Fantastic experience: The experience I have had at My Dentist is amazing. The entire staff is great to work with, always helpful and you can tell they all enjoy the work they do. They have worked on my overall care plan within my budget and timeline and I could not be more pleased with the progress that has been made on my long neglected dental routine. Very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I had broken a jaw tooth and was in pain. The kind ladies at My Dentist got me right in even tho it had been over 2 yrs since I'd been there. I had a very ngood experience. My problem was fixed and a treatment plan established to catch me up on good dental health. I especially like Dr. Pearce and the pretty young women who assisted. Im a senior. I was treated with kindness and respect. Great clinic!

They communicated with me well, made me feel comfortable in their environment, and they made sure to cover all bases during my first check up. i will be glad to go back knowing they’ll take good care of me! absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist! update: i have been here several times now to fill a few cavities. their work is always amazing, and they get you in and out quickly! the assistants are wonderful and love to have a good laugh and so does the doctor!! just a great comfortable environment to be in especially for procedures that may seem scary to some. overall a great experience and i never dread going to the dentist ☺️

Fantastic experience: The scheduling team is so helpful and flexible. The dental hygienist are thorough and caring. I have been coming here for several years and have always been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the team.

Negative experience: Great place if you have time to schedule your life around their part time schedule. The first pair of dentures that they made me have a crooked smile. Then told my insurance won’t cover another pair for years. Broke bottom denture in half and took for repair. Paid upfront and was unable to keep my appointment the following week because I work a full time job. Told I cannot pick up my dentures with out a clinician and making an appointment. I will be without my teeth for a total 3 weeks and several business meetings. I would recommend finding a dentist/denture professional that at a minimum, is open Monday through Friday for their patients, instead of telling them that they have to schedule way out to pickup your darn teeth.

Fantastic experience: They were polite (even friendly), professional, and they diagnosed and set up a great plan for my issues. They were clear in what my insurance would and would not cover over the coming months, which is great, because I like to know what I’m in for. I will report back after I’m all patched up, but my initial visit could not have gone better.

Negative experience: Horrible experience trying to confirm my appointment over the phone. I’ve never been through such a complicated process trying to schedule with a dentist, and I’ve never had one try to take my insurance OVER THE PHONE before my appointment. When I asked if I could bring the information with me to my appointment or maybe even fill out an online form (as I have done with literally every other dentist I have been to in my life) I was told that’s not possible because then they won’t have time to see me ??? I told them just to cancel my EMERGENCY appointment, if my experience is already negative without even stepping in the door, why would I want them working on my teeth?

Negative experience: Awful place denies service unless you agree to being charged for a bunch of extra service you dont need. Will never be going back to this place. Went in, was ready to get a root canal. After review they added a bunch of things to the bill. I asked for less. They denied service entirely. Had to leave now im in excruciating pain. When it could've been resolved. Ridiculous place that doesn't care aboyt the patient only the money you can fork over.

Fantastic experience: Mary was great at cleaning my teeth. We chatted about how toothpaste companies are always upgrading our formulas to us safe. Dr. Pierce always makes a quick stop to inspect his staff’s work. He was also able to adjust my upper partial plate as it was causing a lot of discomfort. Michelle at check in desk is always kind and her smile lights up the world. So glad this is my Dental Office.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I had a major toothache, they got me in right away and pulled my problem teeth. The staff here was amazing. Checking in on me throughout the whole procedure. They were sweet and awesome. Never once made me feel stupid or bad for not knowing anything. They explained everything. Quintin, Maddie and the male doctor were the 3 that attended me. They were amazing! Will definitely recommend and will be coming back for regular checkups

I was able to schedule online and get in the very next day—such a relief! From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth: the intake process, the exam, and the procedure. The doctor and his team knocked it out of the park! I’ve dreaded going to the dentist since I was a kid... but not anymore. Thank you for taking such great care of me. Negative experience: I used to enjoy coming to this dentist up until I had to do my crown! The temporary one came off and it’s been 5 days and they haven’t fixed it! I will not be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Northside is Quite the operation. Very professional and efficient; staff is courteous and competent. Charlie, my Hygienist was great today and Dr. Derek was thorough and efficient as well. I consistently leave their office feeling better than I did when I arrived. Office areas and restrooms are well lit and clean. Keep up the great work Northside!

