Negative experience: I had a crown done here last year and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. Over the weekend it popped out for a second time, while I was eating, and it got chipped. I came in to have them fix it *again* and they charged me $600 for a new one. But they made sure to let me know how much they were helping me out by only charging me half price to fix something that they did incorrectly, several times, in the first place. I won’t be coming back here for anything else but this crown, and then once that year is up, I’m done. I will never recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: While the entire team at St Lucie Dental is wonderful and accommodating, I absolutely had to write this review to specifically praise Yani. She is truly one of a kind! Yani stands out for her professionalism, incredible kindness, and her genuine willingness to help. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure our visits are smooth and comfortable, and she always has a wonderful, welcoming attitude. She has been such a great resource and help to both my husband, Keith, and me. Whether it's scheduling, handling paperwork, or just answering our questions with patience, we always know we are in great hands when we talk to Yani. Thank you, Yani, for being so accommodating and making St Lucie Dental a place we actually look forward to visiting!

Lucie Dental was concerned about me, my personal hygiene and health. Services was less than my previous Dentist yet the experience was superior. Dr. Azari was attentive to my concerns and has earned my business and new respect for Dentist. Thank you.

Positive experience: I got crowns done here & have had issues since having it done a year ago. I’ve gone back multiple times for adjustments and still experience pain. Staff is friendly but it scuks to pay so much for a procedure & not feel relief from it at all. I’ve gone back 4 times and gotten adjustments every time and still not fixed.

Negative experience: My experience with Lucie Dental has been very dissatisfying. Yes, it is a nice, clean office and some of the staff are pleasant. At first impression Dr. Azari seems very caring & compassionate about your needs UNTIL there is a problem. I went in for Dentures due to a fall. I was sent to a awesome Oral surgeon to have the fractured teeth removed. I then came back for my Dental impressions for my temp teeth. The only thing I asked for was was very white teeth. After some time my temps arrive and I went in excited to get teeth back in my mouth. The teeth did not fit my gums or my mouth. (The teeth I received were very yellow)They tried several times to reline them with no success. I kept telling them nothing about them fit my mouth the teeth were way to long/big for my mouth and they were touching my bottom lip, popping out of my mouth. The gum lines did not match up to mine at all meaning they were never made correctly from the lab, yet they never offered to send them back after spending a lot of money and exhausting my dental insurance and still had no teeth. I then tried to fix them myself, I horseshoed them, I relined them but those big teeth were NEVER going to fit in my mouth, I had nothing to loose at this point since they were not going to make it right. On my last reline visit the Dental tech/Assistant really messed them up by taking to much off the middle top of the uppers. The Dental Assistants do not have enough experience to be doing impressions or relines and Dr. Azari hid like a coward and they refused to make it right. Even his expert a few doors down who does the All on 4 implants said they do NOT fit my mouth. Those Dentures ended up in the garbage. If you are going to this office for removable Dentures you are about to waste thousands of Dollars and left without the phony Dentist who portrays to be so kind at greet, UNTIL....Do not waste your money here.

Negative experience: WARNING: My Traumatizing Experience with Dr. Scott Azari at Lucie Dental I started going to Lucie Dental in 2023 and had great experiences at first—routine cleanings, x-rays, and even a wisdom tooth referral that went perfectly. That changed in April 2025, when I got four cavities filled by Dr. Scott Azari. Immediately after the procedure on April 15th, 2025, I felt sharp pain every time I bit down (soft or hard food) on the teeth where I got the fillings done and my second molar also looked visibly smaller than the one on the other side. I called the office (who were always polite and helpful), and they scheduled a free follow-up for May 6th, 2025. On May 6th, 2025 nearly a month later, I returned, still unable to chew on one side. The issue still wasn’t resolved after this visit, so I went back again the next day on May 7th, 2025. That’s when things got worse. Dr. Azari filed down my second molar into a point—leaving it tiny, thin, and nothing like my natural teeth. This created a gap in between the molar, which prior to all of this my teeth did not have that. When I told him it hurt and looked wrong, he brushed it off and seemed annoyed. I was told the visual of the tooth is not what I came in for, and as long as it didn’t hurt that’s what mattered. I left the office in tears with an over-filed and pointy tooth and I STILL COULD NOT EAT FROM THE PAIN. That night, while gently flossing, the filling fell out completely. I was left with a misshapen pointy molar, visual gap, and a hole in-between two teeth from the filling falling out. This entire experience has been deeply traumatic. I’ve never had dental issues before this, perfectly healthy teeth, and now my teeth are permanently altered. While I did receive a partial refund and found a new, competent dentist to repair the damage, the original shape and integrity of my natural tooth are gone and that’s something that I can never get back. Do not go to Dr. Scott Azari and please do your research on any Dentist before going to them. He filed my tooth down to nothing, and my filling fell out. No one should have to go through this.

