Fantastic experience: My son, who has a lot of sensory issues, was deathly afraid of going to the dentist and so he (and I) were nervous about going. But the team, especially Dr. Michelle, were fantastic! Dr. Michelle calmly explained everything to him, patiently answered all of his questions, and was kind and understanding of his fears. It made what we expected to be a traumatic experience to a positive one. My son said he is no longer afraid of the dentist. I cannot recommend Dr. Michelle enough! Her and her team are the best!

Fantastic experience: The receptionists, support staff and hygienists are the best around! Friendly, helpful and will always go the extra mile. The dentists are good but a bit heavy on the upsell! I understand that dentistry is a for-profit industry in today’s world, but as a senior on a limited income, I just don’t have several $$$$ to spend on my teeth. I do appreciate that they help me prioritize. And overall the office is a standout that I would absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: I don’t know where to begin with my experience, I visited this location while accompanying my grandmother for her appointment and for how cute the renovations seem to be I was appalled by what I saw in the restroom… an unusual choice in decor for toilet scrubber. There was dirty water inside the cup as well but I spared y’all the close up!

Positive experience: We’ve been looking for a good dental clinic to switch to since our previous dentist retired. We’re planning to sign up as a family, but since my husband and I just had our cleanings and checkups recently, we’ll probably wait until the six-month mark. For now, they were able to get my kids signed up—and so far, we’re really impressed! This is our first time trying Dentistry Kids and Adult Clinic, and they’ve been great, especially with kids. It was actually my youngest’s first dental visit, and even though he was a little nervous when Dr. Roda started checking his mouth, they made him feel comfortable. Both of my kids did a great job sitting still during their cleanings and even got a little prize for being so good. I’m really looking forward to when my husband and I can start coming here too. I’m curious to see how their updated technology works and how the overall experience will be for adults.

Negative experience: The front desk were helpful and quick. Before making the appointment I did make sure they will have a doctor on site for extra sensitive child who doesn't like to anyone touch her mouth. The doctor came in and as expected they offer you the xray and doctor push on it even if you have one done 6 months ago. Then here comes to examine her mouth, my child refuses right off the bat doctor say we should sedate her to get any work done. Eventually they weren't able to get xray, examine, or cleaning her teeth done so 2 stars is a lot more than they should get. Dr. Balaggan

Negative experience: I brought my 5 year old daughter here to get her tooth cleaned on November 19th and took her back November 20th for a cavity and a small root canal. For the tooth cleaning everything went very well for my daughter’s first time and her doctor was so patient with her. On the 20th however, when I first got in I was told the total cost of my daughters service and was also notified that if my daughter didn’t let herself get her teeth done I’d owe $80 regardless on if they preformed her service or not. The $80 was fine by me as I understand still needing to make money if a child decides to not let themselves by throwing fits. On the 20th they sat my daughter down on her chair and the male doctor came in and asked my 5 year old daughter if she will let herself get the service done, in which she replied no. This doctor only asked my 5 year old daughter ONE time if she would let herself and turned to me (in front of his assistant) and said he wouldn’t be reforming the service like this because she said no, and then he proceeded to walk away. The assistant then turns to look at me and I asked her if I still had to pay $80 for something the doctor didn’t even want to try doing, and she had walked away to talk to her supervisor to see what to do next. The assistant comes back and says maybe I could get a different appointment for another doctor. The assistant brought the very kind doctor from November 19th to come speak to me and she had told me that I wouldn’t need to pay $80 for the doctor not wanting to try with my daughter. My daughter wasn’t crying, she wasn’t throwing a fit, she wasn’t causing a scene, the male doctor had asked her one time if she will let herself and she calmly said no, she is five years old. The doctor on the 19th isn’t a specialist for what my daughter needed done but let me know that another specialist was coming next week and she could do my daughters service. The assistant kept going back in forth with talking to me and talking to her supervisor and each time she would tell me something different. The last time the assistant approached me she let me know they no longer have any availability for my daughter and I could feel it was because they no longer wanted to service us anymore. The supervisor ended up coming out walking back and fourth, giving me dirty looks and not once said anything to me but would send the assistant to come talk to me. I felt very discriminated by this supervisor woman and I knew they didn’t want to service me because I was upset by the fact that they had wanted to charge me $80 for something the doctor couldn’t be bothered to try with my daughter. I am very disappointed and upset with how this situation was handled and couldn’t believe the way they were treating me and my daughter. This environment is not professional and wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids to this doctor who shouldn’t be working with children from his lack of patience and efforts. I will never bring my daughter back here again and hope everyone proceeds with caution when taking your children!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! From beginning to end my visit to this office was delightful. All of the staff are kind and professional. The dentist was very informative and pleasant as well. My son hasn't really liked going to the dentist in the past, so I'm happy I found a new place thay has given him a new perspective on going. No tears and a happy kid walking out, a mama's dream.