Negative experience: I went to My Dentist after going to a few other consultations at other dentist. I was told by them all that with me having Lupus, Sojourns Syndrom and a few other Auto immune diseases that my teeth was was rottening at the root but by looking at them you couldn't tell. So I had Dr. Pierce pull them all at once and put immediate dentures in. I had NO idea what to expect in the coming months all I know was they never fit me correct. They never told me what to expect or anything. I understand that after my teeth being pulled my gums were swollen and then as the months was progressed into 6 month the swelling was going down but they still hurt me to wear them I went in a few times and told them they were hurting me. I had no personal life and i had to glue my teeth in the glue wore off fast and i couldn't eat meat because of the pain and I wouldn't go with friends to eat or anything I already have depression and anxiety this all made it worse because I went in several times and they wouldn't help me. Dr. Pierce told me that he would make me some new teeth and the shade wasn't what I wanted. They were NO help at all. The teeth gaged me and still does some . Ive had the worse expierence at this place! The office manager Brandy is a horrible rude woman . I am on a fixed income because I am disabled and she told me I could pay a balance I had in payments well I never got a bill so I called the office and told them and asked what adderess they had for me and turned out they had my ex husbands address and was sending my bill there I let them no I no longer live there and my ex and I don't talk I had been to my Dentist many years ago when another Dr was there and I was married then . So that is where they had my old address on file. It isn't my fault they were sending my bill to the wrong addrress. I told them my new address and I still never got a bill so to be mean and rude Brandy told me when I went in because my dentures were hurting me, and she made me pay the whole amount of the bill at once time. I had to go without alot of stuff that month because of that. They got a temp lady Audrey she was really nice at first and changed to fit in with Brandy and Dr. Pierce. Audrey is supposed to specialize in dentures so she was working with me to get them to fit me and you know the Dentist Dr. Pierce was very rude and never even spoke to me and none of the dental hygentists did either. I was told by the temp lady after I wore them for the weekend to come back on tuesday. Well there was alot of snow here and I couldn't get there I can't control the weather so I had to rescedule. The temp (Audrey) must have forgot that she told me to wear them for the weekend which with the snow turned out a week longer or so after she adjusted them they were a little better but still needing more adjusting. She came at me (im sure after talking to Brandy and Dr Pierce) that there wasn't anything else they could do for me! Well my case worker from my Disabilty office told me to let her know how they helped me she wanted to know alot about this office because she knew I was struggling with depression and anxiety over not being able to wear those teeth and dr pierce told me he would make me a new pair and never did. He never spoke to me and Brandy was aweful. Now this temp Audrey is telling me they could do anything more for me ?!!!!! I don't recommend this place i wouldn't send my my worst enemy there! Fantastic experience: I appreciate they were able to take care of my needs at my first appointment. Quentin and Dr. Pierce took great care to make me as comfortable as possible during the procedure.

Negative experience: Front office is clueless. Don't bother verifying insurance because they don't know. Dentist and assistants were OK. Can't get past the incompetence of the office staff. Never trust a poorly run business, you always lose in the end.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always so nice and friendly. They make you feel like they actually care about you individually. I would. Not want to go anywhere else for my dental care.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, manager is rude and speaks condescendingly to patients and acts irrationally. They don’t clean the equipment properly in between patients, and my dentist has halitosis… this is the worst dentist office I have ever seen, trashy would be the correct term to describe this office.

Negative experience: Staff was real friendly but I Walked out of there. Confused of what's gonna really happen? To fix the dental problem that I have, it's very, very, very, very, very costly I felt like pay the huge amount of money or I just have to suffer in pain To this day, I'm still in pain and really don't have a resolve.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to this dentist office yesterday morning to see if I could an appointment. I was able to get in a hour later. I was so impressed by their kindness and how fast I was in and out of there! I decided after such a great experience that I will continue to go to this dentist office. Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth on the weekend. I got an appointment on Monday. I was in a lot of pain. The entire staff were so kind and compassionate making sure I was comfortable and got me out of pain very quickly. I have found my forever dentist!

Negative experience: my experience was painful and i felt as if Dr Pierce was rude and frankly i was in pain and told him i wasn’t numb and he said i was when he went to pull the tooth the pain was intense he sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics and to use over the counter tylenol and ibuprofen i was in pain entire weekend. felt like they were more concerned with selling more services than meeting my needs i am changing dentist and will have my wife do also

Fantastic experience: I walked by My Dentist all the time and needed an extraction so I called them. As a child I had an absolutely horrible dentist who made me terrified of dentist's. Upon telling the dentist this he provided extra anesthesia to ensure that I didn't feel any pain. The procedure was very quick and the doctors were very informative of everything they were going to be doing. Five stars, 10 out of 10 review. Would suggest them to anybody and I plan on going back for more procedures.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this for my 95 year old dad. Although he only has a few teeth left he still wanted to care for them. He said this was the best care he ever got! And he was personal friends with his last dentist that had retired. Thank you so much for your kindness and taking care of my dad!

