Negative experience: I have been a patient at this practice for three years. At the end of the year, I tried to schedule a routine cleaning and was told there were no appointments available. Shortly after, I began experiencing tooth sensitivity and was able to get an appointment for that issue. During the visit, I was told I had a cavity, a chipped tooth, and that both teeth required root canals—an estimated $2,000 in procedures. Because this felt extreme, I sought a second opinion from another dentist. The second dentist confirmed that there was no cavity, and the chip was minor and did not require treatment. I am deeply concerned that this practice recommended unnecessary and invasive procedures. The idea that they were prepared to drill into healthy teeth and charge me thousands of dollars is unacceptable. Patients deserve honest, ethical care, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in this office.

My hygienist, Mae, is one of the best I have ever had. She is very thorough in cleaning my teeth and always takes her time. I've had toothaches after seeing other hygienists in the past, but with May, I leave with white teeth and no discomfort. I always look forward to my visits every 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my dental office today. The hygiene assistant Jalaya greeted me with a smile and clearly explained the services for my visit. My dental hygienist Chrissy has been cleaning my teeth for years and always does an excellent job. She’s thorough, gentle, and consistent every visit. At checkout, Taylor was very helpful and accommodating with a request I had and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a friendly and professional team that always makes my visits smooth and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this office. My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Minimum time in waiting room. From x-rays, teeth cleaning, Doctor’s evaluation and recommendations were all done in a timely manner along with scheduling for follow up visit.

Negative experience: Called the office 2 days after and mentioned I felt like I had an infection, no call back at all from Dr and finally no call back on that Monday, finally saw him and had an infection and had to get antibiotics pain killers and another med, Crazy thing even when bill came charged more than 300.00 for something that I got done quarterly and never paid for so I will never go back there Why swindle patients whe you say that you are a preferred dentist

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this office for several years now and I'd recommend them to anyone. All of the staff is very polite and they do great work. They're very honest and don't try to up sell you on unnecessary work. They'll take the time to listen to and resolve any issues you are having, whereas some of the dentists I've used in the past seemed like they were in a rush. I ended up using them for my Invisalign treatment, which has gone very smoothly. I dropped by on my way to work this morning due to a small issue with one of my trays and they were kind enough to fit me in and fix it. Top notch customer service and great work by them as always.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit at this dentist and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My appointment started on time. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My X-ray technician was quick and efficient, the Dentist was kind and knowledgeable and provided a simple treatment plan to address my needs. My hygienist was fast and thorough and got my teeth cleaner than any other dental technician has ever done. And lastly it was very affordable. The location was convenient and there was ample parking. I would highly recommend this practice. I’m happy I was able to find it on my own. Hopefully this review helps someone who is looking for great dental care in the metro Atlanta area

They take the time to clearly explain each step of the procedure in simple terms, which helps ease anxiety and makes each visit more reassuring. The assistants are generally courteous and patient, always willing to answer questions. One technician assisting the doctor seemed a bit inconsistent—for example, forgetting the X‑ray jacket until I reminded her a second time—but she apologized, and with a little more attention to detail that can easily improve. The front desk staff member seated next to the payment clerk came across as somewhat brisk and inflexible, and I also noticed a note on the bill about no future appointments, which felt a little strange considering the otherwise positive experience. Overall, I greatly value the quality of care I’ve received here, especially from the doctor, and hope to continue my dental treatment at this clinic while I live in the area.

Fantastic experience: I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist office to anyone. I can’t remember the last time my oral health was this good, after going to Dental Professionals of Vinings. I noticed that I likely had some gum issues so I was easily able to make an appointment with the office online as a new patient. I was assisted by super patient office administrators to straighten out insurance information prior to my visit (via personal texts and calls). Moreover, when I got to the office on the day of my appointment all of the staff, from the dentist to the front office workers, were professional, accommodating and friendly. It was a quick and effective appointment. The specific dental hygienist I worked with was named Anne, she’s a magician. I’m now two days post appointment and I genuinely feel like my gums, teeth, and general oral health have turned a corner. I am so happy and I will be a returning patient. Thank you!

Negative experience: I came here as a new patient for x-rays and a cleaning, and I regret it. The dental assistant was cold and rude, the hygienist was slightly better but still detached, and Dr. Hare was flat-out unprofessional. He came in looking sloppy, like he just rolled out of bed, and didn’t seem confident or prepared. When I asked him simple questions about my x-rays and gum pocket depths (4s and 5s), he couldn’t give me a straight answer. He seemed confused and unsure of himself, which is not what you want in a dentist. Instead, he went on about how I needed their treatment and warned me that if I didn’t get it, bone loss would occur and my teeth would eventually fall out. After that, he walked out without offering real explanations or options. Then the staff tried to push a $2,000+ treatment plan on me. When I asked why they wanted to treat my entire mouth instead of just the problem areas, I was told, “We don’t do that here.” That’s not an acceptable explanation, it’s a money grab. The reality is, if only certain areas are 4s and 5s, dentists often target just those spots instead of treating the whole mouth. That’s the standard approach. To make matters worse, because I refused their overpriced scaling treatment, they flat-out refused to clean my teeth at all. That’s completely unacceptable. I came in for a basic cleaning, not a sales pitch. This office is unprofessional, overpriced, and not trustworthy. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Today was my first and last visit to this place. I highly recommend reading the Yelp reviews which is a 2.0 before deciding to come here they're much more accurate than anything on here. I came in as a new patient and ended up spending nearly three hours in the office, only to walk out with nothing accomplished. The X-ray technician clearly had no idea what she was doing. I’ve never experienced so much pain and discomfort during a routine dental X-ray. To make matters worse, another staff member came in to assist she reeked of cigarette smoke and had an extremely rude attitude, showing no sense of professionalism or basic customer service. At the end of it all, I was handed a "treatment plan" loaded with unnecessary procedures and inflated charges. It was very obvious they’re just trying to upsell services and make as much money as possible, not actually care for patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone. There are plenty of other practices that treat patients with respect and integrity.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hair was a most caring professional, explained everything thoroughly and in my procedure inefficient and painless manner. Eva was his delightful assistant, caring and knowledgeable, also.

