Fantastic experience: I could not understand just WHY it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to see a Dentist. Then WHAT I SAW was probably the best equipped and modern Dental facilities - It looked like a Terminal control center (TCA), at PDX! I was helped be a very competent assistant Devin who took lots of x-rays of my tooth roots, looking for decay before Dr. Jordan came and determined that my crown could just be glued back in place- (carefully insuring that my bit was the same and that floss could still be used between the other teeth)… Dr. Jordan noticed that my back molar had lost its crown too. I Told Dr. Jordaan that a previous dentist was unable to re-attach the crown to THAT tooth. Dr. Jordan saw the problem ‘with attachment’ and suggested that they could treat the tooth as a ‘CAVITY’ and use epoxy to build the tooth back! This way Doctor said you may not have to have that tooth extracted. All was handled professionally including my Medicare insurance which I was told by the office- (while on site) that it covered ALL of the procedures. A GREAT DAY at the dentist- (not a usual response for many), however these people truly KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. - Ralph Ray

Fantastic experience: The staff at Smiles Dental is always courteous and friendly! I have been to countless dentists in my life. This is the ONLY dental office that l have ever been to where the dentist gave me an estimate, but then LOWERED my bill. He thought that l needed a procedure, but when I didn't, he didn't do it anyway just to collect more money.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a fear going to the dentist, due to a bad experience elsewhere. I nervously went into Smiles to get two fillings. (This was my first time getting fillings done at Smiles) I was greeted with a big smile, and welcomed on in. I was sitting in the waiting room, and Dr Kariya assistant, Brandi came out and, with a big smile, and took me back to get started. It was pretty obvious that I was nervous. She took her time and went over what Dr Kariya was going to do. She was so calming, & reassuring. When Dr Kariya came in he introduced himself, and began to go over things with me. He made me feel comfortable, & safe instantly! He numbed my gums up(which I barely felt)& he started my fillings. I did not feel anything. It was amazing! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Thank you Smiles! It was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience all around! Ladies at the front desk were so lovely, the dental assistant was super nice & of course Dr. McNutt was an absolute gem! Constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable & kept the energy light hearted the whole time!

Fantastic experience: The facility is a nice facility and the people really try to do a great job. The doctor has a lot of energy and is very busy and there is lots of hustle and bustle. They have treated me with respect and kindness, explaining things when I ask and making sure I have opportunities to ask. If you are a fan of Nitrous Oxide, you need to be clear with them when you make your appointment because they need to take special steps to ensure that they can provide it. Overall, a very positive experience where they really listen to you and treat you with all due respect and kindness. They are very sensitive to optimize your insurance situation.

This review is to recognize Dr Endres and his assistant Sharon. A root canal and crown needed to be done. The entire time of the procedure I was informed every step of the way on what was taking place. There is strong teamwork between Dr Endres and Sharon and the excellent communication makes all the difference.

I felt Doctor Kariya took the extra time to explain what he thought was the best path forward for my dental care and my wallet. Lol I'm also thankful for the Dental coverage they offer which I signed up for. We have a plan, and I feel very confident I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Great staff would be an understatement! I was getting my tooth drilled and what do I hear. The dentist is humming the last song that was on the radio. Totally put me at ease. It was nerve wracking for me but was just another day at the office for him. I highly suggest giving them a try you won't regret it.

Todays visit with staff member Sharon was amazing she had a gentle touch and made sure I felt comfortable and was very thorough at her task. Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my first visit to Pacific Crest Smiles in Roseburg. I had previously been a patient in Riddle and so the transfer was easy and it's nice to find the same type of friendly staff here. Other than a billing correction, I had a very nice first visit and look forward (if that's possible for a dentist office ) to having them handle any of my future dental needs. I may update this review at a later date if anything changes, but for now I'm happy with this dental office.

When entering their office, I was impressed with how spacious and very clean it appeared. and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and professional. It was an emergency appointment to have my gold crown recemented. Dr. Jordon and his assistant just focused on my immediate need and their service was excellent.

Fantastic experience: It was my 6 month dental cleaning visit, my third visit after a crown replaced. Everyone! Everyone is open and friendly. My dental hygienist, Tami, is so informative. I was surprised I had plaque as I am a vigorous tooth brusher. Tami showed me how to floss this troublesome area from the back of the teeth! I need to save all these teeth and that is their goal as well! Love them!
