Always you receive a reminder online but not enough they call you to confirm the appointment. Dental hygienists are very professional and brings to client the confidence to ask questions. Definitely, I enjoy this clinic so much not even I don't like dentist appointments. LOL. Recommended!

Negative experience: My appointment was canceled because I did not call back and confirm it. There was nothing in the voicemail telling me I had to call back and confirm. I even got a text the day of my appointment 2 hours prior saying we'll see you at 2pm. You did fit me in, but this is a horrible policy.

Fantastic experience: Kathy, the hygienist was informative, knowable and kind. Schedule was changed on my request the ladies at the front desk helped me with this. It was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Vivi and I were really trying hard to keep one of my teeth on my top jaw next to my incisor from falling off due to what I was told by a specialist was a common infection. She was excellent in recommending me to COTE periodontics and they have a plan to save the tooth (bone graft surgery). Thank you Vivi for being a really good hygenist and overall individual.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office I was treated with respect,kindness and concern I was listen to, the Doctor was very personable explained everything she felt I needed but also took into consideration what I wanted we agreed on the best course of action and then she took care of what was needed immediately, I will need to see her a couple of more times to complete what I need but I am totally out of pain. I definitely recommend this office if you want to get any dental problem fixed and treated respectfully this is the dentist you want. Thank you guys for a great dental experience

Negative experience: I went to Lee Vista Dental and had the worst experience ever. I feel like I was scammed. I paid $4,350 for Invisalign aligners on my teeth due to pain and functional issues, but I couldn't continue the treatment. As a healthcare professional, I was disgusted by how they treated me. A technician kept dropping the aligners and putting them back in my mouth. Time went by and I didn't want to continue the treatment. I went to the clinic and spoke with the manager. She had a contract ready for me that stated I couldn't get my money back because I was breaking my contract. I've been calling for days to ask for a partial refund, but they don't return my calls and they hang up on me. So please, be more careful about where you go

Negative experience: I scheduled a new patient appointment three weeks in advance using the dental practice’s online portal. The day before the appointment, the practice called to inform me that I would need to pay $50 for X-rays, even though I just had X-rays done in January at a different practice. Apparently they don’t accept X-rays from outside practices because there’s a chance the X-rays weren’t done properly. I’m not sure how they can make that determination without seeing the X-rays first, but this is apparently their policy. I explained on that phone call that I have braces and need to get dental cleanings 2x a year; however, the manager was only concerned that I pay the $50 fee. I decided to keep my appointment and pay the fee. Today, the day of my appointment, I arrived to my appointment where spent 15 minutes filling out paperwork that should have been given to me in advance. After filling out the paperwork, I paid the $50 fee that they were so concerned about and then was taken back where the dental hygienist turned me away because I have the wire in my braces. Not only was I not informed in a timely manner about the fee, despite my appointment being scheduled for three weeks, but I also was not advised that I would need my wire removed to get a cleaning, even though I made it clear that I had braces. They did void the $50 fee, but it never should have been taken in the first place. This practice wasted my time 100% and was only concerned with their $50 X-ray fee, not me as a patient. I will never return here and I highly suggest that you look for alternative dentists in the Orlando area.

Negative experience: I have been a customer for more than 6 years, and this month I had my two kids scheduled for a cleaning, one after the other. They got 20 mins late after leaving school due to heavier traffic and both appointments were cancelled. Then I learned that they were scheduled both at the same time with different providers, which is not what we scheduled 6 months ago and we have always scheduled one after the other with the same provider. I guess they messed up with the schedule and ended up either rescheduling without letting us know, or initially scheduled it wrong withou our consent. I understand we could have called to let them know we were running late, but we were driving from school to the office and there should be a grace period for when those things happen. Worst of all, after calling them I was able to schedule the appointment for the next day and guess what? We waited 20 mins to be seen by the provider. I believe they could have rearranged everything instead of cancelling and causing stress to a loyal customer.

Negative experience: The dentist here do a poor job at catching cavities. I feel I am not being told I have cavities and they wait until the cavities turn into root canals so they can charge more money . Overall poor treatment and practice. I will no longer be going here . I care about my teeth and I will find a better dentist .