Negative experience: I have called with a question regarding my account and spoke with Amanda who had a very rude tone and passive-aggressive way of communicating with me as a customer. I’ve called back to reschedule my husband’s appointment and spoke to another receptionist who didn’t bother to check availability nor put us on the list. Very passive aggressive treatment and absolutely no care. Like I was told: “ we have 5000 customers” so obviously if they don’t like you why bother to care for that one person right. Also you read here in reviews that someone was able to get emergency cleaning while I couldn’t reschedule my appointment because they are booked until December? You should be careful dear business cause one time that 1 customer may turn away your 1000-2000 customers.

Negative experience: Seems like dental scam. Refused to give a basic cleaning you can only sign up for expensive items and they REFUSED to do a basic cleaning it’s not worth their time. Money driven not patient care driven- PATIENT BEWARE

Negative experience: Just when I thought I found a good dentist I DID NOT. Lucie Dental is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a scheduled cleaning on a Saturday and I got a call from them that they needed to reschedule because there wouldn’t be anyone available to clean my teeth that Saturday so my appointment got rescheduled, not an issue. Then I got another call a few days before my scheduled cleaning that had gotten rescheduled the first time and the same issue no one was in to clean my teeth so I tried to reschedule and the woman I talked to was completely unprofessional and denied to reschedule my cleaning unless I scheduled an X-ray before my cleaning which I had already done an X-ray for them recently. She continued to be very unprofessional and rude and absolutely wouldn’t reschedule my cleaning no matter what!!! I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone definitely one of my worst experiences at a dental office hands down! Very disappointed in the unprofessional way my case was handled over a simple cleaning that I attempted to reschedule due to their inability to have their staff come in on days that they’re open for business. If I could rate this place 0 stars i would! Time to find a new dentist.

Negative experience: They should better train the reception staff when dealing with patients, especially if they have an emergency. They should provide more empathetic and humane care when it comes to health, such as going to the dentist. I called because the clinic was recommended to me, but it's a shame I couldn't get any treatment since the treatment at first glance was not adequate!

Fantastic experience: Ever since my previous dentist retired earlier this year, I have been looking for a new one. I was very happy to meet Dr. Kevin Luba. He is a great listener, explains everything very well, and I find him a pleasure to work with. I very much like Lucie Dental because of its clean and modern look and all their latest equipment. During my panorama x-ray, the radiation exposure was so low that the radiation counter in my shirt pocket did not sound the alarm. It only sounded during the bite wing x-rays, if not kept under the lead blanket.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Scott, what's the best? It was my first time there and he was a very professional and I was going to use him 'cause I do need some work on my keys. The people are very nice but then when I got the price for my 4 cleanings, I thought it was very, very high. I could not afford $1700. I had cleanings my whole life and they were not that expensive. Negative experience: Dr Azari, in my experience, pushes for a single, elaborate, expensive plan insisting there are no other alternatives. I ended up paying for an unnecessary root canal due to his monetary motives. On the bright side, his office staff is top notch! Forewarned is forearmed!

Negative experience: This practice lied to me about what was covered under my plan then sent me a bill for it. I also indicated that I would pay cash for services, then they billed my insurance and a year and a half later I get a bill, then sent to collections after I tried repeatedly to discuss this with their billing dept. the front desk person said because she did not work there when I was seen, she doesn't know what happened instead of apologizing and transferring me to a manager. completely unacceptable!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting this clinic for approximately two years now. Fillings, crowns and even wisdom tooth extraction. The staff is amazing. Everything is extremely clean and doctor Azari is the best. The dentist was never my favorite place to visit lol I’ve always been scared but here doctor Azari makes my visits less uncomfortable. He is super fast, efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I have ever been to, and I have lived in many different places/states over the years. First, it was very easy to secure an appointment as a new patient, even with my busy schedule. Upon entering the office, the front office staff is extremely warm and welcoming. Additionally, I was very impressed with the efficiency of this office. The dental assistant, Ashleigh, was clearly a leader in the office and very competent in all aspects of my care that first visit. I felt very comfortable as a new patient. I was shocked to learn I could not only do a full dental exam on my first visit, but also was able to do full xrays, scans for invisalign, and TWO fillings. This was super convenient for me. I felt the dentist was friendly and gave me the information to make informed decisions on my care. I never felt pushed into an intervention. Both the dentist and dental assistant were extremely patient with me. Finally, I felt well informed on the coverages of my insurance and payment options available to me. There were no surprise costs! I was able to get another appointment within a week for a cleaning. Overall, being a healthcare provider myself, I was sincerely impressed by this office, including the atmoshere, cleanliness, office dynamics, organization, competency, and efficiency. I would trust this team to handle any of my dental concerns.

