Fantastic experience: Best dental office I’ve ever been to hands down! Gloria and the rest of the staff are always super accommodating and friendly. I love how aesthetic and inviting the office is. Definitely not your average dentist office. Very boujee feeling at a non boujee price. Hygienist Kristy is incredibly gentle. Every time I get my cleaning I feel no pain or pressure.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at my recent dental visit! My hygienist Kristy was amazing friendly, gentle, and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything so clearly. What really stood out, though, was how kind and accommodating the staff were. The front desk secretary Gloria went above and beyond by keeping an eye on my kids while I got my cleaning done, which I appreciated more than words can say. Negative experience: Ive worked in dental for years. They lady who greated me seemed like she hated her life, no smile when I walked in. I felt like explaining my situation was a burden to her. Definitely a money hungry office. If they cared more about patient care and giving a great first experience I would have came back and spent all my money on my exams, and SRPS. Its been years since I've worked in a dental office and have been seen. This office cares more about money than building relationships with new patients. I've been needing a good amount of work done but based off my experience there I won't be back. Consults are free so they over price everything else to compensate. If my experience was better best believe I would have done cherry to pay for my needed treatment. The assistant who saw me today was truly amazing, none of this is on him.
Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Thrive Dental and Orthodontics Sachse and it was such a great experience! The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. I had my cleaning with Kristy, who did an amazing job and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Niyah was also very helpful and kind. The dentist explained everything I needed and answered all my questions. I’m really glad I chose this office!

Fantastic experience: Chose Thrive Dental from reviews I read. Simple new patient online scheduling. Very clean and beautifully decorated office. Was greeted upon arrival by Gloria. Jennifer took x-rays and prepared me for Dr. Navarro. Dr. Navarro’s exam was thorough. Devin the hygienist was kind, knowledgeable and provided advice on better oral care. I was also fitted for complimentary whitening trays. Gloria provided no pressure-recommend treatment plan. I also received a new patient welcome bag with toothpaste, toothbrush and floss. Recommend.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Dr navarro. Pretty facility but bad dentists. I emailed them about how horrible my experience was and I also asked the receptionist to have someone call me back, never heard back. They are lying when they say “please call us”.

Negative experience: GO TO ALLEN OFFICE! They will take care of you great!!! I went to the SACSE one for X-rays and fillings. For a filling then got infected and when I told the Dr she was like remember I told you and I was like I don’t remember. She made a face that she’s over it like she knew she is right. I was in the moment of fear of dentist and I have the Dr being rude to me because of my situation. I honestly felt so upset to scared to go back but needed to fix the problem so I call Allen and great!! Monique is so great! She let me know ASAP that wasn’t in network with Sacse and oh my I was furious but they just want the money!!! Even with insurance you don’t cover anything! It went form 7k to 3k with Allen! So make sure yall call and confirm you’re in network! Dr. Shin is great in Allen, she makes sure you feeling comfortable and knowledgeable of what you’re needing!

Negative experience: I’m a cleft patient, been in braces 10+ years. That being said I know when something is wrong. I waited over 90 minutes to get told I have cavities. ALMOST TWO HOURS OF WAITING IN A CHAIR, NOTHING GOT DONE! after complaining they told it would be another 15 minutes before I could get my cleaning. I got up and left, it does not take 3 hours to get fillings and cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Darrell was very professional and made me feel comfortable, and Niyah made my daughter feel comfortable and educated her on her new braces, Kristy did my deep cleaning and was very comforting as she consistently checked on me while doing my cleaning and educated me on the after care. Dr. Estefany was very well spoken and educated me on what treatments I needed. Overall experience was 11/10 Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming here since they opened and its always been wonderful. We have no plans of moving, we love it so much. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a caring atmosphere all the way until I left. Emily provided extensive knowledge and helped me understand what was going into my treatment plan while Dr. Estefany walked me through the dental minutia in a way that was easy to comprehend. We came up with a game plan and while no one likes the dentist, I’ll say that I’m not gonna be mad having to come back to get taken care of by this great staff!
