Fantastic experience: If you are seeking quality care, friendly & relatable staff, impeccable chair-side service, and a team that is passionate about their practice and their people then this is the dental team for you! I found Dental Designs of Maryland (White Marsh Location) on Google and I am kicking myself that I haven't been here sooner! For context, I had a pretty gnarly dental experience that kept me away for two years (for shame, I know. Don't judge me), so I had a lot of trepidation going back after so long and after such a terrible experience. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by the biggest, brightest smiles, I knew I was in the right place. This office exudes warmth, inclusivity, and care. I was immediately taken into the back (I pre-filled my forms, so no wait time at all), given a tour of the office, and was informed every single step of the way to help me set expectations. Not only was Dr. Santos extremely knowledgable but her and her team were also kind and informative - I knew what was going to happen, what was happening, and what next steps would be each step of the way. I've already convinced my husband to make an appointment too! I have a long journey ahead (wisdom teeth removal, braces, and cleanings) and I couldn't feel more at home with this practice. I trust them completely to take great care of me on this journey to reinvent my smile! I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth somehow and was leaving for a cruise the following week. I called to see if there was any possibility of getting an appointment. Scheduled me the following day for a consult and scheduled me for dental work the next day. Thanks to All the staff there for making it possible. Dr. Weng explains everything he’s going to be doing through the entire procedure which took a little over two hours. He asked me if I had any questions but he already covered everything I would want to ask. I get anxious when in the dental chair but I was so comfortable through it all. And, Linda, his assistant, also has to be commended for making me comfortable and assuring everything goes smoothly. And by the way, my teeth look awesome! I am so happy with the dental work they did on me. I know I’ll enjoy my cruise thanks to the Dr. Weng and staff !

The main star was Dr. Santos, who is super nice, patient and very knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to dentist since 2018 and I thought I would get nothing but judgment and scolding. Fantastic experience: Amazing service. Dr wang is an amazing dentist patient and explains procedures. My daughter has also been doing to dental designs since she was very little and has never felt scared or anxious but comfortable each time.

Negative experience: Phone system sucks. I received a text reminding me of an appointment.Tried calling several times to cancel. I was there once and have no intention of returning, mainly because you can't get through to even leave a message , much less to speak to a person.

Fantastic experience: Everything was excellent, not only was the work done in a professional manner, I was kept informed of what they were doing with each procedure. It was nice to know what each step of my crown and cavities was happening. I highly recommend that if you need any dental work to come here.

Negative experience: I really loved this office when I went for my initial treatment, and I was excited to start but was surprised to hear they no longer accept my insurance Delta Dental. However on their website it still lists them as a participating provider. When I called today to clarify, I was told although it lists them as “participating” I would have to pay the full upfront price for services and then submit for reimbursement… I feel as if they should change their website to clarify they are not participating and will not accept this insurance payment upfront only the patients full payment.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice and their staff. I have never been a great patient and I have always struggled with anxiety around any kind of doctor or dentist visit. The staff here was so kind and empathetic to me, and made me feel really comfortable and supported. Dr. Fridberg was very patient and empathetic and took my concerns seriously. The front desk workers are also very welcoming and friendly, and quickly learned my name. I am really thankful to have found this practice!

Fantastic experience: I called yesterday morning because my front tooth chipped. They were able to see me the same day. I'm a new patient. I was told my tooth needed to be pulled and I need an implant. I cant get an implant immediately. It takes 3 months for the gum to heal. I was in tears. The tooth is in my smile. Dr. Weng gave me different options. We decided on a flipper. Dr Weng called the dental lab to see if they can get the flipper rushed. I went back today, I had the chipped tooth extracted and the flipper put in. Noone will ever no. Thank you Dr. Weng and staff.

Fantastic experience: A crown came off during breakfast and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Weng for an hour later. X-rays revealed the underlying tooth was fine, so the old crown was cleaned and glued back on. Everyone from reception to payment was so pleasant and professional as usual, which is why I’ve been going there ever since they opened years go. Thanks to all involved.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my consultation with Dr. Santos. She spent almost an hour with me reviewing my treatment options and even allowed me to come back the following day to further customise my night guard. All of that for free! She was incredibly kind, understanding and compassionate. Her assistant Linda was also so kind and helpful giving me great advices for over-the-counter options for my oral health. The entire team was wonderful. I already highly recommended Dr Santos’ dental clinic to my friends!

