Negative experience: After a terrible experience with one of their other locations(Midtown Family Dentistry), I agreed to come to this location even though it was 45 minutes away from my home because it was all they had available for a Friday and my kids were out of school that day. We got up at 6am on their day out to get to the appointment. I tried calling 3 times on my way there and no one answered. When we finally made it we were left sitting in the lobby for 35 minutes and eventually just walked out. A manager finally called later that day and apologized and said that he’d send me a gift card. He never sent anything. These appointments were a huge waste of time and energy.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you and your daughter had. After speaking with you directly, our team took your feedback to heart and made several staffing and operational adjustments to ensure that this situation doesn’t happen again.
We completely understand the time and effort it takes to take off work and school for an appointment, and we’re truly sorry we weren’t able to accommodate you as planned. While we know a gift card can’t replace the time lost, it has been emailed to you as a small gesture of our apology and to hopefully bring a bit of ease to your day.

Fantastic experience: So the last time I was at a dentist was approximately 3 years ago. So I was expecting the worst in terms of my dental health and was a little nervous going in. Upon going into the clinic the office was maintained very well. And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Went so far as asking if I’d like any water. Getting back to the exam room I was very impressed with the layout of the room (had tv’s on the wall, and even positioned above you when you lay back). I was also impressed with the tools/machines these used. Being able to see full scans of my teeth in real time was really interesting. The tech/ assistants were so kind to me always asking if I’m ok. It was very sweet. The Doctor came in was very helpful and gave his opinions on the findings. Gave me a cleaning. And had to leave for the next patient. It was rather brief but I completely understood they seemed very busy today. Last but not least the financial people came in to discuss future treatment and discharge plans. Very thorough and very helpful. This place truly sets the standard that all other dental clinics should strive to be. And will definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic experience: I really liked this place. They have new equipment and state of the art imaging which is less invasive then the old plastic things that are put in your mouth to take x-rays. There is a television on the ceiling so it takes your mind off of any procedure. The dentist, Dr. Arnold was very kind, let me know to raise my left hand if I needed him to stop for a bit during my procedure. They have awesome hours, evenings and Saturdays. The office staff is pleasant. I found a new dentist which is difficult for someone like myself who has phobias about dental work!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having some tooth trouble and after researching affordable dentists in my area, I came across Riviera Family Dentistry. All it took was a phone call and they got me in rather quickly. Today I went in thinking it was only for an evaluation, but after examining my teeth, I actually got them CLEANED in the same day at NO cost with insurance! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I’m so grateful that I came across them. I see myself being a longtime client of theirs!
