Negative experience: If this place tells you they will save your tooth beware. I had to sign paperwork that said if my tooth broke after I left it's not their problem. Well 1 week after this I had to pay for a root canal because the tooth broke. Get a 2nd opinion before going to see these guys. I paid over 6k for my front tooth. Can you believe they sent me a bill asking for 560$s more on top of the 1k dollars I paid and what they charged my insurance. I would never recommend this place after I know now that they could have just recommended I get the root canal. They didn't need to do the work and they still did. People say what I do for a living is shady, these dentists are super shady squeeze ya for every dollar they can.

Fantastic experience: There are quite literally no words that can adequately express the level of satisfaction with my recent visit to Village Endodontics. As someone who has gone through several surgeries in my life, I have experienced some pretty intense levels of pain. I have never in my entire life been in as much pain as I was the three days prior to my visit. I had slept maybe 6 hours in the previous 4 nights together. Dr. Whitt is a God send. His knowledge and experience are almost immediately apparent upon first meeting him. Before I even walked out the door 80% of my pain was gone. In fact, later the sane evening Dr Whitt called me to see how i was doing! Who does that anymore?? The next morning nearly all lingering pain is gone. The office staff are warm and caring. Most of my experience was with LaLaina and Iztel, both absolutely delightful and amazing. Thank y'all so so so so so so much. You are awesome and deeply appreciated. Im telling you... endodontist office of the year. Where do I vote? ;)

Fantastic experience: Went to Village Endodontics for a consultation, referred by my dentist. They were very honest about the cost and likelihood of success of the treatment for three teeth. I choose to have one of them removed and root canal the other two. One of the root canals was done yesterday and another will be done in the future. They got me in very quickly for the procedure. It was painless and faster than I'd expected. Dr. Pushpak was able to complete everything on that tooth at one appointment which resulted in $200 savings from the estimate I'd been given (no insurance). Overall, quite pleased and looking forward to getting the other one done. Update - just had the second tooth done (root canal) and it went every bit as well as the first one. Again, cost was less than the estimate. Dr Pushpak is not only quick and efficient but also double checks to be sure everything is perfect before you leave the office. He's also very friendly and has a wonderful chairside manner. Highly recommend. I hope I need no more root canals but, if I do, I'll definitely be back.

He took great care of me, addressed what he could and advised me on next action steps to take, and I have arranged to complete those, then will return to Dr. Whitt's office as originally planned in order for his services to be completed in about 4 weeks. Fantastic experience: Very professional and courteous. Quickly helped with a broken tooth that needed a root canal. Dr Whitt was extremely nice, courteous and very concerned with my issue. Explained every step and made sure amyboain was kept to a minimum. Dr Whitt even called later that evening to make sure everything was alright due to me having an absess and a root canal done. His assistant Itzel was fantastic as well! She was calming and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep me comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: My first visit to find out if I needed a root canal. The person greeted me when I came and she was friendly and helpful. The person who took me back and took X-rays and explained what was going to happen also very helpful. Met with Dr Whitt. He was very pleasant and assured me nothing was happening today. This is my second visit to Village Endodontics, the staff treats you with respect and kindness, they will answer any question you have. This visit was for a second opinion that I was told I needed a tooth extracted, then a post and a bunch of time and $$$. Dr. Whitt believes he can save my tooth which is healthy except the tip of a root, as well as save me months of healing. Fantastic experience: I consulted for pain on front teeth. So I got a cavity which is causing pain. And possible for root canal. I don't want to lose my front teeth nor do I want to cap my teeth. So I’m praying that doesn’t happen. Now your staff is very professional and care for their patients lovely. My last visit on 08/01/2025 was ok. However disappointed that the dentist himself did not attend to me. X-ray taken, assistant professional. Yet I would have liked to have a conversation with the doctor. Also may I mention on my visit after the surgery was done I was also annoyed with the attending staff regarding what was done. I was not told at time of surgery that I was stitched. I hade a string coming out of my teeth which I kept pulling at after leaving. I was sure it was food stuck in my teeth. When I returned for update I was told it was stitches. The stitches were removed at that time. I am 77 years old. In complete control of my faculties. The dr. And assistant said I just didn’t remember them telling me! I was not told stitches were done a time of surgery! Don’t tell me a senior that I didn’t remember! Poor chose of words!

