Positive experience: I am new patient so it took several weeks to get an appointment. Other than that my experience with front office staff was very nice and they were easy to speak with about billing and general questions. The dental assistant was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The dentist seems nice and in all fairness our interaction was only 2 minutes. He advised me of what I needed and answered my questions. The wait time was literally just a few minutes to be called back and just a few minutes for the dentist once xrays were done. Overall my experience was great.

Fantastic experience: Smiles, so many smiles. The young lady very helpful and kind. I haven't seen a dentist for over 10 years because of so much negativity. I had or was suppose to have adjustments on top partial, and a new lower partial made. One cap fell off and a tooth broke off upper partial, new lower never adjusted correctly. I actually understood Dr. Stover's explanations of his future procedures. Dr. Stover's smiles were genuine smiles. I am so grateful to my daughter, Kelli Balcom, for her recommendation of Dr. Stover and his staff. I appreciate Dr. Stover taking time to help me get my smiles back. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased by the staff how they were so supportive of my dental care and I was very surprised when they informed me that I only had two wisdom teeth left which I thought I had all four removed from a previous dentists, that was shocking but I will continue to a patient at Dickson Dental they informed what I needed to have done but it wasn’t about money like my last dentists they made my next appointment without giving me any form of charges I’m very pleased with this dental care they got me for a life time

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Robin, who has had 39 years experience and a considerable amount of professional education, did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Since COVID 19 has been obstructing normal life, I was 3 years apart from the hygienists visits. So there was much to be done. This was not painful. This was a complete exam. She was well worth the visit. August 2023, excellent treatment for a cavity. Entirely painless. Pleasant staff kind and gracious. Dr Stover's office service is well worth it. No complaints.

I know there's mixed reviews on every dental office in dickson, but im super happy with my experience, I told them I have super bad anxiety & im shy. They made me feel right at home & explained everything they was doing. They also explained what my insurance would cover & not cover. A big thank you to the lady that fixed my filling that fell out, she made sure everything was smooth on my back tooth super pleased with her work. Special thanks for the lady that gave me a cleaning today! Shes super sweet! And fun to talk to! The office ladies are sweet aswell!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place I had called for a severe toothache, have never been there, I explained my situation and they were booked up but said they would see if a cancellation happened they would reach back to me, within 15 minutes they called back and had an appointment for me at 1030 that same day. Everyone working there was very helpful and took time for any questions. The dentist was very friendly and helpful and after X-rays my plan was explained to me. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I have found my new dentist for sure!

Negative experience: Tried to make an emergency appointment and was told it wouldn't be available until August, that's six months. I can't wait that long so I had to unfortunately make an appointment elsewhere. It's okay I understand it gets busy, I just wish I could have went here instead. Hopefully everything will work out for me. There is no need to respond to this.

Positive experience: The dentist as a whole is wonderful but a particular person in the office was very offensive to me and was rude to me regarding my autistic son whom I had to bring with me at one of my appointments. She made the remake that "I needed to have a sitter next time because she was putting up with him winning next time I came in." I was very upset when I left the office.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Robin did an excellent job. I just started going back to a dentist after 15 years of not going due to a bad experience. Moved over here and dickson dental came highly recomended. No problems what so ever on the service or the procedures. I highly recommend these folks. Still doing great. Had a new hygienist this time, and she was also very good and understanding of my periodontal situation. Eventually I will have to go with dentures but till then I'll keep going here.