Negative experience: Went in for dental work, a simple extraction. Dr. Levine not only failed to be able to propely numb the area, he also failed to extract the tooth. He then cut the tooth into different segments to extract by segment at a time. He failed that as well. Then was quick to write a refund check and send me to an emergency oral surgeon in a different practice because he was unable to correct his mistakes. The amount of sheer pain I'm in now not to mention the added cost of more bills because of his mistakes and half assed attempts have now put me in unnecessary physical trauma and pain. I will be reporting him to the the dental board and my attorney is already on top of the case.

Fantastic experience: I feel the very sincere need to express ny gratitude for Dr. Santos, Linda, and the entire team at Dental Designs of Maryland. I am a very “nervous” dental patient after some significant dental work years ago and when it came time to select a new dentist a few years ago, I did extensive research before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Santos. From day one she treated me with kindness and professionalism and always has been 100% honest with me regarding my dental plans of care. Dr. Santos has always given me patience and always allows more than ample time for my appointments. Dr. Santos has always been responsive to all of my questions and has gone above and beyond to communicate with me even if it has taken her outside of her usual office hours. I am so very grateful for not only her professionalism and skill, but also for her compassion and kindness. About two years ago I moved across the country and I choose to travel back to Maryland for all of my dental needs because I trust no one more Dr. Santos. Thank you Dr. Santos and all of Dental Designs of Maryland for the exceptional care that you provide to me and to all of your clients!

Negative experience: I was a patient here for about 8 years and they were great…. Until they weren’t. The staff isn’t as good as they used to be when they were smaller. The worst thing is you can’t get an appointment. They are booking over 9 months out, no way to get an appointment in 6 months which is ridiculous. If you have to reschedule forget about it, they can’t get you in for another 9 months. This practice has put profits over patients unfortunately, all they care about is jamming their schedules. A good practice would have stopped accepting new patients once they started having problems getting their patients scheduled every 6 months. Oh and BTW, they got all these good ratings by offering gift cards to the patients who submitted them.

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best place ever! I feel like I have known everyone there for years and they truly make you feel comfortable! The crown replacement procedure was smooth and the results are amazing, thanks to Dr Nina Santos and her staff.

Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to put into words how absolutely amazing this dental office is, truly. I called them out of pure panic on a Friday after breaking a tooth the night before; they saw me same day and set me up for a root canal and crown, directly after the new year, when my new insurance kicked in. There hasn’t been a time when I called, that they haven’t seen me in at least 48hrs. They’re the definition of the BEST!!!!! So friendly, so amazing, my favorite dental office ever!

Fantastic experience: I do not have a single bad thing to say about DDMD - White Marsh. The front staff are always so warm and welcoming, and the doctors, assistants, and hygienists are caring and compassionate. I had some trouble understanding my insurance and the front office staff was so knowledgeable and helped me understand very clearly. I also appreciate how transparent they are with your co-pays, and they never leave you in the dark! If you're trying to decide on a dentist, look no further than Dental Designs!!!!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed! I had hope and tried very hard to like them and was looking forward to making them my next dentist office/Provider. Unfortunately it did not work. Reasons: (1) They didn't let me know that my insurance was out of network and I could possibly be charged more until an hour to my 2nd appointment. I had already taken time off from work (there were no suitable timeslot/schedule in the near future had I refuse the one offered me) and headed to their office for the follow up appointment when I was told about the situation. They made it known to me via email (no phone call) when I was almost at the office that I could be out of their network and they were not sure. I was told to call the insurance company or my HR to confirm. Mind you, this appointment was scheduled almost a week in advance and so they had a lot of time to info me about the "out of network" situation. (2) Additionally, this was my 2nd appointment with them after I had already met with them once as a new patient. When I submitted my new patient paperwork and during my first visit, I was never informed about been out of network. (3) One of the front desk staffs did not seem to know what she was doing. She asked me to email the insurance card to her after I had already uploaded all docs including the insurance card via their site and emailed the card prior to my visit. (4) One of chair-side assistants is a smoker and the cigarette smell really bothered me while she prep me during my one and only (first) visit. -The one bit of positive here is that the dentist and two of the assistants (including the smoker) seem to be nice (*seem to be since I only dealt with them once).

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly and helpful, they even wished me a Happy Birthday. Every procedure is carefully and thoroughly explained, so there are no surprise's, the facility is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was scheduled for 11:00. I was in the chair by 11:01 and was made very comfortable. My crown was made on the spot and the whole process was smooth. I’ll definitely be back whenever needed.