Negative experience: Awesome staff, high quality work, but if you wish to support your dental health with regular cleanings, forget it. You're lucky to get one annual appointment. God forbid you should have to reschedule, you'd have to wait nearly another year. They will offer to put you on the cancellation list and call you if someone cancels, but that hasn't worked out for me in last five years.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly and helpful during my first visit. A very thorough cleaning and full X-rays were done very carefully and pain free. The final exam was stated as an A+ with no cavities and no further dental work indicated. It is nice to have a Dental clinic nearby and extending excellent care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hair runs a very professional, personalized practice. The front office and dental assistant (Chiquita) and hygienist (Chrissy) were great. There was a small communication issue during my visit with another doctor that I shared with Chiquita and, on her own initiative, she alerted Dr. Hair and he immediately resolve it for me. The patience, knowledge and"bedside manner" of the staff and Dr. Hair have won over this patient. I will be using Dr Hair's practice from now on. I highly recommend Dr Hair and his staff to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Positive experience: Apologies if I incorrectly write the names. I believe I was greeted by Dawn/Donna who was very sweet and punctual. She didn’t not make me feel like a bother. Especially since my appointment was during the lunch hour, and that can be a stressful time. This is my second time here and my second time being satisfied with May. She is great at what she does. Both times my teeth are noticeably nicer and cleaner. She doesn’t cause any pain either. The company also is considerate in letting you know pricing before your appointment begins.

Positive experience: So sadden by my departure but these automated confirmation for appointments are a joke. Been with this office for years and on the appointment day, 20 minutes before it I was informed, via text that my failure to show will result in fees of $120 on a service that will cost me 1k now ain’t no way I want to add more but anywho the young lady either wasn’t listening or really didn’t care but I explained to her that I shouldn’t be charged when I never confirmed the appointment and besides I was about 25 minutes away and could’ve gotten over there but she was adamant about the fees will remain. I guess tenure means nothing but sad I have to depart but I will not be force to pay when I could’ve arrive a few minutes late or them adhere to their own policy if I did not confirm. I am so flexible every time I received text and needed to reschedule, I obliged.

First time visiting today. Asia took all of my X-rays as first patient protocol. She was very gentle and patient with placing the device inside my mouth. From cavities, cleanings, root canals to Invisalign, I’ve had them all done only at dental professionals of vinnings. Dr. Hair is my Angel, he’s so gentle and has a great sense of humor. I have been coming here for about 4/5 years now and you couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. My last three appointments, I didn’t even see the actual dentist. I would get my teeth cleaned and then sit there for an hour waiting for the dentist. After saying i can’t wait anymore, they would tell me the dentist would call me later in the day and I’ve never gotten a call. Today I had another cleaning because they claimed there were no openings for the last three months. When I arrived I waited 30 minutes before being seen. 15 minutes in I asked if I would be called to start and it took them another 15 to figure it out. At that point I had to leave. Very frustrating considering I had to change my plans and schedule to make this one and only appointment they had to not even be seen. Have only been going here because the location is convenient. Will need to find a new dentist. Would recommend reserving a few hours of your day if you plan on going here.

Negative experience: My longtime dentist quit taking my insurance, so I tried DPOV 2 x as they are close to my house. The first time was just okay, but I attributed it to my being a new patient. My most recent visit was really disappointing. The hygienist didn't even introduce herself and never made eye contact. Rushed through my cleaning (didn't go tooth by tooth). Dentist came in, and asked if everything was okay and left. Worst experience ever. This was all after I adjusted my schedule to accommodate them and came in early per their request, yet had to wait about 25 mins. to be seen. I won't go back, worst experience ever.

Negative experience: Was referred to this office by a coworker. Apparently I had a new hygienist tech who didn’t know how to take x-rays. After she took all 18 X-rays, another one had to come in and redo all of them. After that I waited another 30 minutes to see the Dr before the hygienist could start cleaning. After 30 mins waiting on the Dr the tech came back and said sorry the Dr is busy and would be over when he could. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of being there, with nothing done other than 2 sets of X-rays, I had to leave to get my kids from school. If you value your time this is not the dentist office for you.

The front desk staff has always been so pleasant and inviting. My dentist Jorge Paladines always takes great care of me and is very sensitive to my needs and my care.
