Negative experience: MEDICAID PATIENTS - if you looked on the states website and saw 3 different dentists here at centennial lakes dental listed as available to new patients - that is inaccurate. They are at their “max capacity” for us poor people. Dental care should be available to everyone regardless of their insurance. I understand that Medicaid reimburses services at lower rates and that this can make dentists hesitant to accept more Medicaid patients, but Medicaid recipients are people just as much as anyone else and deserve to be treated with the same respect and care.

Positive experience: I usually give Centennial Lakes dental 5 stars due to their warm welcome and excellent service and care. Maybe its me but the last two times I've gone it felt like it was turning into a typical dentist office, finding and pushing for more dental work to be done. Not as warm of an atmosphere and more like a sterile dental business. They still do quality work.

Fantastic experience: So far, so good! Considerable dental work remains, but I have never been so impressed with a dental facility on a first visit. Not just the dental professionals (who were wonderful), but the atmosphere of the office, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the other staff, the new and sparkling equipment, etc. I can't wait to see what they do with all that, because it is going to take several visits.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Krueger ever since he had his own office on Douglas, back in the early 80's when we moved to the Osseo, Maple Grove area. The hygenist are very thorough. I admit I haven't always liked what they tell me I need to do. I know it is for my good. Now 3-4 months later due to what the dental staff have helped me learn better how to take care of my teeth, the cleaning went very well and no deep pockets or any kind of cavities. Since the last 3 at least cleaning sessions they find my teeth clean not as much plaque and no deep pockets so I really wonder why I am still going every 4 months? For once I would like to try the 6 mos. again to see if I still will have as good of a report. I had kind of quit using the prescription toothpaste at night but didn't have a chance to tell them why. When you can't rinse it out just spit the excess some gets in my stomach and causes like some acidity and sometimes I feel like I need something to eat well that negates the brushing. But, I have gone back to using the special toothpaste and will see how it goes.

She was very competent and did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. 12/24 The staff turnover has been great. CLD has done an excellent job of curating excellent dental professionals. I appreciate the attention to detail and care that goes into every visit! The staff starting at the front desk and all the way to Dr. Krueger and Dr. Eichmeyerr at CLD are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel that they are up to date with current trends and practices in the field. I have extreme sensitivity and my cleanings have become an experience that I look forward to instead of dread because of the amazing skill of my hygienist! Fantastic experience: As a very young girl I was traumatized by dental visits. If they had Novocaine back in the day, I was never offered it.I was held down while being drilled. It has been a life long trauma to overcome and the wonderful staff at Centennial Lakes has made my twice a year visits anxiety free. I would highly recommend this wonderful dental clinic. The staff in the front office are pleasant and helpful. The dental assistants are beyond wonderful. They suggest things I can do to keep my teeth clean besides brushing. I have an upcoming crown replacement and was pleased to know it can be done in one session instead of having a temporary crown. This clinic is up to date with technology. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Eichmeyer because I had an implant put in by another Dentist that became loose. He did all he could to remedy my situation. He has since put in an implant for me and it is wonderful. Best implant I have had and this is my 3rd If you are considering a lmplant I highly recommend Dr Eichmeyer It’s been over 2 years since my implant The staff at Centennial could not be better highly professional, courteous and a great since of humor Thank you so much for my implant guys

Fantastic experience: I know that they care because they make sure that I am accommodated to what my needs are. I've been coming to Centennial Lakes Dental Group since 1999. Even as the dentists changed because one retired, the way they show you how much they care has not. From cleaning your teeth to filling a cavity to correcting you and how to brush your teeth better has always been gentle. It's not about cleaning your teeth as hard as possible but rather correct and as thoroughly gentle as possible, not just going through the motions. I don't think I could tell anyone which number visit I am on because I have been going there since before they moved from the Golden Valley office off of Duluth Street.

