Fantastic experience: Dr. Ashley & her staff were kind and very thorough. 8/20/25 Saw Dr. Ashley and her staff today for a checkup. As usual she and her staff were professional and kind. She’s the absolutely the best dentist that I have ever had the pleasure of being their patient! I called her on a weekend once and she was concerned about my wellbeing and returned my phone call promptly. I’ve never had a physician do that! She’s the absolute best! 10 stars!!!

Everyone in the front and back was so sweet and considerate, offering blankets, chapstick, water, letting me pick the music playing etc. Most thorough imaging I've had as well. Christine did an amazing job and showed me before and after images of my cleaning which was super cool. Dr Ashley was so informative and explained everything to me in regards to my teeth and treatment. They're upfront with pricing and what my insurance covered as well which I appreciate.

Negative experience: After approximately 4years of annual checkups and cleanings, I was denied cleaning today because I refused to pay $257 out of my pocket. I still have $1426 left in my plan account. You all refused to use this money. Why?

They got me set up with a good tooth paste and gave me a sensitivity treatment that fixed the issue! I now love going to the dentist! Positive experience: Just a short visit today but wàs immediately impressed with the greetings from the staff as I walked in. Then greater bay smiling tech who led me back into the office and quickly explained what she was doing going to do. Although awkward positioning the X-rays ,she made it as comfortable as possible and expedited the experience. She was efficient and explained that I had limited time today and checked with dr Ashley what the best way to cover what needed to be done. Fantastic experience: Dr. Anna Ashley and her staff provided exceptional urgent care and service to our son on Wednesday, July 3, 2024. From the greeting and care shown by the office staff (Linda, Isabel, and Liz) to the manner in which our son was whisked to a treatment room for evaluation and care, I was impressed with the professionalism as well as the compassionate attitude of the entire dental care team. Dr. Ashley is an exceptional provider who runs an impressively busy practice; however, each patient has her undivided attention when she is present. The technology in Dr. Ashley's practice is "state of the art" with x-rays being readily available for viewing by the patient shortly after completion. Registration and check-in are also automated, which helps expedite the required documentation to proceed with care. We were desperate to find emergency care for our son who was in excruciating pain because a new filling was pressing against a nerve, and when we called, we were given three appointment options for the same day. The entire service experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Ashley and her team of professionals for any pediatric or adult patients seeking dental care.

Fantastic experience: There is not enough good that I can say about this practice as a whole. This is one GREAT team! From Isabel and Linda up front to my hygienist, Christine, to Dr. Ashley. I was very much comfortable - I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over my initial visit, but Christine totally stepped up to the plate and talked me through my entire visit, she explained each step of what she was going to do and why. She made sure that I was comfortable, not just physically -- but made sure that my anxiety was manageable for me. I cannot thank her enough for getting me though all that anxiety.