Fantastic experience: This is my dentist. Really nice and spectacular people. The big forest mural for the kids office is stunning. I love this place. They filled one of my cavities once and they did a great job. 10/10 dentists. Bathrooms are clean and every once in a while they will run out of almost anything like toilet paper and soap but that’s ok, if someone reports it they are on it. The waiting area is nice. The dentists are very gentle with your teeth and are very patient. Thank you Dentistry for Kids and Adults!

Fantastic experience: I called about a chipped front tooth and they were able to get me in the same day. I appreciated the fact that the doctor recommended against filling/repairing it, which I am sure would have made his practice more money. Instead he took a more conservative approach, explaining why a filling may not last and would not be the best option. He filed down the sharp edge and sent me happily on my way!

Fantastic experience: New patient here. They were able to fit me in on a days notice for a quick check up. Staff was very friendly. Place was buzzin when I came in and when I left. They must know what they are doing. Shawna broke down my insurance and what I was responsible for. Going back Friday for a cleaning.

Very gentle and understanding, no judgment, patience (if your nervous or in general), easy to make appointments, everything! If you are nervous about going to the dentist Dr Lee is amazing! ( I'm sure the other dr is good too but I haven't seen her) He genuinely cares and makes sure you are comfortable before he does anything. If you put your hand up, he stops immediately! The staff are always friendly and calling on the phone they make things so easy for you. Sometimes you might have to hold for a couple minutes but they are quick! I'm very thankful I switched to them even though they don't take my insurance it is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had a breaf consultation meeting with Dr. Lee. He was very nice giving me his advice and accomodated me with my needs. I am going back to meet him again for a full exam and possible treatments later this year.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. The oral surgeons are never available. If you are lucky, they might be available one day out of the whole week or they are on vacation so there is a 2 to 3 week wait. This location has a longer wait time then the emergency room. There is even a waiting period to get the dental office receptionists to make an appointment or make a payment and I am standing right in front of them.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Lee is my husband, my daughter and my son’s dentist for many years. I heard positive comments from them so I decided to make my first appointment. He was the most gentle dentist I ever met. Very professional in a way that he will explain as he does the procedure. He met my expectation coming from a medical field who explains everything to my patient before doing anything else. The staff are all respectable and accommodating.

Dental work can cause anxiety for many and I feel they are really aware of this and make it a great experience. The kids area in both the front waiting room and the entire back area is awesome! I have a 3rd grader and he really enjoyed his visits, especially cause his dental hygienist made a point to connect with him. Dr. Lee is amazing and fixed a chipped tooth for me. Recently I have gotten in a car accident which knocked out a couple teeth which forced me into a visit. All of the staff were extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. Especially since I had some damage to my vocal chords a year ago which limits my speech but the fact that the receptionist can sign back and forth with me is soooooo amazing. So I don’t have to strain my voice. And the techs are the bessssttttt. I hated the dentist till my wife found this place. I’d give them 100000 stars if I could.

Wait time is not long, time spent in the chair is not long, and the staff and Dr are so courteous and really do care for their patients. Negative experience: I will be finding a new dentist. I took my daughter in and I immediately communicated with the dental assistant that I would be opting out of x-rays for my daughter. She immediate went into telling me there was legality issues and that they couldn’t provide service without any x-rays. I asked for proof of where in their terms it states this information because I had never heard this before. My friend opts out of x-rays for her daughter all the time. She never came back sent the dr and the he wasn’t any help either and just repeated what the dental assistant said. I will be looking for a new Dentist.

