Fantastic experience: I don’t really look forward to going to the dentist but I always have a good experience with bay arbor dental, specifically Kendra. I’d probably leave if she wasn’t there, very personable and honest.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dentist office in Oldsmar. Everyone from the staff to the dentist is professional and kind. They're pricing is upfront and fair.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted, I went to another dentist who quote less much a $3300 for the procedure, I wanted to get a second opinion and found Bay Arbor on my insurances website. Dr Molinari had an opening the same day, her team was as very efficient and the booking was easy. I came into the office nervous as it had been some years since I’d been to the dentist. The team and Dr molineri made me so comfortable and listened to me the entire time , she took her time to walk me through the procedure as it was happening and keeping me calm. In the end I payed $698 for the 4 wisdom teeth extractions I couldn’t recommend anyone more.

Negative experience: Shame! I had $1300. Available via my dental insurance. Went in 2 days before my appointment; asked politely if they could only do dental work that would = that amount. (Certainly" the book keeper said. On the day of the appointment, I was told it would be Best if Dr. Molinari did 2 crowns. At that point the book keeper should have said, ( the cost will be over the 1300.) NEVER told me

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Bay Arbor Dental Care and I have to say I was impressed. Staff is friendly. Office was clean and cozy. Rooms were very clean. Hygienist was great super nice and very efficient at doing the X-rays and cleaning. Met the dentist as well, makes you feel comfortable with any questions and concerns you may have. No pressure like most of the corporate company’s that I have encountered in the past.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Dr. Molinari and her Team yesterday. Incredible group of professionals.......compassionate and competent. As a retired military officer I have had my share of dental experiences (it's mandatory) and I can say this was the most technically advanced and professional group of technicians I have experienced in my lifetime. My personal dental hygienist who performed my cleaning was so meticulous in explaining my x-rays and state of health of my gums and teeth that I thought she was the doctor. The dental hygienist, Kim, did an excellent job with both my initial exam and deep cleaning, despite the fact that my gums bled quite a bit. Just goes to show I shouldn't have skipped visiting a dentist in over ten years!

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth, but they got me in quick to assess the damage. It wasn't as bad as I thought and the Doc fixed it right then. But of course I need to come back for some other work I've been putting off., but I am rather looking forward to it! The staff is also great.

Fantastic experience: I had a teeth cleaning and x-rays Dentist check up. Kendra is my hygienist and she is awesome as usual. Dr. Jones, assessed my x-rays and I received a referral for an endodontist.. The care I receive is always professional efficient and caring.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to Bay Arbor Dental for three years and never had issues—until now. My recent visit for a cleaning left me frustrated on multiple fronts. First, I was told my next cleaning couldn’t be scheduled for another eight months due to high demand. For most people this would not be an issue, but this completely disrupts my three-month rotation between Bay Arbor and my periodontist which is frustrating. Being placed on a cancellation list isn’t a reliable solution, and it makes me question whether they’re now prioritizing patient volume over quality care. Second, the billing experience was unacceptable. Despite having the same insurance I have had since I started coming to them along with having the same insurance as my husband, who was seen a week earlier without issue, I was quoted an incorrect out-of-pocket cost. The billing staff had pulled info from my medical insurance instead of dental, and when I tried to clarify, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of professionalism. I had to insist she take copies of both insurance cards and was told to pay now and that any overpayment would just result in a credit on my account. If everything does get billed correctly and I’m overcharged, I expect a refund to my credit card, not just a credit on my account. This visit made me seriously reconsider whether Bay Arbor Dental is still the right provider for me. Patients deserve accurate billing, respectful communication, and timely care ad if this is no longer a priority for this practice, it is unfortunately time to go elsewhere.

Had to go find a new dentist after years of neglect and stumbled upon Bay Arbor Dental Care and decided to give them a shot because the reviews here seem to praise Dr. Jones and her team and now I see why! I have never felt more comfortable and uplifted leaving the dentist. Not only was everyone so kind, but they really listen to you and your concerns, making sure no stone is left unturned! You can tell everyone there wants to truly help you and your smile.

