Fantastic experience: When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assured that I was signed in This was my second visit. So, I was surprised that I was readily recognized. Other patients were greeted and treated in the same way. Amy, the hygienist, was meticulously proficient in cleaning my teeth! She immediately scheduled my next prophylaxis.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the staff at the front of the office are very courteous and professional. Also disarmingly pleasant which isn't easy to do when dealing with me. Amy is my oral hygienist. She has my cleanings down to about 20 minutes and always has jazz waiting for me. Dr Morcos is a consummate professional with excellent communication skills. He listens and provides intelligent responses. The work he has performed on me has been top shelf. In short, I have no complaints and would recommend this practice without reservation.

Dr. Marcos is very competent and uses all the latest techniques for a superior outcome. My Hygienist was awesome, very gentle and I trust her to have my best interest first and foremost. Being able to watch tv while in the dental chair was an added bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I barely had time to sit down before I was called back. The hygienist was thorough yet gentle, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable the entire time from x-rays to cleaning. The dentist was awesome as well —knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about patient care. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided insight on areas to watch. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed. It felt more like a wellness visit than a routine cleaning. What should be noted is not just that I’m a MORE than satisfied patient, but that the quality and level of professionalism is consistent from year to year. In my experience, not something that happens very often. If you’re looking for the best dental care handled by a professional and caring dental team (from dentist to staff), this is the place to go. ———— Move forward 2 years, and I’m still of the same opinion as below…. An amazing professional environment that provides exceptional quality and services. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist!!!! ————- Amazing place. Never thought I would find it , but So-SO glad I did! Very professional and welcoming staff from reception to professional staff. Everyone worked together well and really made you feel at ease. Dr. Marcos is knowledgeable, has a wonderful rapport with clients and staff, and is one of those rare finds that only does what needs to be done and explains everything in terms you understand. This is NOT an assembly line large chain that over schedules, is never on time, and looks for ways to charge for procedures that you’re not sure you even need. And my final note. I’m not one that “posts, likes or reviews” everything is see or do. I seldom take the time, and do so only when I I think there’s something very right or very wrong. In this case it’s VERY, VERY right. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first experience at COPT Dental Office with Dr Morcos and his lovely staff. Everyone expressed their feelings to make me feel Comfortable and At ease. And when I experienced “ low blood sugar” coming on, from skipping lunch that day,, they all went above and beyond, in offering me crackers and even food to help me feel better. And I did. Extraordinary first visit! Wouldn’t you agree?

Negative experience: This place is a scam! I thought I was getting everything done, x-rays, cleaning, and exam. I was told that at the appt that I had to come back for the cleaning that they only do the exam and the X-rays at the first visit. Fine… came back for the cleaning 2 weeks later, only to find out that they are doing a “deep cleaning” and charging me $560! I have insurance and usually my cleanings are $5. I was not told about this at the prior appointment. I also have never been told that I have ever needed anything other than a regular cleaning… ever. So, I left upset… I was called back by the office manager apologizing for the miscommunication and they offered the “deep cleaning” for free. So, back to them for the 3rd time and the so called “deep cleaning” took 20 minutes!!! My husband has always had a good experience with them so we decided to stay with them. Until…. Today! A few weeks ago we took our son who has braces to for a check up. We were told that we had to get his wire off in order to take x-rays and have a cleaning. Ok, understandable… We had to coordinate 3 appointments one to get the wire off, two the dentist appt, three to get the wire back on. So three weeks later, we came for the X-rays and cleaning which was confirmed that all would be done at the same visit. X-rays were done then I was told that he needed a “deep cleaning” and that it couldn’t be done today and it would be $400. I’m not going back there ever!!!

He made her feel completely comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. The service was fast, efficient, and very professional. It’s clear that this practice truly cares about their patients—especially the little ones. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gentle and trustworthy dentist!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency with a broken bridge and Dr. Morcos worked me into a full schedule to perform emergency dental work and repair the damage. I had to have a new temporary bridge made so I could have full function of the left side of my mouth. I was extremely appreciative for the flexibility and medical treatment I received by Dr. Morcos and his staff.

Negative experience: I’ve had a couple of frustrating experiences with the scheduling at this dental office. The first time, I had an appointment for a cleaning, but when I showed up, the office was closed due to an AC issue—yet no one called, emailed, or notified me in any way. I had to follow up myself and reschedule. More recently, I was told I had an appointment to get my permanent crown put on Friday. When I stopped by the office to confirm, I was told someone had moved it to Monday because the dentist no longer works Fridays—again, with no notice. If I hadn’t asked in person, I would’ve wasted my time showing up for nothing a second time. The dental work has been fine, but the scheduling and communication need serious attention. Patients shouldn’t have to double-check everything just to avoid being blindsided.