Negative experience: Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the a dentist. I was asked a week ago to come in a half hour early for my 1pm appointment to help with the schedule, I agreed and showed up at 1215 for my 1230 appointment. I waited in the lobby until 1 pm - no big deal, I had the whole day off of work for this appt. I’m brought back by the hygienist and told I would have to cover 50% of the cleaning. I explained that couldn’t possible be right because I chose an insurance with full coverage. I asked to call the insurance to confirm. Naturally this call takes several minutes of being on hold, I’m kicked out of the office and asked to reschedule my appointment, I’m still on hold. I get in touch with my insurance and confirm that i should be covered 100%. I return the receptionist and she confirms they made a mistake. But by now they are refusing to fit me in for my cleaning and I’ve lost a whole day of work. No apology was ever given to me by the hygienist and while they were willing to bring me back at 3pm, I had already not eaten anything all day and was fed up with how the whole situation was handled. Not to mention, This is not the first time they tricked me into paying money I should not have. My first appointment I was offered a cancer screening which I asked if was covered by insurance and they told me yes! And I received a call a week later asking for $66 because the screening is only covered for people over the age of 35. I would avoid this dentist if you could because it just seems to me they are either incompetent when dealing with insurance or just money hungry and don’t care about the finances of their patients.

Fantastic experience: So for a long time I didn't go to the dentist... I smoked hookah and vaped... I have quit . I had such a bad experience with dentist when I was younger I always made excuses not to go. Found lee vista from good reviews and finally told my wife I will go since my gums and teeth were kinda starting to hurt. I had such a great time with the dentist ViVi... she explained all the steps I could take to better my teeth and the referrals have been great . I have been to lee vista dental for a cavity and two 90 min gum cleanings.... the biggest thing they have been relatively pain free. Which idk wasn't the case when I was younger..... I look forward to continuing my treatment with ViVi and the staff at lee vista dental. Going to the dentist is now a pleasant experience. Thanks :)

Positive experience: Great dentist! Great hygienist. Great reception. Beautiful facility. Excellent patient rooms. Great results and they really paid attention to my needs and requests and made a correction on the spot. They went above and beyond to make sure proper care for other medical conditions were accounted for prior to treatment. Their prices are just over double what I was paying at my previous dentist in Texas with similar cost of living. You will have to make an appointment well in advance and stick to it.

Negative experience: Took my daughter here for a cleaning and exam after reading all the awesome reviews. Out the gate, Dr. Didier recommended fillings for the tiniest cavities instead of just putting them on “watch”. Unfortunately, those one surface fillings caused an adverse reaction and months of pain. Now paying $$$$ for root canals and crowns. Will not be back!

Negative experience: This is my second cleaning and this one went horrible. I will find out The hygienist name. It was a male who did the cleaning and really did a nasty job on one of my gums. My gums were still bleeding last night. I took a picture to view my gums closer. It looks as if the gum is cut open. My gum area was not like this when we started the cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I was a little late being brought back for my appointment but front desk staff updated me to keep me from being antsy and explained they were short-staffed. Despite that, once I got back the process was really smooth; panoramic scan, multiple exams/images (some of which I’ve never had done before) and cleaning. The team there uses headsets to communicate where care is needed to reduce wait time searching for a needed provider which is very smart. Patient education was great with them showing what the wear and tear was looking like on my teeth as a 3D model. Everyone from the techs, to the hygienist, and the dentist made sure that I was comfortable and that I understood everything during the process. Everyone was very kind and I felt well taken care of!

Negative experience: I decided to take my daughter here for the first time after reading through some of the reviews and comments. There was several - negative ones but I decided to go with the more positive ones and decide it to take her there which now I regret. The Dr that took care of her Dr Didier was not very friendly and was very rough while performing the exam on my daughters gums to the point that she started crying. Instead of stopping and making sure that my daughter was OK or explain what she was doing she did not she continue despite my daughters complaint. The only one who actually cared was the tech and even gave her a tissue. This Dr was more concerned on getting my daughter to sign for the almost $200 Cleaning she wanted her to get than anything else. Made us feel like she cares about the money and not the patient. Will not be returning and I do not recommend this place at all I’m glad we got a referral and I will be going to a different place hopefully with a lot better treatment than this. As a medical professional myself I like to make sure that my patients are comfortable and they know what I’m doing. Definitely not what I saw there.

Negative experience: Avoid this place! For a basic cleaning, they will make sure to add many add ons. Instead of being covered by insurance, you will end up paying $75 for all the add ons you don't want and you don't need. I regretted coming to this place

They confirm my insurance coverage before procedures, the hygienists are thorough, and I never feel overwhelmed with anything. The dentists are super nice. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and the service has always been great. Friendly staff and always willing to help. I recently had a concern with a tooth. When I called they were able to get me in the same day.

