Fantastic experience: We love bringing our daughters to imagine dental. Staff is friendly, location is clean & my girls look forward to their dentist appointments. Doctor & nurses are always patient and kind as well!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dental location. I love Dr. Patel. His team takes time to listen to your concerns and are always willing to work with you to ensure your children are receiving the best dental care possible. Even with my daughter with special needs they take extra time to make sure she she is comfortable. We love it here.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my daughter (5 now) here for about 2 years now and the staff is great and the all the dentist here are amazing! They have done x rays from the beginning because my daughter had hit her tooth so we needed to make sure they were okay which was fine BUT they would struggle getting all her x rays because it would hurt and she would cry. She also didn’t like them using the sucker tool and told them. Today was the first time I can say she felt so comfortable with Christine, she was beyond sweet, helpful, and just so patient. The other girls weren’t ever mean or rude but they a couple of times forgot the note and would try the sucker and my daughter would freak. I appreciated Christine sooo much, my daughter was dreading this appointment and after said “it wasn’t so bad!” Everyone is great here but today, that extra mile taken by Christine to talk to my daughter and made sure to reassure her several times she wouldn’t use the sucker. As a mom is everything to me because I hate to see my child worried or scared so I had to make sure I shouted out this experience. I’m going to set my appointments around Christine’s schedule lol.

Fantastic experience: Another successful dental trip with all four kiddos. Getting a book at the end is hands down their favorite part of the experience! Lol!

I was nervous about their (my sons) transition from their previous dentist office, but the environment is so welcoming, my boys didn’t have a problem at all adjusting.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel and staff are punctual, respectful, and delightful especially with the kiddos. Had my two sons needing multiple extractions, and fillings. They handled it well, made it as painless as possible and attempted to keep their confidence intact during the process. Kids are usually scared of dentist but Dr Patel feels like family to them.

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter gets seen here for her ortho appointments & she gets excited every time we come because she able to pick out new colors ( most exciting thing for a 8 yr old lol) and the assistants, doctor Greene, front desk make her and me feel welcome from start to finish. Highly recommend this for ortho and the best part is they also work with the General so if you need a cleaning, you can get two birds with one stone because you don’t have to go to multiple offices!

The treatment coordinator was very helpful in assisting me in getting started with a great down payment to start! I highly recommend this place!!!

My daughter also does orthodontic treatment and it so easy going back in forth and the communication with each of them is great when needing to remove any wires for cleanings

Positive experience: The only complain I have is Everyone in Ortho needs to communicate with patients and parents. Nobody ever talks it's actually pretty weird .Need to work on customer service.We want to know what's going on with our children's teeth every appointment.

Negative experience: I have had numerous issues with billing with co pays and reception and appointments. The staff is polite while always screwing up billing and appointments but quick to ask you to pay. The dentist staff are awesome but receptionist makes the place look bad as if they are not qualified to be doing something so simple. I always have an issue with the ortho side.you can barely reach them on the phone nor email.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for 4.5 years and staff is exceptional. Comfy chairs and coffee in waiting area. They regularly have a photo op area set up coordinating with the holidays. The closed children’s play area while waiting is lovely. Saw Dr. Patel and he is exceptional, front staff sweet and they have children’s books as a good bye gift with a toothbrush and toothpaste and floss for each kid. They give the kids stickers after x-rays and do their best to make visiting the dentist a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very kind and attentive. Dentist was able to fit it my 10 month old on the spot, and appt was very quick and thorough. Dentists here are always very kind and great at educating the little ones how to take care of their teeth. The play room in the lobby has a cute holographic game for little ones to play with while they wait along with other toys. Waiting room has complimentary coffee for parents also! Would recommend !

Negative experience: Do not use the Ortho services at this location. My daughter got braces a few months ago and we have been having to go back almost weekly because something comes off her braces. I also have had emergency like services (a wire poking her cheek) and ortho is never at this location so they expect you to drive to converse to get something minor done. When I say their braces break more than an item from TEMU I’m not kidding. Do not use them you’ll be calling into work weekly to have to drive an hr to have a spring fixed something a dental hygienist could easily fix from the dental side. They don’t care about your time just your money. We’ve spent so much money it’s ridiculous.