Negative experience: Updated* I chose this location because it has a lot of good reviews, they have several awards and the office looks very nice and upgraded. However, I have had so many issues with this dentist it makes me wonder how they received so many positive compliments. My three main problems: First problem- I came in for 3 root canals and crowns on bottom teeth for same day. The crowns they put on were way too white and did not match my other teeth. I thought I could live with it because they are bottom teeth but after taking pictures a week later, I realized I was ashamed of my smile and had to ask them to replace the teeth because they stood out so much. The dentist warned it would weaken the teeth which made me more upset that they cemented on such a drastic color difference to begin with. All my top teeth are crowns so it's not like I could get them more white to match. They were able to replace the teeth after I insisted on having it fixed. Second problem- I am unable to take the giant horse pills they prescribe for antibiotics. I simply asked for a smaller pill and possibly with a coating on it to help make swallowing them easier. But apparently, I didn't even need antibiotics to begin with so they did not give me new ones (so why did they prescribe them, then?). Isn't it standard to take antibiotics before/ after a root canal? Especially with how inflamed my gums are even after antibiotics were injected into my gums by the hygienist. Also, I have Sjogren's syndrome which means I'm more prone to infections and cavities. Third problem- One of the crowns that was replaced for being a different color fell off. After only a matter of weeks. This seriously concerns me for the rest of the crowns they did as they are supposed to last 10-20 years at least. They claim the reason it failed was because it was too tall so when I went back to have it cemented back on, they shaved it down significantly. Why was I sent home with a tooth that was too tall to begin with? You're the expert. I have never had my front teeth touch before so I thought it was something I just had to get used to. I am disappointed I had so much trust in this dentist. If I'm paying $8k in dental work, you would think they would give their best efforts and not have so many issues. I prepaid for all of the work to be done or else I would have found a different dentist after the color issue. Won't make that mistake again. Chose your dentist wisely. Thank you for correcting the problems I mentioned in this review. Hopefully after bringing these issues to your attention in this manner, other clients will not have the experience I did.

Fantastic experience: I recently broke a tooth and needed urgent care. Dr. Azari and Larina at St. Lucie Dental took exceptional care of me. They were able to fix my tooth quickly and with great skill. All the staff were professional, friendly, and made the entire experience stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will definitely be referring my friends to this office. Highly recommend!

Everyone treats you like you are family. This is the first dentist office that my family does not give me a hard time going to!!!! They make you feel very comfortable. Negative experience: This place charged me twice as much as the other affordable dentures. Then I wasn't told they gave me insurance. They never gave me the two cleanings under the insurance plan. Also the real case report on my teeth for the insurance was never done until all work was done. When I asked about the cleanings not being done, they said you are too late by one week. They were not ordered, how was I to know? The person that worked on my plan was very rough to say the least. When he put in one syringe painkiller one time it hurt so bad it gave me a panic attack. He told me "if you don't stop that right now I'm calling the ambulance they're going to pick you up". I have bruises to show that I wasn't making it up. I took a picture. For one implant I could have got two implants at a different place. And much much cheaper than what I was charged there. On the good side the staff was very pleasant, and very professional except for a few. I did say to the main person that the person who worked on me was rough...very rough nicely, he didn't say anything. I tried many times to contact the person in charge of my problems... they would never return my calls.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with Dr. Luba, Kathy and Adriana as they took really good care of me in what could’ve been a very stressful experience. No pain, slight discomfort from some extractions and it was over in less time than what was expected. Answered any and all questions I had before and after. Would definitely recommend this office and staff to all family and friends. The facility was also immaculate. Thank you folks.

Fantastic experience: First I wanna start off by saying I don’t even like going to the dentist! But I have to say this is the first time I’ve gone to the dentist and felt in good spirits from the warm embrace you get as soon as you walk in the office from the dental assistant Lesley from there we spoke about what I was going to be getting done, and that the doctor was one of the best in the business. The office is not only beautiful and modern but, it is super clean and the equipment is new. They use state of the art technology in the office so you never had to wait a long time for your work to be delivered either. It truly is an incredible experience where art meets science. Fantastic experience: I called Lucie Dental to see if my insurance was accepted as I have to travel for my dental services. Leylanie answered the phone and was very courteous, I had been a little frustrated, since I haven’t had the best experience with dental offices, but she was able to help answer my question and assure me that Lucie Dental provides nothing but the best dental care. Just because of this amazing interaction, I will definitely be looking to make an appointment with Lucie Dental very soon! Leylanie has amazing customer service skills and is also very patient!

