Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson is very professional. He takes his time to find out the source of what's going on. He don't stop if he can't figure out what's going on he will send you to a specialist. He cares about all of his patients. He is a very good Dr. In my opinion

Positive experience: It has been better in the past, but this visit was all screwed up as far as my appointment time, which caused me to wait over two hours to see the practioner. Once I got to her, the visit was good. I left there in a positive mood.

Negative experience: This place called me to pick up paper prescriptions, and when I called to verify they were ready, of course the rude girl at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't help me. And couldn't find anyone else to help either. She was acting like I was annoying her. I'm dropping this place.

But other than that they both are very polite and take their job seriously. It’s like they really care about you. Sydney also didn’t judge me not one time and she actually was set on being cooperative

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There wasn't a long wait time. The medical assistant was sweet, detail, and prompt. The doctor ask questions, he listen to my feedback and gave a full examination. He requested test and X-rays. I am really please with my service and glad to be a patience of doctor Ross.

Fantastic experience: I feel like Dr Loynd really cares about my health and seems interested in hearing about my life situations. He seems to really connect with his patients. I am always comfortable talking to him about my mental health. Having a good relationship with my psychiatrist has allowed me to manage my mental health really well. Some psychiatrists just prescribe medication and don’t take the time to know their patients. Thank you Dr Loynd for going the extra mile to care for people with mental health conditions. It has made all the difference in my life.

Fantastic experience: Dr Loynd has been an absolutely amazing physician with helping me with my medications for my anxiety, ADHD and insomnia after I had been put on random medications that were doing me harm and would treat depression which isn’t something that I have or did have… after years of praying for a Dr that would actually listen to me, I finally got a response in the form of Dr Loynd! I don’t know what I’d do without him!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sharma was kind and compassionate. She was knowledgeable and she explained everything clearly. She prescribed medication and told me the benefits and the side effects. Even though it was a phone visit, I felt like I had a thorough evaluation

Negative experience: Dr. Sharma is a bias and unhelpful physician. I have been seeing this woman for 8 months. We have only ever had virtual appointments. This was my first time ever seeking help via the medication route. I have diagnosed complex PTSD & anxiety. This woman is quick to let you know she isn’t a “therapist” and it’s not her job to chat which means she is just constantly throwing medications at her patients. When I first started seeing her I specifically asked for a non-stimulate medication. I have had to tell her more than once I wasn’t interested in upping my medication or that I did not want to take something she prescribed (gabapentin) I have been seeing improvements in my anxiety symptoms but have been struggling with sleep and a restless mind that makes it hard to relax or function at a reasonable pace. I have been honest about occasional cannabis use to sleep from the start. She has never even eluded to being concerned that I was a drug user. Again I’ve been seeing her for MONTHS. (I am not, I don’t think I could hold my senior level job at the fortune 20 company I work for if I was ) and today upon seeing me for the first time, I am a HEAVILY tattooed person, she asked me if I was on drugs while I was crying in her office asking her for help. She charges my insurance for a “long visit” every time (over $200) and we’re on the phone for 20 mins. (I am looking into reporting this to my insurance as I have phone call receipts for every visit). This doctor occasionally doesn’t seem to register what I say. I’m almost positive she has never had any experience with actual mental illness before as everything out of her mouth is textbook definition’s. Steer clear unless you’re med shopping, she may be useful for that. Definitely do not recommend if you’re an alternative looking individual.

Negative experience: My boyfriend sees Dr. Foster and we got the run around on getting help with a temp handicap placard and a referral for him to see a doctor about a nodule on his thyroid. He has a Tibial Plateau Fracture on his left leg and is using a walker, he had surgery the day after President's Day. I tried calling, no answer, left a msg, no return call. I went to the office and gave them the form from the DMV and they assured me that it would be filled out and sent in the mail. So I hadn't heard anything so I called this office to find out if it was sent, they were not able to tell me. Then Dr Berg's office called stating that they do not answer the phone or return calls so they were unable to get the referral done for him to get treated for his nodule on his thyroid which could be cancerous, I also asked about this and they did not know. Today is the 9th of March, got a phone call from them stating that Dr. Foster said we would need to go thru the doctor who is treating his Fracture. He is located in Missouri. They referred us to Dr. Foster who is in Illinois and is his Primary doctor. I told her that this office is terrible and they don't seem to care about their patients. So now we are going to St. Elizabeth's to do a site to site transfer from this doctor to another. A patient who does not feel good and who is in pain and can't put any weight on their leg should not be treated this way. No compassion, no respect. I hope other patients are not being treated so badly. Major fail.