My 9-year-old loves the pediatric dentist, Dr. Sarah, & her assistant, Jose. He never feels scared or uncomfortable. They always explain everything they are doing, recommend, etc. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My experiences here for the last 20+ years have been nothing less than spectacular. The people are friendly, they explain thoroughly what’s going on and how to care for yourself in the future. I definitely recommend them. I travel 45 minutes each way so I can be with them.

Negative experience: This is my personal experience. My wife recommended this facility and decided to give them a try. I should have known from the start as the snakeoil salesmanship starts from the beginning. The dentist nice enough, says i need a deep cleaning. Weird, I had a deep cleaning six months ago from my previous dentist. but sure why not. The dental hygienist starts to work on me and says my teeth are not that bad i dont need a deep cleaning. So wait a second which is it? Back to the consult with the dentist, she starts discussing how I should consider invisalign. I'm 40 at this point the cosmetic is not something i'm terribly in a hurry for. But I said maybe i'd consider it. But she said first you'd need to get your wisdom teeth removed. OK. yeah i'm not ready for that, again no pain, why pull them? Then she say I need a night guard. Again, I used one before, not really helpful and actually hurts more than it did me well, so I pass. Then she convinces me to fix a chipped front tooth. So i agree. And while she's correcting it, she convinces me to do the other front tooth, OK, also agree. not cheap by the way. Anyway, procedure done, looks nice, no complaints. The dentist proceeds to tell me to not chew using my front teeth. Wait, what? not chew, like at all? Yeah apparently at all. Hm... OK. Literally the next day, im just driving and my front right tooth chips. So i call the desk and they say, come on in, you're covered for two years to correct it free of charge. OK great. So i go in. The dentist tells me i need a night guard or invisalign to line up my teeth. I politely decline. Three days later, now the front left chips. I go back in and they fix it. A few days later that same tooth chips again! Now wait a second, I know many people who get fillings and they last a lifetime, why is it this the third time now being chipped. I go in again fixed. This time it was a different dentist who agreed that maybe i should get invisalign. I tell her i dont want my wisdom teeth pulled. She said i didnt need to do that. Again which is it? This group can't seem to agree. Anyway, literally the next day chipped again! Now im frustrated i ask the desk what i should do. They said come back. So i came back in, to sit in a chair for a half hour before the dentist came in. She said she's not going to redo it and because i didnt want to get a guard or invisalign all she could do is shaved down my tooth. I asked to leave and i told her i'd be consulting another dentist. Her ego seemed to be bruised and she seemed shocked. She told me to wait in the chair while she can get someone to walk me out? Walk me out, you can't point me to the door? Again it seemed her ego was too much. I will no longer be coming here. They wasted my time and money. All this PLUS they front desk accidentally billed my insurance for a filling attempt. They said it would be rejected and resolved. We'll see.

Fantastic experience: Best dentistry in town. The entire staff is very attentive, sweet and professional. I've always been terrified of the dentist since I was little and they truly make every one of my visits comfortable and painless. Strongly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist Stephanie was great and a very knowledgeable. Not only did she perform my cleaning. She also perform my x-rays and gum measurements. I also liked that Stephanie did a quick review of my x-rays with me. This is the first time I've had a cleaning and did not feel a any pain. I will definitely be back for future dental care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing everything! I will be back with the entire family. They are so friendly, patient, caring, knowledgeable, and they have the BEST customer service from the front desk to the patient room! Even when calling to get information, they are so nice, patient, and informative. My first phone call was so pleasant that I had to make an appointment. The office is extremely clean, too. Dr. Michele is absolutely amazing and Jose was phenomenal. I loved them both. They made me feel like family. I absolutely loved my visit. I recommend this office to EVERYONE! Fantastic experience: We specifically looked for this type of Dental Office in order to tackle everyone’s visit together and on the same day. They were very through and quick. They were great with our kids and it was so nice to fill out the paperwork for 4 people online ahead of time. They also have a great kids are in the waiting room to help entertain while you wait.

