Fantastic experience: Such lovely and informative staff! Answered all my questions and concerns and was quick with a follow up, from the beginning to the end and even through the middle. They walked us through every step and explained everything detailed! Worth the visit and will be coming back to!

Jocelyn was so sweet she answered any questions that I had before and after my daughter treatment. She would respond quickly to my message anytime I needed her. I was a little nervous about the procedure but the doctors made sure they explained everything to me and let me go back until my daughter was sleep. I really thank them and appreciate them I will highly recommend.

This one was a special teeth cleaning and xrays time after 2,5 years of having braces. All went so well! Fantastic experience: Smile First Pediatric Dental has been outstanding in working with our neurodivergent family. They are friendly and most importantly they provide accommodations that make it possible for us to get to the dentist. We have been most impressed with Jamie and Pat, two wonderful hygienists who go slowly and follow the lead of my child. They pay special attention to some of our sensory differences and make it easy for my child to advocate for himself while in their care. We are so grateful they have provided such a stellar experience for us.

The environment is safe, clean, and child-friendly, which makes every visit comfortable. They provide parents with clear and detailed information, encourage questions, and carefully explain each step of the process. What makes the experience even more rewarding is their thoughtful approach to children-offering small rewards like toys to recognize and appreciate child’s cooperation during the procedure.

Fantastic experience: We had such a positive experience at this office. My daughter had a dental procedure under general anesthesia, and the entire team was amazing from start to finish. They were patient, kind, and made sure she was comfortable and well cared for the whole time. On top of that, I actually passed out while my daughter was recovering from anesthesia and the staff immediately made sure I was attended to as well. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick response truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the excellent care both my daughter and I received. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring and supportive dental team!

Fantastic experience: Our first visit to Dr. Jennys clinic was fantastic! Pat was warm and made my child feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr. Jenny was patient, explaining each step to ease any fears. The office was child-friendly, and they even had a play area. I appreciate the focus on preventive care and the helpful tips provided. We're grateful to have found a trustworthy pediatric dentist for our little one!

Negative experience: PLEASE REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS We are new to the area and just started coming here. The staff and providers are really nice and patient with the kids. Not sure about the TV screens above the chairs since we try to limit screen time, but the kids are entertained and distracted so the providers can do their job. So... the kids love this practice. One unfortunate issue we faced- The office will text you an estimated copay 1 week prior to the visit, but does not provide the breakdown of costs. At the end of our visit, we were charged for a service that we didn't receive. I wouldn't have known unless I reviewed the receipt after we paid. Just FYI, for any filling, the office will put nitrous oxide on your child's service estimate as a precaution "in case" they need it. I understand that. But I think they never removed that charge (which is not covered by insurance and 100% out of pocket), so it's a good thing I caught it. Hope this is not happening to other families.

Fantastic experience: I love Smile First Dental they are so courteous, professional, and welcoming to me and my son everytime he goes for an appointment. My son is autistic and they are so patient with him and I feel very confident and comfortable with them working with him.

Positive experience: We had a long wait (30 min) sitting in the exam chair for the dentist. It was hard to understand anyone speaking because of their masks.

Fantastic experience: My 4yo daughter has been at this practice since she was 9 months old. They are awesome with kids and my daughter loves going to the tooth doctor. She is still a very bouncy 4yo but they are able to get her to sit still for the cleaning and exam. That is a real talent!

Fantastic experience: All staff are amazing. I was worried my 4 year old son was going to be a difficult patient. However, when he got there they had Spider-Man playing on the TV. Long story short he left there dancing with a Spider-Man toothbrush in hand. My only complaint is that there is only about 7 parking stops. If you come later in the day like I did at 11:00 am you will have to seek parking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Working with Smile First is a wonderful experience. The staff is so kind and patient with my toddler who is not easy when it comes to going to the dentist! The toys and activities they have for distractions make it a much easier experience.

Long story short I could take my kids to a dentist closer to me but I drive over 40 minutes to bring them here. They are just that great!