Negative experience: I went here to get to see if I could get a large cavity filled soon because our other dentist's wait was 3 months. They said my 9 yr old need a root canal (we would have to go to a children's surgery center) and also wanted to give her 5 other fillings. I of course declined because my first dentist is very good and said her cavity was deep, but he was able to fill it AND that the other teeth that imagine said needed fillngs were just her baby teeth that would fall out soon. Maybe they were just being cautious and didn't know anything about my daughters health history, but I would caution anyone from just blinding following their filling recommendations. Also the dentist wasn't very nice and we had to wait a long time. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: **UPDATE** Things have gone downhill. We used to see the same 1-2 dentists, now years later it's an absolute revolving door of dentists so my kids have never built a rapport with a dentist and get nervous each time. This is now feeling more like a dental factory where they have a ton of dentists to get you in and out, you will be a number when you're there. That's not to say that staff isn't kind or courteous. But like a primary care physician, it's important to build a relationship with the doctor and it's clear to me that will never happen here. ORIGINAL review from 2019 We love this pediatric dental practice! My 5 and 2 year old kids love coming here. The staff is very kind and patient and makes sure they’re both completely comfortable throughout any and all interventions. I love that my kids have plenty of entertainment during our short waits and during their cleanings. Every doctor has also done a wonderful job of explaining expectations and answering all questions.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beautiful experience. I’ve never been to an all children’s dentistry. The open bay gives off a positive and gorgeous Aura. The doctor, Dr. Patel, that saw my children (at the same time) was a beautiful, patient, and knowledgeable soul. I loved our first experience. There was love radiating throughout the whole facility; from the desk receptionists, to the dental hygienists, to the dentist to the complimentary children’s book my children could pick from. They also have an interactive play area for the kiddos. Beautiful beautiful! I’m coming back eeeevry six months and will be adding my new baby to the schedule when she turns 6 months. Positive experience: My first visit in this dental practice went very well and exceeded my expectations. They have a great waiting area for the kids and i love the goodies they give the kids once done with their appointment.The dentists are Super Lovely and thorough with their evaluation! But today, i left very dissapointed with the front desk checking in patients. The reason for that was I did not want to do x-rays for my six-year-old today because she got x-rays in her last six month appointment. The front desk lady was very unpleasant and I was very disappointed on the way she handled it. When asked why we haven’t been called back, She made me feel as if we were waiting for the doctor to approve my daughter being seen as a patient because i denied xrays this visit. The other front desk, staff member who helps checking out patients really came through and helped us being seen today, which I truly appreciate because both my children had to return to School the doctor, Dr Patel was very pleasant very professional. The hygeniest took her time with the cleaning! But the front desk Can do better! They need to show more of a positive atitude towards patients , they are the face of the practice.

Positive experience: I like this clinic but only the dentist section. Ortho is a pain in the behind. You literally can’t get a hold of them unless you spend all day calling and once they answer the girls are rude! They’ll answer the phone, say yes? No introduction just yeah? Than you explain what you need and they sound annoyed most of the times they don’t even have answers for my questions. Some have put me on hold until i hang up and call back this has happened more than once.

Positive experience: There are a lot of good reasons to use imagine dental. My little guy has been coming here since he was born 2019 for lip ties. The staff members are amazing, kind, welcoming and helpful. The facility always looks clean and my little guy love the playroom they have for kids. My only complaint is their time management can be bad. We waited an hour and half to start his procedure. His original appointment time was 10am … we didn’t start until it was after 11:30am. I can be understanding and patient. But feel they could do a little better on on the wait time. No communication on why they were running behind. Having a 5 year old fast and then not start the procedure on time got me over whelmed. It felt like they over booked or we were squeezed in. That being said there lots of reasons to come here but make sure when you book an appointment that they can start in time for.

The staff is incredibly patient and kind, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free for my child. The dentists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in a way that helps kids (and parents) feel at ease. The fun doesn’t stop there — the waiting area is like a mini playland, with games, a projector, and different gaming systems to keep kids entertained. And the little rewards at the end of the visit? They’re a brilliant touch — my child actually wants to go back now. If you’ve got a little one who’s nervous about the dentist, I can’t recommend Imagine Dental enough. They truly know how to create a positive, welcoming experience for kids!