Dr. SANTOS and Dr. WENG have "held my hand"... So to speak... through many procedures....I used to hate going to the dentist... now I feel like I'm visiting family. Fantastic experience: Another dentist messed up my teeth pretty bad but after meeting with dr Santos at dental designs I can honestly say I won't be going anywhere else. She had a way of explaining things to me that I could easily understand and made me comfortable moving forward with steps to fix everything up!!

Negative experience: Dentist retired. Decided to try Dental Design. First appointment front office staff were a bit off putting and insistent on getting info they have no right to demand. HIPA anyone? However, I liked Dr Santos and decided to try a repeat. When I showed up for my second appointment, the front office staff were again off putting. Claimed they called twice and sent a text requesting a confirmation call and failing to receive a call they had given away my appointment time so I needed to reschedule. Text would not have been possible given the number on file is a land line. When I checked messages that evening, I discovered a message left that morning after I left for work. It only provided confirming date/time info and did not ask for a confirmation call back. Staff could have offered to try and fit me in that day, they could have tried to apologize but no - the smirk and expectation that I would reorder my schedule for their screw up is not acceptable. Its too soon for me to see a missed appt bill, but if one comes in I will file a fraud complaint. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Service is good however their billing is absurd. Office manager is rude, They won’t tell you how much services are and balance bill you past what your insurance has agreed to - even though they’re in network. They don’t send a bill till after 90 days (when you don’t actually know you owe anything) then begin with threats if collections.

Fantastic experience: Dental Designs of White Marsh is the best!! We are new patients and everyone, and I mean everyone, has been the absolute best!! Dr. Dez and Dr. Santos have taken great care of examining our teeth and even fixed a broken tooth already. Linda, is the most knowledgeable Dental Assistant I've ever met! Our Dental Hygienist, Cindy, cleaned our teeth so well. She was so nice and personable and talked us through everything that she was doing. She taught my daughter the proper way to floss and even recommended flossing tools that help make it easier. Avery is always smiling and welcomes every patient as soon as they enter the office. We're glad to be patients at Dental Disigns of White Marsh!

Fantastic experience: First of all, let me say something that I have said for many years . “ I would rather have a cesarean section without anesthesia than go to the dentist one time. “ It terrifies me because of a prior trauma when I was 13 years old. Consequently, I don’t go every six months to a year as I should . I have thought for over 50 years that If I could remain healthy and keep my teeth in my head, I would never go again. At this moment, in time, I believe that most of that angst and fear has dissipated because of my experience yesterday with Doctor Santos at the Dental Designs of Whire Marsh. I was pensive and almost left three times before I even registered, but when I walked into the office, the ambience was so relaxing and comfortable that I stayed . The waiting area was furnished more like a living room than a doctors office, and it was extremely clean and very comfortable. I was greeted by three lovely ladies at the front desk and Avery helped me with my registration. She was so charming , professional and helpful that she even offered to enter my information for me on the iPad that they had available instead of having me fill out all of those awkward forms on paper. I was trying to get my medication’s configured to email them instead of having to type them in when Linda came to get me to go back to be seen . Since I had not finished, she said that she would come back in a few minutes to give me time to complete what I was doing. How thoughtful was that? When would you ever see that at another physicians office? She came back to retrieve me a few minutes later when I had completed my form and began to offer me a tour of the facility. This is just part of the service that they offer to get people comfortable. Of course that’s the last thing I needed so I asked her to take me back to the room , which she did expediently. She took her time and was very gentle with me when I got my x-rays, and she made sure to explain things and make me quite comfortable. Dr Santos came in soon after and was a brilliant bubble of personality, kindness and empathy. I have never been so impressed. She listened to my concerns and also kept me calm by just having a chat with me. When she started checking my teeth, I actually could release my death grip on the handles of the chair for the first time . That was a big success for both of us. She checked each tooth in ways that no one has ever checked them before , with a thoroughness I had never experienced. Everything went beautifully and I’m actually going back three days from now for my cleaning. Before now that would have been unheard of. One extra special, fun thing that happened on my way out was that Reaneia, who made my appointment to return , looked exactly as if she could be the twin sister of a lovely lady I worked with for many years. Johnica also was at the Reception area and she was quite pleasant at well. The dentist’s office that I had gone to before had a revolving door of men that I would see once maybe twice who would pop in and out just as quickly , and they never did anything to show that they cared about anything other than money. This trip was significantly different. When you need to see a dentist , especially if you’re nervous or frightened for any reason, you should consider making a call to this dental office. My son and daughter-in-law go there and they have seen several of the doctors and love every single one of them. They are the ones that told me “ you might not be scared anymore if you go there because everybody in this office is spectacular”, and they were 100% correct. Thank you, Dr Santos and all of your crew for the marvelous care. Ich bin sehr dankbar.

