Fantastic experience: We went here after my mother had gotten really bad dentures from another practice. Our first visit left us with such a good impression and confident that hopefully my mom would finally get the smile she wanted. From Miranda, who patiently did her x-rays to Dr. Holtzman’s assistant, Evie, to Dr. Holtzman herself who talked us through the entire process, and assured us they would do their best on getting my mom dentures that would bring back her confidence. Several weeks later, we got her dentures and she was so happy. Gus, who is charge of the lab met with my mom personally to make sure everything was well, and Amelia was ready to assist as needed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Holtzman and her team for quality oral/dental care. From our first visit to the end, everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with Morris Park Dental. It was also the first time I’d had a tooth extracted. After submitting necessary information to the friendly receptionist, I was shortly called in by Jackie, the dental hygienist/assistant who proceeded to take X-rays and all the other prep work. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. I was admittedly nervous and she helped to quell my anxiety. She was a doll. I then met Dr. Elias who was personable, professional, with a good sense of humor. He extracted my wisdom tooth quickly, smoothly, and pain free. I was given a list of aftercare instructions which Jackie took the time to go over each one. I was very satisfied with my experience at Morris Park Dental from start to finish. I also received a follow up call 48hrs later from Emilia, who was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this Dental practice and will be using them again.

Fantastic experience: Despite the pain I had when i walked in, my experience yesterday was amazing. Dr. Holtzman was amazing and so informative with the continued treatment that I need. The assistant Jillian is the type of person you wish you encounter at every doctor visit. She was sweet and caring which made me feel at ease during my appointment.

Positive experience: My entire family comes here. My children have been seen here for almost 2 years; my husband and I for a few months. It’s usually always a good experience. Today I went in for a scheduled filling, the doctor seemed agitated and was very impersonal. She never introduced herself so I didn’t get her name. The assistant was nice but again impersonal, gave no warning while shoving equipment in my mouth and banged my teeth a few times. I briefly mentioned my experience to the front desk at checkout. Overall the work that was done was good, no pain during procedure and it was pretty quick.

Fantastic experience: Needed to see a dentist immediately, and couldn’t wait until Monday. Morris Park Dental Associates was open on a Saturday which was a blessing, they saw me immediately, did X-Rays and spoke to me afterward. The staff was very professional, The office Manager was professional and explained all the paperwork with such professionalism, the other receptionist was also helpful with paperwork, the General Doctor was the greatest, looked at the X-Rays and then gave an overall accessment of what had to be done. They will be the Dentist moving forward. I would recommend them, because they have all the dentists of each specific need on staff whereby one do not have to go to other dentist searching for specific. General dentist, implant dentist, surgeon dentist, periodontist, and the other dentist that deal with the gums, and the cleaning dentist. The office sitting room was very clean, also where servicing offices were very clean

I'm so impressed with the level of service and kindness shown by everyone. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer of Morris Park Dental for years. I’ve spent a significant amount of money there, from routine check-ups to cosmetic procedures. I’ve been an advocate for the office in the Morris Park area, referring clients to them. However, I’ve been shocked by the drastic changes that have taken place over the years. Back then, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. They would work with you and follow up with you regularly. But now, things are different. I’ve faced financial hardship and can’t afford certain procedures right now. However, they’ve implemented a new fee policy that charges $50 per cancellation if you don’t show up or call within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve accrued three cancellations, not because I didn’t show up, but because I called to cancel short-noticed due to a family emergency. I explained my hardship and the financial struggles my family is facing, especially my daughter who has autism. But no one ever got back to me regarding the fees. The balance is still on my account. To make matters worse, I recently had an Invisalign treatment that turned out to be a complete waste of money. My impression wasn’t done correctly, and I don’t believe this procedure should have been done on me in the first place. I initially asked for metal braces, but that was a mistake. I’ve also had several root canals, including a bridge, post, and crowns. And guess what? They’re telling me I need another root canal in the same tooth that already had one done. It’s ridiculous! They don’t seem to care about my well-being or my smile. The office is always packed with people, and the staff is constantly changing. It’s hard to build a relationship with anyone there. They’re all just focused on making money, not on helping patients. Let’s fast forward to July 22, 2025. My bridge came out and needed to be cemented back in place. Instead of doing a permanent cement, they informed me that I needed a whole new bridge and temporarily cemented it down. I went to the front desk and was told that I needed to pay $5,600 for this new procedure. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the required procedure at this time. They also mentioned that there was still a $150 charge on my account for not canceling my appointment within 24 to 48 hours. Now, here’s where things get intentional and unprofessional. On July 23, 2025, I called to make an appointment to have my bridge permanently cemented down, as I mentioned earlier, because I couldn’t afford the requested procedure at the moment. I spoke with someone in the morning and inquired about the cost. They advised me to call at 12 p.m. to speak with the billing manager. I called, but I received no answer several times. I asked my sister to call on her phone to see if they would pick up, and they did. I received a bill in the mail for a forwarding balance that I don’t understand, along with other charges. On August 6, 2025, I called the office manager again to speak with them. I was told that I had to call back at 12 p.m. I tried calling at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m., but I kept getting no answer. I just finished calling at 3:47 p.m. when someone picked up and told me that the office manager was not in. This is not how you treat a patient. I have never been disrespectful or rude to anyone in this establishment. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years, trusting their treatment plans and believing that they were doing the right things by me. However, instead, I have been left without help or a solution due to me not having the money at this time and I am being dismissed by the staff and doctors intentionally.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly and professional. They were able to see me the same day for my emergency. My new teeth are beautiful, and I had no pain at all. Dr. Holtzman, Dr. Elias and their team are the best!