The hygienist Kendra was amazing she took my concerns seriously and was very thorough with her explanations. Dr Jones was also very pleasant and I appreciate her conservative approach to dental care (as opposed to some dentists who want to redo all the work other dentist have done prior, just because they didn’t do it themselves)

Fantastic experience: After a few years of absence from going to any dental office, I decided to try out Bay Aarbor Dental Care. What a wonderful place it is.! When I first walked in to the front door, I was so amazed how calming and comfortable environment it was! Then went to the front desk , They were so professional and likable with their manners.. I was comfortable how the nurse treated me with her freindliness. X-rays were taken without any discomfort . When finally Dr Jones has come in, I was absolutely amazed. She was so freindly, taking her time to converse with me. Listening to my concerns. Her best bed side manners amazed me. Conclusion with her diagnostic with my symton that I have been experiencing was very honest and unselfish Conclusion. I have never had such a great experience with any dentist in whole my life... Fantastic experience: I would first like to admit I can be a pain in the butt patient! This office continues to be so kind and patient despite my shenanigans. The entire staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist herself is friendly and efficient. I recently got some fillings for wear facets and I’m so incredibly happy with the results. No more strawberry/blueberry seeds getting stuck in my teeth. Highly recommended!

I especially appreciate her attention to detail. I have been shopping for 3 months now & their office helped me feel comfortable with proceeding forward as well as the price is the best in the area. The reviews were great so that was a help as well. The hygienist Brian was kind & very knowledgeable as well was in treatment too, to be able to better explain it to myself. The only confusion I encountered was the payment process on my plan but after asking my many questions the rep was able to better answer my concerns. I will be starting my Invisalign treatment with them shortly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be super stressful, especially if it’s been a bit since you’ve gone (I was filled with dread ). Brittany-my dental hygienist- made it very calm and somehow fun the whole time. Big shout out to her and I think she is an asset to the office- she knew how to keep me distracted without it feeling like a distraction. She also clearly cares about people and knows her stuff. Also, she did a thorough job with my cleaning and I didn’t experience any sensitivity, which I can’t say for every place I’ve been to! Overall, they used up to date technology/ x rays, which explained incredibly competently, while going into detail that was both helpful and interesting. A lot of fear behind the process dissipates when you have everything in front of you. There was never a tone of judgement (not that things were too bad PTL), and they offered any problem solving with various cost options. They also were very open in offering to check on coverage, which not all offices do- not that I expect that but it is a HUGE point in their favor. I think they were cognizant in not having any recommendations feel like an upsell (they were clear about options and that they were in fact optional). They also explained they try to be proactive instead of just fixing problems, which I appreciated- but they were never pushy. The biggest thing that impressed me was that people seem to be genuinely happy there. It was a fun, very busy, upbeat office but it didn’t seem to be surface level (at least I hope not). I didn’t even need the dentist with the cleaning, but she dropped by to introduce herself and get to know me a little. This was just my first visit, so I’ll see how things continue, but I really liked them (and again, big shout out to Brittany and my dentist too)! Would recommend based on this first visit!!

Fantastic experience: WOW. Where do I start?! First, I have a tremendous fear of dentists. The fear where doctor can’t even approach me. I had numerous dentists tell me that due to my fear and mouth anatomy they will not work on me. Second, my tongue is anatomically located above teeth making it impossible to reach back teeth. Dr. Jones and assistants made it feel all like a breeze. I can only image how hard it would have been to hold a strong muscle to the side while working on a very back tooth, making sure nothing was cut in order to put a crown. Only highly trained doctor and assistants can do that. Lastly, they quote you a price and that the price you will be responsible for. No surprises. Fantastic experience: Best Dental Service in the Tampa Bay Area. I’ve been to quite a few places, and every staff member treats you well. The hygienists all get your work done quickly and you feel great when you leave. My average appointment from entering the door to leaving is 35 minutes.

Positive experience: Great staff but dr. Jones decided against the tylenol 3, for motrin 800mgs. Which I could just take that at home. I feel I was being slightly judged about my knowledge of the drug and wasn't given much say. Saw my prescriptions and was disappointed. Felt I was being pegged for a drug addict when in reality my infected wisdom tooth is causing me migraines, lack of sleep, the occasional vomiting. I wish she would've stayed longer to discuss the prescription but she was unfortunately busy with other patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a painful emergent situation when a molar cracked severing the nerve. Despite not being a patient of the practice they got me in early the next day. Their office and website runs like a well oiled machine. My appointment was exactly on time. The personnel were efficient and professional. Sadly the tooth couldn’t be saved and had to be extracted. They showed me exactly why the molar had to go, in realtime, on monitor that accompanied the dental chair. Best of all, No Pain!! (Great Gas:)) Bay Arbor is now my go to for everything dental. Highly recommend.
