Today Kyle took care of me and let me say this America…I had an amazing tech take care of me prior and I didn’t know if I could ever find such care, talent, and support that I had before. But after sharing my experience, the staff listened to my words and cared for me like I was one of their own. From the reminder calls, texts, and most of all the warm friendly outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Lee Huynh is the kindest most down to earth dentist I’ve met since my last dentist. Between Dr. Huynh, Kyle and the ladies from the front seat to behind the sciences are phenomenal. Ladies, it also helps that Dr. Huynh, is a handsome man, to look at but he’s a happily married man! Please come to Haven Dentistry Office and come see Kyle under the leadership of both Dr. Huynh and Dr. Van, they take they time to take care of you from start to finish, ensuring that you leaving with your teeth better than when you came, along with valuable information about your teeth that you may not have ever known before. Also, this is the first time, I didn’t have to use any meds during a cleaning process, I almost fell asleep as I was blessed with a warm blanket, and able watched a great show during my visit! I had the most outstanding experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment EVER! Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and professional, and they’re especially good with my kids—even though my kids can be a handful. I recently had a deep cleaning, and the hygienist was extremely thorough and efficient. I didn’t even need numbing gel because she was so focused and gentle throughout the procedure. In the past, I’ve had the same procedure done elsewhere with numbing gel, and it was still painful—partly because the hygienist kept chatting with another staff member instead of focusing. That was definitely not the case here. Big props to this office for having a team that takes their work seriously and gives patients their full attention. Highly recommend!
