Fantastic experience: First time to this dental office and from the day I made the initial appointment for my husband the receptionist was very polite, pleasant and professional. We came into the office and were greeted by the receptionist. The dentist examined my husband and he instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. He was amazed on how the dentist explained all his dental issues using terms he can easily understand. We have had many dentist over the years and this by far has been the best experience in a long long time. My husband was given options on his dental work plan. In the past other dentist just would push implants and over 4500k bill per 1 tooth and that's why he waited so long to go back. Now 3 years later his teeth/gums got worse. Thank you Gurz Family Dental for helping my husband start working on getting his beautiful smile back!

Fantastic experience: Gurz dental is amazing, the clinic is very clean, all the staffs are very professional and nice, first time here and I had very good experience with them, they did my cleaning thoughtfully and very well, doctors and staffs are very patient, highly recommend if you need a dental care.

Negative experience: I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. I came in for a routine cleaning and left incredibly frustrated. First, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation or apology. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and barely acknowledged me. When I finally got called in, the dental hygienist was rough and barely said a word. It felt rushed, and at one point, she poked my gums so hard I flinched—and got no apology. The dentist came in for barely three minutes, barely looked in my mouth, and gave vague advice that didn’t make me feel confident at all. To make matters worse, they tried to upsell me on whitening and a deep cleaning I didn’t need—when I declined, the tone shifted fast. I was handed a bill with extra charges I wasn’t told about ahead of time, and when I questioned it, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. I’ve never left a dental office feeling more stressed. Definitely would not recommend.

This dentist has completely changed my whole perspective on going to the dentist. I was right away greeted by an assistant named janelle that made me feel welcome and comforted being there. She helped me out with everything that I needed and even giving me words of support as she knew I was very nervous being there.