Fantastic experience: Cindy was outstanding and helped me return. I stopped coming because of my last experience, but she helped change my mind with this experience. Then Dr. Santos came with even more pleasantness, and now I'll be back. Sometimes, you just need the right people. I've found mine. Oh, and don't get me started on the front desk, just lovely ladies. Even said happy upcoming birthday. That's attention to detail, not just another chart.

Negative experience: After spending thousands, even with insurance coverage, I'm disappointed to conclude that the skill level at this clinic is below average. One of my fillings fell apart twice within a year, and I was charged extra to fix their poor workmanship. Additionally, their practice of combining multiple dental procedures into one appointment seemed more beneficial for them than for me, especially considering insurance limitations per visit. Overall, I won't be returning to this clinic.

Negative experience: Their website says they take Delta Dental. I submitted the online appointment request and noted I had Delta Dental. When I got to my appointment they said they did not know I had insurance and thought I wanted to be self pay. For Delta Dental you have to be self pay and then they will submit it to claims and see what they will cover. Self pay was around $200. This was not clear on the website that this was their policy.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Levine for a filling and I am so pleased with the result. While I was nervous going into the office, Dr. Levine was patient and kind. He talked me through the procedure and made it quick and painless. I have never had such a compassionate doctor. The office was clean and professional. I had also been experiencing headaches and I had a night guard made that is comfortable and has taken away my pain and headaches. Definitely would recommend seeing Dr. Levine for any procedure/check up! My kids saw Liz for their first hygiene checks. My toddlers were comfortable and at ease even in a new situation. She gave them fun glasses, pretended the chair was a rocket ship, put on a kids show for them to watch on the tv during their appointments, and they got a prize at the end! She allowed them to get comfortable and did as much as she could without pushing them. I'm so grateful to dental designs for making their first appointment a success and ensuring they will be back willingly!

If you have dental anxiety, kids, someone with special needs, an elderly parent or just need a dentist this is the place to go. They do everything from cleaning to major dental and cosmetic work. I take my elderly mom and my special needs sister Darla here. Everyone is so kind and caring and just plain great. Dr Levine is really one of the best most caring dentists I have EVER encountered. Negative experience: Dentist messed up my crown after I paid $300 out of pocket. Dentist was not up front about having to place my crown in an awkward position. After I questioned why my crown felt like it wasn’t positioned correctly, he “claimed” he placed it that way because placing it in the more suitable way would have required a root canal. So you give me a tooth that’s not properly aligned instead? They used an “in house” crown making machine that looks like a “key maker” and gave me a lumpy crown that felt like sand paper. Then they had the nerve to email me a bill saying I still owed $300 after my dental insurance already paid for my crown “AND” I paid over $300 in co-payment for my crown procedure and crown itself. I’m glad I didn’t let the dentist fix my two front cavities. I probably would have walked out with “deformed” teeth. Won’t be returning…..YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…….

They are also very accommodating, since they unfortunately will no longer be a primary provider with BCBS. I do wish they could look into continuing working with BCBS though, as it does make things more challenging. Nonetheless, a great staff and definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I had two implants performed more than 2 years ago by Dr Wang and her staff. Recently I had small issues with my gums and had an x-ray performed by another dentist. The dentist even commented how well the implants were done and asked me who did the procedure. This place is 5 stars all around. Dr Wang is a perfectionist and very personable (even if her patients are not very). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I chose this dentist based on the good reviews I read and I have not been disappointed! I’ve been going to them for many years now, and they’ve helped me through a few cavities I’ve needed filled as well as standard cleanings/checkups. I always feel like I’m in great hands! The front desk staff are always both friendly and efficient and the office always looks so nice and well maintained (and often even decorated during different times of year). During every visit I’ve felt very pleased with both quality of care and how quickly and efficiently I’ve been taken care of. So so glad I found Dr Santos and the whole Dental Designs of White Marsh team! (As I said on my most recent visit, I just love not having to feel nervous when going to the dentist anymore!)

Fantastic experience: Everyone I encountered was extremely nice. They made sure I was comfortable. You can tell that their patients are their #1 priority. Making sure we are well informed about their practice, all those working with and on us, and about what is about to happen or what needs to happen. This is a very great place if you are looking for a great dentist.