Negative experience: When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady named Kristina who was an absolute bastion of charm and professionalism. Even though I tend to tire of new people rather quickly, this woman was so interesting and engaging I could have talked to her for hours. This worked out well since it was well over an hour before I was called back for my consultation. I had another considerable wait in the exam room before the doctor finally came in. Dr. Whitt was nice and personable enough. He explained there was something eating away the structure of my tooth that wasn’t decay, but something else I’d never heard of. He indicated he’d probably have to remove the crown since he couldn’t see what was under it. In hindsight I find myself wondering what made him think there was something under the crown if he couldn’t see under it? When the consultation was over I went to the front desk to schedule the procedure. I was told they had an opening at 12:00 the following day, and the next opening would be sometime in August. So I scheduled for the next day. Even though I arrived a few minutes before 12:00 it was well after 2:30 before Dr. Whitt finally came in to administer the anesthesia, and at least another 30 minutes before starting what was supposed to be a root canal. After he worked and ground on the tooth for another 30 minutes or so he announced that the tooth could not be saved and would have to be extracted. I was then presented with my part of the bill, which was $690. That seemed like a lot just to find out a tooth which wasn’t even on my radar a week earlier was now nothing but a nub I was going to lose. EDIT: For the record, I’ve had a lot of dental work over the course of my life. I made a trip to Costa Rica about 6 years ago where I had something like 20 crowns, 5 extractions, 3 or 4 root canals, 2 bridges, and 2 implants. And my first wife was a dental assistant, so I’m no stranger to dentistry. But this whole experience felt really strange to me, so I contacted an old high school friend in Kentucky who also happened to be the dentist who crowned this particular tooth years earlier. His first response was “I have never, in 40years heard of an endodontist cutting a crown off.” He then asked if I could email him the X-rays. My dentist down here sent all the X-rays taken by them and Village Endodontics, which included the report Dr. Whitt sent back to my dentist. When I read it I was rather shocked to see this report bore little resemblance to his conversation with me during the procedure. There was no mention of this mysterious substance eating away at my tooth structure, but instead said the tooth was VERTICALLY CRACKED! The reason this is so significant is when my Kentucky dentist was crowning the tooth he said he saw something in the X-ray which made him think it was cracked. To verify it wasn’t he put a roll of cotton under the tooth and had me bite down as hard as I could to see if there was any pain or discomfort. Since there was none he concluded the tooth was fine and proceeded with the crown. Had Dr. Whitt even mentioned the word “crack” in his diagnosis I would have immediately told him of the prior confusion and that he could either proceed with the traditional root canal or I’d go elsewhere. But since he didn’t, I sat there and let him destroy a perfectly good crown and underlying tooth… and then add insult to injury by charging me almost $700 for doing it. When I went back to my dentist and told him what I knew at that point he said he wanted to try something, stuck a rudimentary crown on the nub Dr. Whitt left, and gave me another round of antibiotics for the abscess which was obviously still there. The second round of antibiotics weren’t nearly as effective as the first, but I have no pain in the tooth whatsoever. However, I do have evidence of the infection entering my sinus cavity. It's been right at 2 weeks and the rudimentary crown just fell off leaving the nub. I’m not sure how badly Dr. Whitt damaged my tooth, but if not for that I’d have a root canal and pay for another crown.

Fantastic experience: I had some dental issues that my dentist needed to be ensured about what was going on. My dentist referred me to Villages Endodontists to evaluate what was joining in. Originally I thought I had an infection, but Villages Endodontists assured me that I had a strong case of Tori (pronounced Tor-eye), building bone in my mouth in the gum area. Lainey the assistant was so much fun talking with. She took x-rays that didn’t hurt, & I got to see beautiful pictures of Honolulu on the screen in my treatment room. A panorex full 360 degree x-ray of my full head was taken to make a final diagnosis. Dr “Push” Narayana was so nice & he explained everything. I will come back here if I need a root canal!!! The only thing that wasn’t really great was they were out of network for my insurance so I had to pay the full bill. They filed the insurance & provided me the difference if any. Hope you will give them a try!

Fantastic experience: I was glad that they could get me in earlier because of a cancellation. Even though it took longer to do the root canal since my tooth had calcified, after it was done I didn't feel any pain and I was thankful for that. So far I haven't had any problems. I did appreciate Dr. Whitt calling me that evening. Thank you.
