Fantastic experience: I had a very urgent dental situation and I needed a new dental group. I was referred to Prince Dental by a friend. When I called to check for availability, they made arrangements to get me in for the treatment I needed within one business day. I was impressed with the efficiency of being seen, the kindness and professionalism from all the staff members, the personal nature of the dentist and his assistant and hygienist. I felt confident in their skill in handling my situation. I will return for regular dental appointments and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Having moved to the area. A couple years ago I had been neglecting my teeth (so not a fan of the dentist). I have only been there one time & am so not one to leave ratings, however, when they sent me one I decided I really should. My experience was such a positive one; I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces when I walked in., the receptionist created a welcoming environment which surprisingly, & sadly costumer service seems be be on the decline. I was more than impressed with Kylee the hygienist., I let her know from the start that I wasn't fond of going to the dentist . She was m than kind, informative, gave me a little too much empathy (I'm such a baby ) . Very professional., couldn't have done a better job. Honestly, I don't recall the dentist name (you really do spend most of your time with the hygienist‍♀️) , he was just as great. I knew something was wrong with my back tooth & he did a great job explaining to me that it was splitting underneath, my options & his professional opinion as to what I should do. He was very kind, friendly & did not rush in & out. Having lived in Illinois my whole life (62 years) moving, not knowing anyone to get referrals for from anything from my hairdresser too doctors has been hard & hasn't always turned out well. Happy to have had such a great experience. Sorry so long. This is why I never do these.. Ok, I just went to leave a review & this one that I must have never pushed send popped up. But when ll leave another review as I have been getting work done by, dr. Doug Sheets. , he is a doctor for dental surgeries. I had work done on three of my teeth. I needed a root canal on one, an implant on another & the worst one had a hole in the bottom & was cracked all the way down the root, they're are a few visits with that one. I'll be honest, he was AMAZING! I was expecting soooo much pain. I talked with him on the phone before I saw him & he was very thoral in explaining everything & answering any questions. He also told me their word be no pain, yeah right I thought. He said if I felt any he would stop. I still can't believe I didn't have any pain. I am no longer afraid of the dentist . I know this got way too long. I didn't expect to see that I never sent my first review but I've been wanting to write a review about Dr. Sheets but was waiting until I was done with everything. I do have one visit left but I got the text to rate my visit from a couple days ago so I went with it. Again, GREAT experience!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff - all of them. Teeth cleaned and had a tooth filled in 3 minutes!! All very painless.

Dr. Dave took extra time to talk about my family and wasn’t rushed to get on to the next patient, even though I know he was running behind. Communication with the front office was very easy and I found them very helpful in answering my billing questions They make me feel like an old friend when I come through the door.

Negative experience: Have been twice so far. Once for a crown, and once for a cleaning. Although they did a good job on the crown, the doctor who performed it is not with them any longer. As for the cleaning, my hygienist was rude, unaccommodating, and didn’t even bother to check my records before starting on her checklist. I would hope when going to a place to be treated for health care, that the aides would have excellent customer service skills. Not the case here.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Dr Prince and his staff for the last decade. They are attentive, accommodating, and do great work. If you’re looking for a dentist, I recommend this practice fully.

Negative experience: I had a new hygienist today. She didn’t introduce herself. I’m sure she is new as she often didn’t remember the numbers of the teeth while checking gum health. I was left with the taste of plaque in my mouth because she polished my teeth before cleaning. But the worst was the spraying of water on my face and in my eyes the entire time she cleaned (I finally had to ask for some eye protection). I will say that is was a pain-free cleaning (earning 2 starts instead of one) I understand that people have to start out new in the industry at some point, but I don’t want to go through that again.

Fantastic experience: Prince Dental Group was great! They made an appointment for me in a reasonable timeframe for a dental emergency that wasn't causing pain. Dr. Sheets addressed the issue directly, without conducting a full exam, which I appreciated. Quickly diagnosed and clearly explained treatment options. They employed a nifty CEREC machine to make my new crown immediately - no return visit! I'd recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Prince Dental group for over 40 years and I can absolutely tell you without a doubt that I have been impressed by their level of professionalism, comfort and courtesy! It has always been over and above board on every single visit!! Just went for another visit. They just get better and better. My dental assistant, Stacy cleaned my teeth and they look better than they ever have. They are usually still a little yellow down by the root by the gum line. She took time and cleaned them thoroughly as far as she could. I'm very pleased with the results. Dr Prince was helpful with all my questions and listened patiently. He is always so kind and incredibly caring. I love this place!

Fantastic experience: Establishing a new dentist in Utah after 25 years at my previous one in Bellevue WA. There were the minimal difficulties getting my insurance accepted until it came time to decide whether it was a standard cleaning or a peridontal maintenance. Fortunately, it was late enough in the morning to contact my previous dentist and have my records and x-rays e-mailed to Price Dental Group. That established that peridontal disease had been previously diagnosed, and cleared the way for appropriate treatment/insurance claims. I was surprised a dedicated oral cancer screening was not done or announced; that had been routine at my previous dentist. Otherwise, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I will be back, and will refer my wife.

I had a crown emergency and from the time I called to the time I was home again, with crown fixed, was under 2 hours. I have used Prince Dental for 10+ years and planning to continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Great! First time customer (to Prince Dental, not to dental in general - come on, now). I have a bad jaw issue so it's necessary that I found a dentist sensative to my jaw pain. Brianne was great working with me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Diehl fit me into his schedule to address an urgent dental need I had. I was in a lot of pain, and he excellently diagnosed the cause ( an infection in the roots of a molar). Dr. Diehl gently did his work, and I now feel great. He even reached out to me later in the day to be assured the pain had subsided. Dr. Diehl and the staff were excellent in every way! Highly recommend. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

They did fix the situation but if they would have asked t if I wanted the treatment it would have been a 5 star experience.