Fantastic experience: Heidi and Autumn are warm, and very hard working. They went out of their way, to get me for a problem in my tooth. Then I was greeted by Katie. They have these beautiful porcelain sinks, with new faucets, with lots of toothbrushes and mouthwash. So It was so refreshing to brush and wash my mouth before seeing the dentist. Then Katie talked to me about my anxiety regarding my tooth, and helped me to know that Centennial Lakes Golden Valley, was indeed a very good place. Dr. Eichmeyer has a good sense of humor, and very kind. Very comfortable place to go. Exceptional cleaning and professional, Christine, Heidi remembers your appointment, moves it up and Mary very sweet. Dr Eichmeyer sees every discrepancies on the teeth. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Dr.Eichmeyer is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and thorough. I have also met Dr.Liu, who was also excellent. The rest of the staff have been amazing, as well. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants to the dental hygienists, everyone has been so kind and helpful. I also really appreciate the transparency when it comes to out-of-pocket costs regarding dental repairs, which is something that you don’t see at a lot of dental clinics. Every single time I come here, I have a great experience. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Experience was amazing! To be vulnerable and open. I had to have some teeth pulled that were on my smile line and some other work done however, the cost of implants was a little too much for me at the time so we decided to go with a temporary bridge in due process. My daughter was getting married and running out of time to ensure the temporary bridge was created in time for my daughters wedding, Dr. Liu wanted to make sure the other dental work was done before working on the bridge but knowing how important it was to me to smile at my daughters wedding he made sure that the bridge would be set to go. I went in and had some work done where the bridge would sit and created the bridge, one week later I had the bridge and my smile back. I cannot express how much this meant to me and my daughter. I will for sure continue to go to Dr.Liu and the Golden Valley office as the whole team is very professional and amazing!!

Negative experience: First, I have been going here for years and love Dr. Eichmeyer. My last visit was very disappointing. I had tooth pain and Dr E was not available. I had to schedule with a new dentist. She told me I needed a root canal and could do it now. Great. She said she needed an X-ray but there would be no charge. It took 3 painful shots to numb me (I've never had pain when Dr E gave me shots). In the middle of the procedure Mary came in with the estimate of over $800. After trying, the dentist wasn't able to do the root canal. On my way out Mary told me I had to pay $290 for the X-ray they told me would have no charge! That is not ethical. Mary said they were charging for the X-ray because they weren't able to do the root canal. I was not told there would be no charge for the X-ray only if they completed the root canal. I was told there was no charge, period. To top that off, the specialist who did the root canal only charged $350, which included several X-rays! So very disappointed with Centennial Lakes.

Fantastic experience: It had been a few years since my last dental visit and between Heidi, Britney, Stephanie, and Dr. Thomas, the experience was amazing, free of judgment, full of knowledge, and making me comfortable the entire time.

Fantastic experience: Any time you have to lose a tooth or more it's quite sad. I was fortunate to have Dr. Liu put in implants and was very pleased with the results. He was very knowledgeable and always told me what was going on. He even made the color of the new teeth blend together nicely.

Negative experience: Second time here and it was a very different experience than my first. This time my dental hygienist was odd and has odd professional boundaries. She continued to talk to me about getting my teeth whitened, even though I never brought it up. At the end of my cleaning she told the dentist I was interested in whitening my teeth. The whole experience felt like a sales pitch. I would have preferred a silent appointment where I could have relaxed. If I go back I will be asking for a different hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, informative, collaborative, can do cosmetic dentistry, but don’t push it. One detail….You know the feeling when the dentist grabs your tongue with a piece of gauze? I hate it! But Kristine, my hygienist, wets the gauze so it doesn’t bother at all. In general their attention to detail makes the dental visit much more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I was recently diagnosed with a cavity from my current clinic dentist and I didn't like his treatment plan or how he treated me. Thus, I went to another clinic for a second opinion and got a different answer for a treatment plan. Thus, I wanted a third opinion so I decided to contact Centennial Lakes Dental Group. I was super impressed the moment I called. Mary was super helpful and she scheduled me with Dr. Thomas within a day of calling. My goal was to seek out a brand new clinic and consult with Dr. Thomas to finalize my decision on a treatment plan for my cavity. I first met with Sarah who x-rayed my bad tooth and she was fantastic, very sincere and caring. Dr. Thomas then came in to discuss the x-ray/cavity and which treatment plan would be best. She did some tests to determine the severity of the cavity and exactly what options I had for treatment. She answered all my questions and concerns in great detail and I was 100% in agreement with her treatment plan. I decided to leave my current dental clinic and I told Dr. Thomas I wanted her as my new dentist and to proceed with her treatment plan. All of the office staff and technicians are super friendly, helpful and professional, thank you Mary, Sarah, Heidi and Sue. The clinic is modern, spacious and clean and has the latest dental equipment and services for treating their patients. I also love the easy location and big parking lot that's next to the clinic. Fantastic experience: I scheduled an additional cleaning before year end. It was the first time I had Brittany as my hygienist. She did an incredible job and provided me with helpful, specific tips to better care for the dental work in my mouth. Moving forward, I will continue to add an additional, annual cleaning, use the product and tools recommended by Brittany and request her for my future Hygienist appointments.