Fantastic experience: Prior to my last visit it had been awhile since I had been to the dentist. My fears were gone once I was seated in the chair and met with the assistant Andrea, she walked me through some of the steps of what I’d be experiencing with my work ahead and was very informative with any questions I had. Once I met my doctor, Dr. Luba I have to say that I’ve never met a more kind and caring individual in any healthcare field. He was also very informative on my procedures and I made sure to voice my fears, which he talked me out of with a genuine and kind attitude. I was in luck that spot became available for me to have a cleaning that same day, and like I stated earlier it had been awhile since my last visit, so I didn’t know what to expect and my fears were high. The hygienist Tabatha was wonderful and very kind, she could tell that I was very nervous and took the time to sit and talk with me and went over all of the things to expect for my cleaning visit in great detail. Once the procedure was done she taught me how to floss correctly and what better steps I can take to keep my teeth clean between visits. All in all this experience has erased any fear of the dentist I’ve ever had and I will always choose Lucie Dental while I live in the Treasure Coast area!

Fantastic experience: If I could’ve gave 10 stars I definitely would. The office is gorgeous from the front door to the back. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I’ve never been to a dentist office that made you feel safe and happy to be there. The office manager is absolutely the sweetest thing she’s very caring and is very responsive. The front desk girls are super helpful and friendly. I honestly can never find a better office than this one. Definitely recommend to all my friends and family. You wouldn’t regret coming here !

Negative experience: Where do I start... I initially went in for a consultation (January 8) as a new client in order to get my teeth cleaned and for mild pain on one side. However, at my initial visit, two customers came in and were informed their visits had been canceled; the customers were totally unaware, ‘Red Flag’ moment... I proceeded to have my initial consultation, and everything went well. However, it felt more like a diagnosis of what more they could add or squeeze out of the patient moment. I was expecting a hygienist to provide input, but that did not happen; instead, I was scheduled for a second visit for another diagnosis, and I thought, ‘Why couldn’t both be scheduled at the same time?’. So now I’ve spent 2.5 hours with no teeth cleaning. More ‘Red Flag’ moment… At my second appointment, the attending hygienist was very thorough; once again, I felt again what more they could add or squeeze out of the patient moment, and No cleaning was performed. Instead, I was scheduled for another visit (3rd) to wait and see what insurance would pay for and what I would have to pay out of pocket. YES !! That was their explanation. Ok, it is different, but I know every dental Office operates differently. My cleaning appointment was scheduled for January 26 at 8 am. I arrived 10 minutes early, and during my check-in, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled and that someone was attempting to reach me at the phone number on file and via text. From my work cellphone, I called my personal number, which rang in front of the receptionist, but she had no response. The Dental Office manager was not in as she arrives later in the day and was told that she would be giving me a call. Today is Wednesday, January 31, 2024, and no phone call yet. So, the moral to the story: when ‘Red Flags’ appear, go with your gut instinct. I wonder if it was because I turned down $22K of cosmetic service, the reason I was not given the dental services, I’ll never know. In closing, I wonder how this Office has maintained a 5-star rating.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and was nervous about a new dentist but they are amazing. I was seen by Leslie and she was the sweetest. Through out my visit she was very attentive and helped me to understand any questions I had. Dr.Azari was great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: After changing dentists a couple of times I found Lucie Dental and I’m so happy I did. Love the service here, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. My experience with my hygienist Karla has been amazing. She’s thorough, explains everything to me very well, and is always checking in making sure I’m comfortable and doing well. Fantastic experience: As a new patient, Lucie Dental office exceeded my expectations in more ways than one! Their staff is incredibly helpful/friendly, the office is always clean, and the up-to- date technology in their office only adds to the appeal. Karla did my deep cleaning and she did such a wonderful job: no pain, very detailed oriented, and she always checked in to make sure I was fine. Such a wonderful experience at an affordable price.

Negative experience: I scheduled my cleaning at least 3 months in advance and the day before my appointment I received a phone call from their office saying they no longer take my insurance , what a disappointment, so you mean to tell me they found out the day before my appointment that they dnt take my insurance??? Im pretty sure they been knew and didn't tell me until the day before, I was very much upset and then had to try and find another dentist at the last min. The office staff needs to do better , so for customers beware of this type of issue.

I hate the anxiety of the dentist but she has been genuinely patient and supportive with me since day one. The doctor is great too! They saw again after 6 months at no charge!! very happy with my teeth, they really look good!
