Fantastic experience: About three weeks ago I had an excruciating abscessed tooth that became an emergency situation. I called here & made an appointment for the next day. Turns out it was really bad & my face, sinuses & left eye were horribly swollen and I was in so much pain I was unable to function anymore. So I called them again in hopes of upping my appointment & they let me come in right away. Immediately! They weren't even officially open for the day! The receptionist was wonderful & very sweet. I was immediately taken into a room, examined, and before I knew it, they had fixed me up with so much kindness & care that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you, Dr. Shin. I think you are the best & nicest dentist I've ever had and I am nearly 64! And Jacqueline (sp?), his assistant, was as sweet as pie and ever so caring. I had never been here before, but I will most definitely come back. Your entire team is stellar and top notch, and I thank you all for your genuine concern for me. You all are THE BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: They told me that they would call me back for a deep cleaning and consultation for braces. Two weeks passed and I call them for updates. They said that insurance needed additional info and they will call me back. It's been a month and they still did not call me back.

Fantastic experience: I love DR Logan. She's a great dentist. She's very professional. I have seen plenty of dentists before. None compared to her.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! I came in for a deep cleaning and was honestly a bit nervous, but the entire team was incredibly patient and made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly, took their time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dental office that truly puts patients first!

The technician (Cassidy) definitely made the entire visit for me! She is so kind and gentle, she explained everything in detail and left no questions unanswered. Negative experience: They charge our insurance for the service they did not provide they did not want to work with our son who have ASD they still charged us for the services which caused us not being able to go to another doctor

I got referred to this dentist office and was told they are very nice and professional staff and I can say the same, they didn’t make me feel embarrassed. I’m looking forward to returning.

The front desk staff are wonderful they call for reminders of their appointments and their Dr. also wonderful with given me well understanding information about my children appointment. They been going here since they were one and now they’re five. The doctors are also amazing, they answer any questions you have and make sure you don’t have any concerns before you leave. The place is always organized and clean. I’ve recommended this place to many of my friends/family as well as coworkers since they take Medicaid and Employers insurance. They give out goodie bags to all patients after a visit :D

We looked up dental group locations and saw several good reviews for Advantage Dental Care on Western in Chicago, left a message on a Friday evening and luckily received a response on Saturday morning!!! I was apprehensive but when I walked into the office, the front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. I saw Dr Logan and her team ~ they all were very kind, and supportive. Dr Logan was very gentle and offered several options. She provided a temporary repair to get me back home to my dentist which allowed me to complete the remainder of my visit here in the city without discomfort. I would highly recommend Advantage Dental Care and particularly , Dr Logan. Thank you for helping me to enjoy the rest of my time in Chicago!!!

Negative experience: bad experience. dentist did badly nurse also didn’t treat them well They didn’t make it finished and the stone on my teeth badly hurt my tongue. They just want me to do the deep cleaning and remove my teeth to make money. So disappointed and angry. Now I seriously doubt I'm being retaliated against and my bill is now very confusing. Never been so disappointed with dental healthcare, they are messing up the billing and it's pissing me off. Because they tried to get me to delete my review and I didn't agree. While at the dentist, they already charged me $67 for a general cleaning and now I got a bill for over $190, why bully a foreigner? Not only did they break my teeth, they tried to extort money from me, never seen such an unethical dentist office. I will definitely dispute complain and prosecute.

Fantastic experience: Rayyan is my 2-year toddler who is definitely intimated by many things, but when he had his first visit at Advantage Dental Care, LLC it was a surprise for my husband and I, Rayyan did such an amazing job at the dentist office he was escorted by such an amazing team and was taken well care of by his dentist. She was so gentle with Rayyan from the beginning till the end of the cleaning, she made sure Rayyan had healthy teeth and put on his favorite t.v show “cocomelon” and even gave him some really cool stickers and a toy! It was a visit to always remember for Rayyan he could not stop talking about it on our drive back home, thank you so much Advantage dental care for taking such phenomenal care of my son, we are looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience: My experience was great at the dentist. They asked me if any of my tooth is hurting in a polite manner. Then they gave me special black sunglasses so the light doesn’t effect my eyes and I can see better. They checked all my teeth to see if I have any cavities. Later they did filling where they needed to. After than they told me to rinse of with water in the sink. Finally after I really rinsed off in the sink they gave me a bag where I got a free brush, toothpaste, and a floss. I recommend this dentist because they are really respectful and generous.