Today I came in for a cosmetic service, done by a tech, and the doctor came by to say hello and asked how I was doing. That staff is always friendly, professional and they make me feel welcomed. Fantastic experience: I want to first start this review with some important information and background that helps set the context of what I am writing here. I have been in the dental industry for 40 years and have extensive knowledge about dentistry. Over my 40 year career, I have attended many clinical lectures covering the the entire range of dental procedures from general dentistry, implants, root canals, etc. I have been around the best dentists in the country. So I am an "educated consumer" of dental services. Dr. Morcos is a very talented dentist both clinically and professionally. I've had one crown done at his practice last year, been there for regular check-ups and cleanings, and today, I had finally decided to replace 2 very old crowns that needed to be replaced. I had the removal of those crowns and the preps done on two adjacent posterior molars. Dr. Morcos knows what he is doing. He talked through his procedure and I felt fully informed what he was doing as he knows I know what's involved. His assistant Tanesha is very sharp and prepared my temporary teeth and did a super job. A dentist needs a great dental assistant and Tanesha has the skills and knowledge to help him do his work. Dr. Morcos is very friendly, has a great personality, he cares about his work, and you'll feel comfortable around him. Trusting your dentist is important and it's hard to know whether a dentist you pick is going to do the work properly and correctly. Trust me, some are better than others. My mom is 89 years old and needs some dental work and has been to a few other dentists near her in Palm Harbor without any success. I scheduled my mother to come with me on March 28th when I get my new crowns seated. I want Dr. Morcos to evaluate her and I trust he will do the work she needs competently. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend you consider Dr. Morcos and his team. As I stated before, I know the dental industry and have interfaced with 1,000's of dentists and know good dentistry when I am around it. I HIGHLY recommend COPT Dental Design and Dr. Morcos. You are in good hands with him and his team.

Fantastic experience: I have had the unfortunate luck to need emergency dental work while traveling on multiple occasions and each time they have been terrible experiences. As luck would have it, I was in need of a last minute procedure today and Dr. Morcos came highly recommended. I decided to make the drive across town and I'm glad I did. The office staff was professional, above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere. Dr. Morcos made sure to walk me through the treatment plan, explaining everything in great detail and he made sure to properly handle my procedure. Negative experience: Well I’m not a big review person but after so many years and cleanings at this office maybe things will change because I have seen some reviews on here about upselling On one cleaning appt the lady said yes your in bad shape we need to do the deep cleaning and this and that but the previous cleaning four months prior because I get mine 3 times a year the lady said I was fine all good. I had a talk with Mr Morcos and he said I’ll put you with another hygienist the day came and she said your good everything looks perfect So how can one hygienist say your not good and the next appointment another hygienist say your good to go So I decided to make another appointment with the hygienist that said I was good and two hours before the appt the office called me and said the only hygienist that we have is the first one that had I had a bad experience with I went to the office and met with Mr Morcos and he said I only have one hygienist so why didn’t they tell me that in the first place and set me up with another hygienist No answer Mr Morcos is an excellent dentist and have spent thousands of dollars there but the hygienist dept needs a lot of help and the front office as well for communicating better with customers And not the day of the appointment Also my son appt was cancelled 4 hours prior last week for a cleaning Sad to go because Morcos is a good person and dentist but sometimes you don’t have the right people in right positions

Negative experience: We have been at this location for years. Not sure what has changed this year, but my wife, my daughter, and myself have all experienced the same thing - upselling services. Please focus on just the routine service as you have for years. Stop the pressure tactics. I hate to do it, but I think we are going to look for a different practice. Fantastic experience: Dr. Morcos is the best. So kind and funny. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. The staff is wonderful and everything is so clean. I'm so happy that he owns the practice now. I know what he won't be leaving any time soon.

My job requires me to go in and out of dental offices and this office by far blows many out of the water. Highly recommend! Great staff and Dr. makes you feel important. Fantastic experience: Great experience. No one likes a cleaning. The technician he was very nice, very professional and efficient. I was in the chair ten minutes after arriving and out the door thirty five minutes later. She did a great job and asked several times if I was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I am a self diagnosed head case when it comes to going into the dentist. I get extremely stressed out. However, they make it so easy when I go into the office and get my teeth cleaned or any other procedure done. Amanda was great! I recommend this place.

Negative experience: I went in for a simple teeth cleaning to get the stains off my teeth. They said I recommend a deep cleaning. I'm sure I do, but I don't want a deep clean. I want to get the stains off my teeth for appearance sake. So after they say I recommend the deep clean, they tell me that they can't do the teeth cleaning because I'm not doing the deep clean for $200 OOP. That's called forcing, not recommending. Later I got a letter that they declined to offer any service at their facility and I have 30 days to find another dentist. Went to another dentist said my gum were fine. They didn't say anything about gum disease, unlike this place. I was able to get my teeth cleaned with no deep cleaning needed. Checked my gums and said they look healthy. Becareful of this place, they are out for your money or insurance money. Also, they are pretty annoying with notifications for rating them and provide incentives for reviews. Don't trust these 5 stars reviews.

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified to go to dentist and lost my filling. They got me in same day and calmed my fears. My husband recently needed a crown and loved the dr and the staff. Again, same day and they helped his pain and took care of him. I felt no fear anymore after leaving the office. The dr and staffing are exceptional , very compassionate calming, friendly and professional . I highly recommend this office and staff they go above and beyond and really make you feel comfortable going to the dentist. Thank you for making my fear a thing of the past.

Fantastic experience: New Hygienist Whitney was Great!! She took good care of me, im highly sensitive. Dr. Morcos explained a root canal procedure very thoroughly even with pictures...lol. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Their dentist hygienist Sarah always do an excellent job as well as my dentist. The receptionist and the front office girls are all amazing! I’ll always be with COPT Dental Design. Fantastic experience: My visit for cleaning was great, new technician was very gentle and painless. I am usually not happy with cleaning, I have a strong gag reflux. After explaining this to her she new just how to proceed. All my visits to this office have been an enjoyable experience, great staff.
