Fantastic experience: Great dental care and customer service every visit. Front desk is super friendly. Dr. Koo is amazing and everyone one in the back is great and such a pleasure to work with. They really care for their patients at this dental office. I myself travel 20 min to come to this office because they are wonderful with my kids and myself plus they offer early 7am apt which are super convenient for work and school schedule. Just a great place if you're looking for great dental care!

They simply assessed my mouth and then began to make it right again. Between Pam cleaning my gums with care and guidance on how to maintain AND with Dr Sina fixing old crowns on even older implants with such care and expertise, I am thankful.

Fantastic experience: Miss going to this dentist, I used to go to them when I lived in Haymarket, they were the best dentist that I ever went to. I hate going to the dentist, I hadn't gone in a while, and had some issues with my teeth. They helped me through it. I has since moved, but I can't drive an hour to see them, and haven't found a dentist as good as them and probably never will in this area. But I have coworkers and customers that live in that area, and will recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent dental surgery experience; surpassing my expectations and experiences elsewhere. Although I've lived in the area for 17 years, I recently switched dental offices when my previous dentist retired with no notice. As a new patient without access to my dental history and x-rays, I expected my consultation and emergency dental surgery appointments to be as painful as my childhood nightmares of pulling teeth. I experienced quite the opposite: a warm and friendly staff that enjoy their jobs and care about the customers; an inviting, spacious, comfortable and nicely-decorated office; appointments scheduled just 1 and 3 days later; an enjoyable consultation that felt like I was being cared for by family; and a surgery that had me questioning why I hadn't switched years ago and brought the entire family here. Forget those lousy stickers or lollipops at the doctor's office -- they even had a candy dish with the quality of candies that my adult kid would fight the others over. As I'm always on my best behavior, I certainly did help myself to a treat! Seriously: well done to the team for their care and compassion, analytical attention to detail, and passionate, hard work; treating cavities may be almost as enjoyable as the sweets that caused them!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient and saw Dr. Koo. I am the biggest baby when it comes to dental work. I mean, white knuckled and muscle strains in my neck everytime I get in the chair even for a cleaning. The LifeTime Smiles staff were very professional and kind. Dr. Koo and his staff were a game changer. I literally almost fell asleep in the chair while he did two crown replacements and dealt with cavities underneath. The state of the art equipment was awesome and I came back the next day for the permanent crowns. Dr. Koo's professionalism and mannerism made me feel safe and comfortable. He is super kind and caring. I thought it was a joke when he asked me if I wanted him to turn on the massager in the chair. That melted my neck stress away allowing my neck, shoulders and arms to relax! He even offered me a pillow and blanket! I am one happy camper!

Even though the practice is growing, they still treat us as though we are the only patient there. They never rush and take their time making sure we understand what they are telling us. And they do not negatively judge patients when they have dental issues. I cannot say enough good things about Lifetime Smiles! They are absolutely wonderful and I am so happy to see the practice growing and as successful as they are! Lifetime Smiles is THE BEST!