Fantastic experience: The first thing that struck me was the courteousness and friendliness of everyone in the office. The second was the cleanliness of the place, like everyone cared about the appearance of the facility. Beyond that, I found the doctor and staff willing to explain things in clear, precise terms, taking the time to treat me as though I was the only patient they had that day, all while having far more patients than I ever see at any of my doctors or previous dentist. Plus, it was nice to see a sense of humor in both the dentist and financial consultant, which helped put me at ease and feel like they cared. The prices are also good. Highly recommend.

They seem honest about treatments needed and provide amazing care and long lasting dental work. Every single person on the office is so kind and helpful. You can count on Shawna to guide you through all your plan needs. I believe she is the office manager.

Fantastic experience: Wish I could give them 10 stars. Everyone was amazing, from Dr. Dorfman to the ladies at the front desk. Dr. Dorfman went above and beyond just cleaning my teeth to addressing concerns I had about tooth aches from grinding my teeth. She went out of her way to research medication that I am taking to see if it could be causing issues, and took steps for me to get testing for sleep apnea. Jose was also great; he was very conscious of making sure that I was comfortable the entire time and ensuring that I wasn't experiencing any pain during x-rays and cleanings. He has great energy and made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the office! The ladies at the front desk were also very kind and helpful. There was very minimal wait time, and I definitely felt like everyone put a lot of effort into making sure that they care for each patient's needs, rather than quickly giving cleanings and dismissing patients. Overall a great experience! :)

Fantastic experience: Today I had an excellent experience with Dr.Lee and his assistant Jason at kids and adults dentistry in canyon country. I drove all the way down from Fresno to visit dr.lee because I was not comfortable with the previous dentists I tried in the Fresno area. I am also very picky with who does my dental work because of the complex issues I have had with my teeth in the past. After getting different opinions from the previous dentist compared to dr.lee opinions, I decided that I felt the most comfortable with having dr.lee actually go ahead and perform the work that I needed done. While previous dentist couldn’t really seem to solve my problem which was soreness in the gum area while I had no sensitivity or pain when chewing . Dr.lee was able to diagnosis my issue as the grinding of teeth which was putting pressure on on it and could possibly be the reason for my soreness. He adjusted my bite to see if that helps. We will continue to monitor it and I feel confident enough to go back to him if more work needs to be done. His assistant Jason was also super friendly . Even with their busy schedules they still find the time to give thorough explanations and answers to all my questions. Thank you both for a great experience !!! I will be back !!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 HIGHLY recommended. They have 5 star ratings for a reason. My daughter complained of tooth pain Friday night and they were closed so I emailed them and Monday morning first thing they called me and had my daughter in later that day and her tooth all fixed! The ENTIRE office is so sweet, patient and caring! My daughter is only 5 and was so calm getting her first root canal they did great with her. My son is 6 and he's been here before too and they were amazing to him too. Dental work is never fun when you are little (or older lol) but this place really takes the time to work with kids and makes them calm and gets the job done! I will always take my kids here we love them and their in house discount program really helps people like me with no Insurance! I always recommend this place. Go here you won't be disappointed. However stay away from Baywood Dental they practice the strap down method and I would NEVER allow that oh my child! Go to this place that actually makes it an amazing experience for them instead. Fantastic experience: I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past. But Dr. Lee and Jose were amazing! Jose patiently talked me through all the prep work and Dr. Lee clearly explained next steps. They were amazing and I’m so grateful to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experience getting my checkup and teeth cleaned. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate that the dental assistant stayed with me from start to finish. I’ve had many experiences where I would sit in a chair while the dentist and the assistant bounced from room to room. That was definitely not the experience here and I am very happy with their care and service.

Fantastic experience: The dentist, Michelle and the people in the front were awesome, particularly Rachel. I was in so much pain and they made time to fit me in their schedule. I recommend this dental office highly. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.