Positive experience: I had 4 cavities done and still today July 17, 2025 I feel sensitivity. I have called the office a few times regarding the charges for my visit on May 22, 2025 and still have not received a call back. They billed my insurance as out of network patient when I have been with them for years now because they were in network with MetLife. Not sure what is going with the office maybe new employees don’t know what they are doing I am very disappointed. I have referred a few of my friends and if they do not correct this issue they will lose me and them as patients. I have never had any issues before till now. I am hopeful that this will be corrected.

Fantastic experience: On 1/3/2025 I had my routine dental cleaning a t Morris Pk Dental. My hygienist Rama was very courteous, and professional. She did a fantastic job. After that I had my X-Rays taken by a very courteous, and knowledgeable Assistant Miranda. She was very friendly. X-Rays were reviewed by Dr. Holtzman who was very courteous, and pleasant. The whole experience was exceptional. Even the owner Dr. Wolfson dropped in to say hello, and ask how I was. She is very kind. Morris Park Dental will make You smile. I must mention the associates in the front who are very nice.

Negative experience: Terrible. The minute i walked in as a new patient they tried selling me their monthly membership. How about i meet the dentist first? I went in for an emergency that their dentist wasn’t able to help with. I just needed a temporary fix for my crown. He wanted to do a new post, new crown etc. Very money hungry/driven at this dentist office. I replied kindly…thats not what I’m here for I have a dentist and I’ll just wait to see him. They still charged me $230 for my visit. I had no problem paying for the xray because it was taken & needed but charging for an oral examination when all he did was look at my mouth for .2 seconds is kind of insane. Moral of the story be careful before going here, go to someone more honest & reliable. Someone who actually cares about their patients instead of just making money.

Negative experience: They will nickel and dime you for years. They will not discuss costs upfront. We stopped going to them because of their made up charges.

Fantastic experience: I visited Morris Park Dental after experiencing some pain and swelling. My first point of contact was over the phone when I called and spoke to Alessia. She was kind and got me an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was greeted promptly, filled out some paper work, and then I was seen very shortly after. Liam, took my x-rays, walked me through next steps with the dentist, and eased some of my fears that I expressed concerning dentists (in general). My experience with dentists in the past have not been the best - they did not fully explain things, one o my visits in particular was traumatic, and their bedside manner was lacking tremendously. Liam went above and beyond - from listening to my concerns, to encouraging me on my upcoming journey, and ultimately assuring me that I am in great heads at MPD. You can’t buy that kind of patience, kindheartedness, and just a genuine care for people. Once I saw Dr. Hotlzman, she thoroughly explained what the issue was and what the best treatment plan would be. She also gave me information for next steps and reassured me that everything I needed could be found at their one location (that’s a huge plus!) I appreciated that she took the time to care about the whole of my health and not just take the approach of me being just another patient or seeing dollar signs. That is very important to me and shows what kind of doctor she truly is. For a first-time visit to MPD, I have to say, thank you to all of the team for your kindness, your care for patients (and people in general), and for making my visit a little less anxious. I truly hope my next visit is more of the same and look forward to a healthy smile. Thank you so much!

Over a 4 month period she kept in contact with true concern. This past week we were able to make it in and not only was Dr. Holtzman amazing, so was her staff. Evie, Aessia, Tabita and Gus all went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident with the whole experience. Negative experience: I thought this dental clinic was good but all they’re after is money. I was a patient of this clinic and I had good experience with them. I had to switch dentists because of my dental insurance so I haven’t been here for more than a year. Today I was charged $375 for something that doesn’t make sense. There is vague explanation at how they came up with that charge. They didn’t even call me to inform me that I was being charged $375. When I stopped going to this clinic, they never said I have an outstanding balance but now after more than a year, they somehow managed to come up with $375 outstanding balance they charged on my card. I am not a patient of this clinic anymore but they proceeded to charge my credit card. They have my credit card on file! And the bill they emailed me doesn’t make sense!!!!

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone !! I’m someone who is FEARFUL of dentists and when I tell you this is the right place to be to face your fears !! The ladies in the front office Bri, Jade , Tabitha, Evle , were so sweet and really helped me with my anxiety , informed everything needed to help get my teeth and gums back to normal. Tim the dental assistant is super supportive, gives the best info to calm your nerves and is super nice you’ll feel safe with him !!! Lastly Dr hottzman is also very informative and gives you a sense of trust speaking to her. I needed to find a dentist that I feel happy in and I’m lucky to find this one. 10/10 recommend!!!
