review while you wait for the hygienist to clean your teeth, not because people love Dr. Werleman. You're less likely to leave a negative review when you're in the office and it will be seen by them before you leave. Do not go here. Find a better dentist. This office is nothing but manipulative scammers. Update: I contacted the office after seeing her response to my review. I requested reimbursement for the money I wasted after being gaslit by Dr. Werleman. She flat out lied to me and led me to believe that everything would be covered by insurance. My fiance and I are just starting out in our home and are trying to save for our wedding, so the $804.94 that their lies cost me was a major blow to our finances (this is not a made up sob story. I will gladly provide any documents necessary to back up my claims). The office manager apologized, but basically said, "Not our problem. Sucks to be you." I gave them advice on how to fix their sorry excuse for a business and received nothing in return. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and doing everything I can to spread negative press to cost them as many patients as possible.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today and it was great! Katelynn did my x-rays and was so knowledgeable. Both her and Dr. Werleman thoroughly explained everything and answered all the questions I had. Can’t wait to come back next week for my cleaning and whitening!

Appointment May 29, 2025 Krista is amazing!! I seriously can’t say enough good things about Krista at Elevate Dental Wellness & Health. She’s hands down a great dental hygienist. The second I walked in, she made me feel super comfortable and at ease. She’s very kind, easy to talk to, and clearly knows and does her work with precision and excellence. Krista was super thorough but also really gentle—no discomfort at all, and my teeth have never felt so clean! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves what she does. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but Krista honestly makes the experience so much better. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch care with a personal touch!

Fantastic experience: I recently had to get a crown and had a great experience. Britteny has impeccable chair side manners, communicating the process along the way. She even thought about other comforts since it is a longer process, like offering water, the restroom, and massaging seats! The calm soothing spa-like music is a plus. The crown gets created at your appointment so NO having to come back to a different appointment to get it placed. 5 stars all around!

Negative experience: Truly a shady place. Told the Invisalign Treatment that I paid cash up front for does not include whitening, and they are refusing services. Yet I have the paperwork that states it was part of the plan I paid for....

Fantastic experience: Cheryl saw my daughter Sophia today and she did a great job with her. She cares about her patients and knew how to talk to my daughter to keep her calm during the visit. She made great suggestions for me to keep helping my daughter maintain her healthy teeth!

Negative experience: Cheryl was fantastic today for my dental cleaning. She gets 5-stars. Now, the reason for the 1-star is the fact that I have to do the insurance lady’s job for her. The patient now has to deal with their insurance company directly to get services covered. This office no longer deals with insurance and is a cash only operation. The bad part is they don’t tell you the pricing up front. You are surprised constantly with the very expensive bills that you have to figure out how to pay for.

Fantastic experience: The team at Elevate Dental is outstanding. Always nice and very friendly. I had some cavities filled and after being given medicine to numb my mouth my heart started racing. The doctor reassured me everything was alright and that it was caused by the epinephrine in the medication. After a few short moments my heart settled and so did my worry. Update: Katelynn was wonderful with invisaline scans and explaining the benefits and need for Invisalign. Update: Porschia was so kind and patient with me. I had an appointment for IPR and they were running a bit behind, but she took me back to a comfortable room instead of the waiting room. She also took the time to explain to me the IPR process since it was my first time and I was rather nervous. She also spent time reviewing my ClinCheck plan with me, which was great! The IPR was absolutely painless, very easy procedure. Joan always makes sure her clients are comfortable. Thanks again Joan! Update: Just had my second round of IPR and it went great! I love how Joan is as excited about my teeth as I am! Sara was very kind as well!

Negative experience: Please pay close attention to the low reviews. Before I even start on why 1 start for me you must know that there is a QR code in the patient room before they walk you out they watch you and have you scan the code to leave a review. Katelynn she made sure to repeatedly tell me to mention her name and then touched by phone taking me to the reviews section and when she saw I wasn’t going to post one she watched me type she scrolled down on my screen and showed me where the post button was. This was the last straw. Okay now for the review. My appointment was at 8:30 I was 10 mins early and taken back on time I had an expert about 5 mins later. I then sat for one hour and 45 mins waiting for the dentist who came in and told me that the tooth on the xray which I could only see half the tooth on the screen to begin with needed fixed. I told her to just pull it as the rest of my teeth are great and I didn’t want to spend $700 on a root canal. She refused to pull it and told me they wanted to do root canal with laughing gas. $200 and not covered by insurance. She was trying to make the treatment bill as high as she could and was doing this in 5 mins she spent with me. She looked at the tooth for less than 5 seconds and told me to make another appointment I made the appointment to have the tooth pulled that’s whole reason I made this appointment and it was a waste of 2 hours but they billed me for it. If the tooth was bad I wanted it pulled. Here the filling is just cracked and needs replaced so I’ll be going elsewhere. This place is review driven and money driven not providing accurate care. Avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my experience today with Mrs. Cheryl and Mrs. Katelynn. When first arrived Mrs. Katelynn explained what my visit was going to look like. She proceeded to take X-rays and images prior to my cleaning and made sure to explain every step and what the images detailed. Next I was taken to Mrs. Cheryl for my cleaning again very welcoming and explained in detail all aspects of what she was doing. Positive experience: Katelyn was very kind and thorough. The appointment done was in a timely manner. They made sure to double check to see if things felt right after the filling was done and readjusted what they needed to Edit: 2/26/25. Krista was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain better options to reduce bad habits and was very kind.

Fantastic experience: Stacy did a great job with my usual cleaning appointment, she’s very personable and gets the job done well! They were able to fit me in an hour later for a filling and chipped tooth since I traveled in from out of town for my visit. Dr.Risko and Porschia did a great job with the filling and chipped tooth, quick and effective! The whole office is very kind and easy to work with, definitely recommend them!
