Fantastic experience: My appointment was on time. From Dr. John to the front receptionist everyone was polite and respectful. Although I’m not fond of going to the dentist, I have to say this crew is tops! Today was a whole new experience. I broke a tooth and Dr. John, with the help of his assistant Cindy (I think that was her name) and she was as most helpful and professional. This crew is the best!!

Positive experience: Dr. John Murray's staff was able to schedule Me/Senior Citizen within @ 24 hours of My reported teeth sensitivity issues. The next afternoon-11/04/2025 I was seen, evaluated, and offered His common-sense theory-explanation of his medical-reasoning of why I may have experienced electrically enhanced "Zingers" as Dr. John referred to these unordinary sensations. My sensitivities were likely caused by the array of (mixed?) metals introduced with saliva conducting shocks Thank you to all involved with Murray Dental Group in Glenwood Springs Colorado.

Fantastic experience: Excellent visit! Hygienist Ava was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she didn’t scold me about my (almost) non-existent flossing routine but instead educated me about why it’s important, using analogies that resonated with me. She also suggested a realistic approach to adding flossing back into my routine that I actually feel like I can maintain. I’ve always had great experiences at Murray Dental Group but this time was exceptional and Ava was the reason. She’s a master at her craft and I’m grateful to have been in her care today.

Fantastic experience: Murray Dental s staff was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I walked in with worry and concern about the bad condition of my neglected teeth. I walked out of Murray Dental Groups office happy and calm knowing I was in good hands. I am excited to begin my work with the Murray Dental Group to restore my smile. .. 7/2025 > I have been through the process of extracting my bad teeth and having my implants surgically installed in my bones, which needed a bone graft for additional support, and things have been going very well. One has failed, which is rare, but the situation was resolved at no charge. During the procedures I was numbed and not put under and my wife got to watch the procedure. The next day, after extraction and implants, I had minimal discomfort and did not need any pain killers due to the precision and skill of the Murray dental group. The prosthetic temporary and permanent teeth looked normal and no one noticed. It took a bit to get used to them but the temporary dentures worked out great and was able to eat most things normally and they also act as a band aid for the implants. I will soon have my regular teeth so no more dentures which do require time and learning for use as all adhesives are different and they require cleaning. In addition dentures require adjustments, which Murray's adjusted for me as needed , as the molding process sometimes pushes the soft tissue around and the finished product can press against the tissues in your mouth. Murray's has a great fast and efficient method to correct this as they did. The staff always made me feel comfortable and confident. Take car of your teeth everyone!!! If you did not or do not Murray's is there to help you repair any damage done.

Fantastic experience: Any amount of dental work is never fun for me personally, however the dentist that helped me answered all questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable before the procedure (wisdom tooth extraction) it was a quick and rather painless extraction, I'd be happy to come back again

Fantastic experience: Kathy is the best dental hygienist who's ever worked on me. She is an artist with the dental pick. I have never had so little pain during cleaning. As long as she's available, I will request that she does my dental cleaning. Fortunately, I've had little reason to interact with the dentists directly, but the contact I've had has been pleasant, personable, and seems highly competent.

Fantastic experience: Update to last review…I just had my first visit with Dr. Ali, and it just blew me away! I needed 2 fillings and the remaining bone fragments from a molar that had come out removed. The only pain was very minor from the first Novocain injection, then just a little pressure during the 35 minute procedure! I have never had such an easy time at the dentist…awesome❣️ Dr. Ali is wonderful!! I really like Dr. Grewal! Everyone on your staff has been efficient, friendly and helpful! So far, I have only had extractions, but the first one was the best I have ever had, and I expect the next two to go just as well.

Fantastic experience: Back to Murry with "mouth hurts" after 5 year detour with Comfort. You all were tooo expensive for 2 cleanings a year and an X-ray once a year. Yes, a couple of others thing too. Thanks tho!!! Always good but toooo much $. I have no dental insurance. And now retired. Im An old friend of the Carlson /Murry. family that now seems too popular for the old blok's like me as far as dental stuff. Back now, and Dr. Allie and asst, Ashley warmed my heart and fixed my mouth for the time being. My thanks to both of them for really seeming caring for me and my hurts and changing "old person" teeth changes. I will keep Dr. Allie. I have now slept two whole nights since her "tooth floating" and gentle ways. She understood my pblm knew what to do and suggested great reliefs until I come again.