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied as a new patient. I was turned away as new patient for having to reschedule. I had to reschedule two times prior in which I was not told would be an issue. The third time I had to reschedule was with little notice, but was told someone from the office would reach out to reschedule my appointment. After not receiving any correspondence to reschedule, even though I was told by two representatives that someone would be reaching out to reschedule, I was sent a “dismissal letter” a few days later. I emailed back and got no response. I have never had this experience at any practice and am glad I wasn’t seen here given my experience.

Fantastic experience: Dental designs is absolutely fantastic. They are efficient, timely and easy to work with. Dr Weng takes the time before and after a procedure to walk you through everything that will happen, the time line and afterword takes the time to debrief you on what he just did. He also takes great pride in his work and takes the time to make any adjustments as needed afterwards. 10/10

I have ptsd from my previous dentist that I had bad experiences with and both Linda and Dr. Santos have somehow managed to make my visits less scary. Fantastic experience: My visits to Dental Designs in White Marsh are always so pleasant! I was always scared to death when going to other dentists but Dr Santos is absolutely wonderful!!! She is so sweet yet professional! Her staff is always on top of things and very rarely do I have to wait for my appointments. Between Dr. Levine and his amazing assistant Jen, they are pure magic, seriously! I’ve been so afraid of the dentist since I was a kid, 40 + years ago, yup, you heard me! The both of them were so kind, and compassionate. After noticing I was crying , they asked about my concerns, and then promised me it wouldn’t be painful at all, and indeed it wasn’t. Fantastic experience: The service at Dental Designs of White Marsh is excellent. My son was seen today as a new patient, and as soon as we walked inside the super clean waiting area, the receptionist greeted him by name. He was taken in the back for cleaning in less than a minute of arriving. The entire staff was pleasant . The staff makes sure any services they complete are covered by your insurance company before starting on your mouth which is a plus for me due to where we used to go they didn't check. Dental Designs there are no surprises. I love this place already, so much that I made an appointment for myself and actually excited about going. Yes, excited about a dental appointment. Definitely recommend Dental Designs of White Marsh. Received a root canal, and from what people say, it's painful. I went and felt nothing, was a breeze. I had a little pain afterward, took tylenol, and was fine.

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist. I would try avoid it and just go when I had to. This dentist office has changed how I felt. I see Dr Weng. He is very nice and explains everything he is doing. He makes sure you are comfortable with everything. The hygienist I had twice is very sweet (Maria) I think is her name. From the minute you walk in until you leave you are well taken care of from the receptionists to the check out. You won’t regret using them!

Fantastic experience: I normally am skeptical of a business with THIS many 5 star reviews. I usually assume the reviews are largely fake. But in this case, they are 100% spot on. I came for an emergency visit, and this was my first time coming here. The first thing the office did was introduce me to everyone. Literally gave me a tour of the office, introduced everyone by name and what their job was at the office (and there are a lot of people), and showed me their various lab equipment and workspaces. The office is probably the most high tech office I've ever seen. I was very impressed with these folks before I even got to the chair. The staff was very knowledgeable about my situation and had impeccable "chairside" manners. They were quick and efficient with the x-rays and then showed me what my issue was and gave me multiple options for a care plan. There was absolutely not an ounce of pressure to go with any particular choice. The dentist was very careful to inform me of my options but not try to sell me anything. And he also talked in detail with me as I explored each option. My procedure was removing what proved to be a very difficult tooth. The doctor did an amazing job. He was encouraging and empathetic throughout the entire procedure, and he was very clear with what I would experience and what his instructions were for me. He did an amazing job fixing my issue. But I have to take a moment to talk about Ms Sandy who was assisting him with the procedure. If there was an awards show for dentists offices (I don't know, like the Toothies or something), Ms Sandy would get the award for...she'd get a bunch of awards. She did her best to make sure I was comfortable, that my paperwork was correct, and even kept the atmosphere light for what would normally be a very nerve wracking procedure. But the shining thing that stood out to me was her consideration and compassion. She was scheduled to be off work 30 minutes after my appointment started. However because she knew how much work I had to do to make this appointment time work, when it was decided that my tooth needed to come out, she stayed late at work (on a Friday) just to help the doctor with my procedure. She did this both out of consideration for me and out of consideration for her fellow employees who would have had to come in and take over for her. Even the dentist told her she could go home (it's clear that this business cares about its employees as well), but she was determined to stay until my procedure was finished (not a short procedure let me tell you). This is a level of care that you cannot put a price on. You cannot find it just anywhere. She is the type of person that you can't find just anywhere. And when you do, you stick around them. Dental Designs is the type of practice that you're willing to drive out of your way to get to. This will be the practice that I will bring my family to. And I hope you'll bring yours as well.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Santos is the best, she is so upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to dental designs for a few years now and have had a fair amount of work done. Every experience that I have had at Dental Designs has been fantastic from the receptionists to the Hygenists and even the Dental Assistant’s. My only complaint is that appointment wait times for cleanings are pretty far out but the wait is worth it imho.