Negative experience: Absolutely unorganized. I called two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my children and myself. I gave them all of our information and insurance. Get to appointment and she tells me they had some random number that doesn’t work on file. I said that’s not my number and I’m not sure why you would have a different number because I called two weeks ago to schedule appointment. Then, she can’t find our insurance. I gave her my spouses information because it’s under his name/social and they said they couldn’t find it even though we had told her everything. She said she saw notes but it was all jumbled up and that they had not typed in his insurance. I canceled my appointment right then. I will go somewhere else.

Negative experience: After using for a couple of procedures with no issues, after they reopened after a Covid shutdown things quite different. The crown I received 1. Did not fit right and when I told them (both) nothing was initially done, and it was seated by his assistant. 2. Within days of not being able to chew on it, a crown on the exact same place- opposite side, broke. 3. Went back in and this time actual dentist somewhat fixed (sanded several times) their sub par crown but it still does not even fit all the way up in the back, gaps, and should have been rejected from onset over quality control. 4. They cemented my older crown on, lasted a week, so when my NEW dentist looked at: the thick layer of cement had taken even more of the tooth with it a no-no. So I needed a POST and new crown. Thankfully he was several hundred dollars cheaper than My Dentist and new his new crown fits and seated perfect (in Willard) and we have a plan for fixing My Dentist shoddy crown and placement. I am sorry to those I orig recommended-but staff and management change a huge downgrade. The front staff were extremely rude, almost putting blame on the patient for their actions, and refused to offer any compensation/discount/recourse for the additional $1300 in expenses they put upon me. Not to mention their initial $1450 repair that is still not fitted properly in the back and have documentation. Since then I have read up on lots of lawsuits against this company as a whole-wish I would have known. The dentist a nice amicable guy, but not decent enough to correct and back up the wrongs and quality control issues that occur. Find the small town guy who cares and honors their work, and sticks with fair pricing! *Btw they have removed many one star reviews from their website so please check yours. Friend just had a similar experience, so 3 years later, still unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: My Dentist was great. From the office staff, theough the dental assistant, all the way through they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have advanced imaging my old dentist never considered. I am looking forward to my improved smile.

The girls at the front desk kept me updated as I waited for my appointment which made it a welcoming experience. All of the dentists were very informative and helped me feel comfortable. Unfortunately they don't take both of our insurances so we have to go somewhere else. But if they change and accept both our insurances I would never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the service I received. I can’t remember the name of my dental assistant but she made me feel very comfortable. She made me feel like my visit was the only reason she was there. She deserves a pat on the back she is the reason I will be returning for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had nothing but excellent things to say about the dental services i received from the staff at My Dentist. Unfortunately i feel as though i was treated unfairly by the staff recently as a result of my unfortunate, unintentional, repeated tardiness. I am no longer allowed to make appointments for services at the North Glenstone in Springfield as a result of my being late less than 5 minutes past the "grace period" time allowed for tardiness. Less than 5 minutes! I am disabled and use a cane to assist me walking, and I'm almost certain that it takes me 5-7 minutes after I get out of a vehicle to walk myself inside their building. That's the best that I can do. I don't want to go anywhere else but I feel very unliked at My Dentist.

Fantastic experience: For my first experience I'm blessed that this was the dental office I chose the staff is wonderful so comforting and encouraging the atmosphere was wonderful and my dentist was so patient with me and kind they were all so kind made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for putting up with me. I will never go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, super professional, and my cleaning went so smoothly. The hygienist had a very steady hand and gave me some excellent advice on how to practice good oral care. I would definitely recommend My Dentist, and the cost of an exam and cleaning was half of what I thought it would be. Also just super comfortable place, the staff are always in a great mood when I take my wife there for her cleanings and checkups

Fantastic experience: I would recommend My Dentist to anyone. The staff is polite and professional. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and safe while getting treatment. My Dentist retired and went to a local establishment of many Dentists. I went there couple years. Until January appointment. My routine check up I was told I needed 7 caps. I had a bad feeling as they kept tapping on different teeth asking dose it hurts ? Answer was no each time. I was given the total it would cost wow is a under statement. I went to 3 Dentist not letting them know what had happened. None of the 3 Dentist said anything about cavities or caps. So this is how I came to My Dentist in Springfield. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone I have met and have done routine was caring and was Amazing.