To my surprise the incentive was honored and the care and attention I received was amazing. The personal helped me with all my doubts and answered all the questions I had. They were friendly, competent and attentive, the office is well-equipped and clean. My family and I are now loyal clients.

Fantastic experience: After 1 year I finally got enough nerve to get an implant.His office got me in right away , and they are so efficient and nice. Dr prince took time to make me feel comfortable and explain the whole process . I did not feel the two shots to numb me , I felt no pain during the post implant , and no pain on the following days . I am so impressed . He has the best bedside manners and is very interesting to talk to . I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a tooth that cracked almost in half. I’ve had a lot of experience and dental offices, both as a patient, and as the wife of an orthodontist, the mother of a couple of Dentists and as a dental school librarian in Virginia. And I have to say that Dr. Prince‘s office is one of the finest offices I’ve visited. He’s kind, compassionate, very capable and always keeping up with the best treatment options. After explaining very thoroughly and patiently, the different options I had for addressing my tooth, we mutually decided on the conservative, but effective approach. I value his judgment. He’s been my dentist now for almost 10 years And he has consistently demonstrated an excellence in judgment, professionalism, and dental medicine. —And he and the assistant stayed past closing time to finish my crown. I drive an hour to get to his office, and it is worth it every time. His office offers an excellent dental plan that helps cover expenses. He provides services to the community in a generous and meaningful way. His whole staff is excellent and happy. It’s a good place to be. I could not recommend him and his staff more highly. Earlier review: I really liked going to Dr. Prince’s office. The office is so professional and gentle and conscientious! He is an excellent dentist. I am really glad that they are here.

Negative experience: They don't take Medicare! They told us they did, but they want the patient to do whatever submission needed to be done. Nice staff.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. They are always super prompt (and when I have all 4 of my small kids in tow, that's a huge deal!) and the staff is always welcoming. I've been seeing Dr. Prince for the last 7 years or so and am so grateful for him and his team. I highly recommend this dentist. My kids have all had wonderful experiences there, too, and actually get excited to go (crazy, right?!).

Fantastic experience: I have been using Dr Prince and Prince Dental Group for over 20 years and they are the best!! The care is top notch utilizing the latest technologies. I recently developed some tooth pain the day before I had to leave for a trip. They were able to get me in that day and take care of the situation so I didn’t have to deal with the pain whilst traveling. They are the best!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to not put this out publicly until I shared it with you. Went in to have a tooth with old fillings that were cracking and some associated decay removed - which resulted in need for a crown. Novacane (sic) took a while to take effect and they administered additional doses. Procedure went fine - dentist was all business - and crown made in their on site machine went in very easy. I must say now that my jaw where they administered 4-6 shots has been sore ever since and ability to open mouth fully and without discomfort is ongoing. Gets better every day. I suspect this is normal (I have always had a bit of difficulty getting things numb) and that it will eventually heal. But I have not experienced a time where the recovery has taken this long. Bottom line - procedure went great. Just wish the soreness in jaw would heal up sooner.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety and ptsd. I have avoided dentists for a couple of years because my last dentist really hurt my feelings and then ghosted me. (This was after his hygienist traumatized me severely). Recently, I quit smoking and wanted to get the teeth cleaned but was absolutely terrified. My husband goes to prince dental but it was their "anxiety care" flyer in the mail that sealed-the-deal for me. I scheduled a meet n greet to see the office, meet the dentist and hygienist and make sure I feel like I can trust them. I did feel good about them so we scheduled the dreaded cleaning. Hayley is amazing, kind, patient and attentive. She checked on me an appropriate amount of times and made sure I was comfy and I was. Best things to do & bring for anxiety: - Wear comfy clothes, who cares? - bring a snuggly or blanket (nobody will judge you) - noise cancelling headphones and ear buds - phone with downloaded dental Playlist that had stuff you don't hear constantly, to keep your brain guessing - sunglasses, glasses, goggles or a sleep mask to block stray water & bright light - gas mask mouthpiece (saves $) - request pills beforehand to take ahead to calm that loud anxiety from a 10 down to a 3. - remember it'll be over soon and reward yourself for being brave, I don't care how young or old, this can be hard. I believe in you & if I can get through it, I know you can too! Everyone at prince dental wants to help you. Cheers!

Negative experience: Avoid Prince dental! Definitely doesnt even deserve one star. THIS IS THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. They do NOT know how to bill insurance. They cost me more in my time in phone calls with the office and my Guardian Ins., as they do not know how to follow simple instructions (ie: mailing a claim). Im furious and they seem not to care. Not only do they not know how to submit a claim (they do know how to consume a clients time), the serivce was poor. One of the fillings was inadequately performed, fell out and now I need to get a replacement with additional damage. I REGRET VISITING THIS OFFICE.

Fantastic experience: First time visit. FIVE STARS! New to area and received a flyer from the Prince Dental Office. Needing to establish a new family dentist, the flyer, and a recommendation from a friend, we gave the office our routine dental visit. We were welcomed we a friendly and professional reception, and schedule appointments. My appointment was the next day. Found efficient friendly staff who explained exactly what they would be doing. Took full X-rays dental photos, cleaning, gum exam, and consultation with Doctor Prince discussing findings during the exams. All was great experience and very professional.

Negative experience: The receptionist and hygienist were nice when I went in for a simple cleaning. They applied a fluoride treatment without asking and charged me $180. The absolute state of American health care.