Negative experience: BE WARNED... I just moved here and was looking for a new dentist, came here and they wanted to do a full set of X-rays, which I had done last year in IL at my last dentist. I said no, I would sign a waiver if they wanted but they refused to treat me unless I consented to having the full X-rays. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends those only every three years, so I declined until my old dentist could send them. Went back with my X-rays from last year and again they said they wouldn't treat me because these X-rays weren't "the right type"...The real reason they wouldn't do it is with those X-rays they get to bill the insurance company a lot of money even though they aren't really needed according to the ADA (my wife works in the field). If they are only interested in what they can bill from the very beginning, NO WAY am I trusting them with my care to do other things that don't need to be done just to bill the insurance...my recommendation, AVOID!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Lee Vista dental for over a decade and I've seen hygienists and doctors come and go as their lives take In all sorts of directions. Vivi the hygienist is my favorite of the more recent additions to the practice. She has a gentle touch especially when probing and great bedside manner. I look forward to my cleanings when I can get her. All the hygienists they are great but when you click with one it makes all the difference. I wouldn't think twice about picking any of the hygienists on staff.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dental office for the first yesterday I was vey impressed by Viviana that performed cleaning and checked up. Very gentle and knowledgeable. I will need to come back for some extra work. But so far all good also with front office ladies.

Positive experience: Loved the attention and care of the staff. My only problem is the fact that they tried to add a fluoride treatment to my bill above what my insurance covered and make seem like it was a deductible. When I told the dental hygienist that my Medicare Dental Insurance says that my cleaning was covered 100%, then he pointed out that the $42 flouride treatment was not covered. If I hadn’t questioned this treatment, they would said anything and just pass on the extra cost as a deductible.

Fantastic experience: After making a new patient emergency appointment for unwanted tooth pain. I was examined and treated all within a timely manner. Even as an emergency I didn't feel like a burden, was given treatment and made plans torwards my future dental health. Everyone I met was personable and professional which definitely helped with being nervous about not being to a dentist in awhile!

Negative experience: If I could give this office CERO stars I would. I went to this office needing help with a broken crown, this was my first time in this office. They changed the crown and put in a temporary fix while the crown was order. They quoted me by telling me that my insurance would cover a portion of it and I needed to cover the rest (to which I agreed by signing a consent especially due to this being an emergency). In my second visit, I was going to pay the second and last part of my bill but as I'm reviewing the receipt, the person at the front desk proceeds to tell me that my insurance (which they "accepted" and reassured me they had worked with "multiple times") will not cover my procedure at all, this was after ALL the work was completed. I've been on an endless battle with these people since September of 2023. As much as I understand that insurances can a lot of times be awful and not cover much, this office tricked me into doing work with them instead of being honest from the beginning. Every single time I've had to contact them and they transfer me to the person in "charge" of claims (i think her name is Denise) she is incredibly rude, unprofessional, has no boundaries and has mocked us to the point of laughter. My husband called the last time we needed to speak with them because they charged us the incorrect amount and this person kept telling him to made sure we were doing our math correctly because clearly we are "clueless idiots" and so many other offensive comments. These people had the audacity to send the remaining bill to collections and only called me ONCE during work hours, no mail or emails at all. I cannot stress this enough when I say to never come to this office. Going to the doctor can already be stressful, don't make this even more complicated by going to a dental office that will manipulate you, make offensive comments, but most of all be completely irrational when all you want is answers to your questions in order to solve a problem.

Fantastic experience: I have TERRIBLE teeth, always have. I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist. I mean, actual trauma and ptsd from past experiences. I came in and was given a complete quote with billing codes to discuss with my insurance company, they scheduled appointments very quickly, and gave me a real quote for each appointment so no surprises. The staff is truly amazing, understanding, comforting, and personable. Dr. Didier is the best dentist I’ve ever had, and I’m 54. The Novocain shots didn’t even hurt. The root canals were the quickest and least painful I’ve ever experienced. The extractions with bone grafts were better than expected; truly surprised by that one. The hygienist is informative and so helpful. My dental assistant has been the same since the first procedure and that eased my nerves immensely!! I no longer fear the dentist. That’s remarkable coming from me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Oh, and all has been the least expensive in southeast Orlando (didn’t check others). Make the appointment, you’re worth it.

Fantastic experience: Like most, I am not one to love going to the dentist. However I tried Lee Vista Dental for the first time and I can positively say that it was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. Alfredo was amazing during my cleaning, explaining everything he was doing and how it will help my dental health. The tools they use are high-tech and the facility is spotless. I cannot recommend this practice enough.