Fantastic experience: I am so thrilled with Dental Designs in White Marsh. I never had dental anxiety before, but when my previous dentist retired, I switched to a random dentist in my neighborhood. They didn’t listen to me when I told them I could still feel things, and struck a nerve several times. They sent me home with improperly lined bites and were just an overall mess to deal with. It was a series of awful visits, resulting in anxiety around dental work. I finally asked my son’s dentist for a recommendation and they sent me to Dental Designs. Dr. Weng is amazing, as is all the staff. On my first visit they gave me a tour and did a full exam. Since my dental anxiety has kept me away from the dentist for a few years, we found I needed 3 fillings and a crown. Dr. Weng said we could do it all in one sitting, and he did! His assistant, Danielle, was so patient and kind- always making sure I was comfortable and at ease. Dr. Weng always explained everything and most importantly- he listened to me when I said I could feel things and took the time to make sure I was appropriately numb. He took extra care to make sure my bite was comfortable and told me to call the office right away if I found I needed any adjustments. The office is clean, welcoming, and they do same-day crowns. No more taking molds and waiting weeks! I am thrilled with my experience with Dr. Weng and Danielle. If you have dental anxiety and are looking for an office that does both quality work, while also respecting your needs, this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were straight but my smile was narrow. I had a cross bite but wasn't even aware. I had braces but I am not sure palate expanders were around back then. Every time I took a picture next to someone with a wide smile, all I could see was my teeth and wish my smile was better. I saw Dr. Santos for a consult. I decided to get veneers on my top teeth. Dr. Santos spent a lot of time with me and was very patient. I am very picky and if I didn't like anything about my new teeth/smile, she would send the model back with corrections. My smile is now BEAUTIFUL!!! I look way better in pictures (and in person) and I could not ask for a better smile! I have absolutely no complaints and am 100% satisfied. I wish I would have done this sooner. If you are on the fence about cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Santos is the one to go to. Trust me, if she can make me happy, she can make you happy!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new dental ofc. I saw how many positive reviews they received and decided to give Dental Designs a try. Every experience I've had with them so far has been amazing. The front desk is always polite and welcoming, the dental assistants are personable and make you feel comfortable during your visit. Like many people, going to the dentist makes me extremely anxious. Dr Levine and staff made it a pleasant experience that I don't dread. Dr Levine is capable, knowledgeable, makes sure that you're aware of everything that will happen during the procedure and patiently answers any questions you have. I'm so happy I found this practice.

I moved to Baltimore about 13 years ago and had two different dentists until I found Dental Designs. I LOVE that they make the crowns right in their office. No scheduling another appointment, etc…. Fantastic experience: This dentist office is nothing short of amazing. I truly see why they have 5 stars on their google reviews. I am new to Baltimore County, and I needed a new dentist to get me back on track with my cleanings and proper oral hygiene. Searching for the right dentist on google was so hard until I found Dental Designs. The whole staff/team made me feel right at home, like family, even when I set up new patient appointments for me and my family over the phone. The receptionists are the best and are so accommodating when scheduling. ​The whole/staff is so warm and welcoming. The exam rooms are immaculate, just very relaxing to be in. My oral hygienist Cindy was my angel yesterday, lol, and just incredible. She is beyond knowledgeable in her job and is so informative. I was a little nervous because I have mild periodontal disease, and it has been a while since I've had a cleaning. She called me down the whole time and made me feel better. She explained exactly what state my gums were currently in and what steps to take to improve them on my own. She thoroughly explained that I was in the right hands and I most definitely believe her. Now, my dentist, Dr. Dez blew me away. He is so kind and just the best of the best dentist. He made my whole experience worthwhile. I viewed my X-rays with him while he explained in detail the state of my gums, my teeth, my new treatment plan to healthier gums and smile. He never onced rushed me and kept asking if I had any questions. I love that!
