Fantastic experience: Everything about my experience at Sealy Dental Katy is great. From the moment you step into the office, you're welcomed with a smile and get checked in quickly. When they take you to the room, you feel like everything is planned and set up prior to your arrival. I've been with a couple of their hygienists, and all of them have been great with their own style, treating you in the best way possible. My dentist, Dr. Jayson, is one of the best I've ever had. My husband and I have been going to this office for years, and we haven't been disappointed. I even did Invisalign there, and I'm thrilled with the process and results. If you want to go somewhere that's hassle-free in terms of making an appointment, treatment plan, professionalism, and makes you feel like part of the team, I totally recommend Sealy Dental Katy.

Fantastic experience: Sealy Dental is hands down the best dental clinic I’ve been to. I’ve had a terrible experience with my past dentist office so I wasn’t sure to expect but from check in with Taylor and Jen to the friendly conversations with the hygienist, Jodie and Dr. Wurtzbacher they eased all my fears and explained everything as they performed their work. I’m so grateful to have found professionals who listen and take the time to ensure your comfort as well as your health. 100% recommend this office.

Negative experience: Jennifer REFUSING to REFUND for bone graft that was covered by insurance 18 days ago —they were paid 18 days ago electronically and I also paid on date of service 8/25/2025. fraud!!!! Double billing reported to my credit card….and UHC

Fantastic experience: The staff there is always very friendly, professional and attentive. The clinic is run efficiently and the care there is top notch. I have been going there for many years now, and have never been remotely disappointed or upset at anything I have had done. This is a great dental facility in every manner.

Fantastic experience: Just had my teeth cleaned by Toyin on 9/17/25 and she was awesome! Super friendly, made me feel really comfortable, and did such a thorough job. My teeth feel insanely clean now. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was super gentle the whole time. Honestly one of the best cleanings I’ve had — highly recommend seeing Toyin if you get the chance!

Since I walked in, I was greeted by Jennifer and the staff and they were all very friendly. Oscar, my hygienist, was very kind and knowledgeable as well as Dr. Patel, she was so nice and addressed all my concerns. I will be recommending this office to friends and family!!

Fantastic experience: I can sum this up in my last visit. I need to have some perio work done (at a different office) and during my checkup I inquired about teeth whitening. My dentist said " I would rather have you spend that money on your health first". In an age where it seems every business is trying to extract the max $$ from you, that was a refreshing comment.

Fantastic experience: This was the best Dentist appointment I have had in a long time. I would recommend this place to the whole family.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years, but today I was told to update my medical information. When I opened the link, all my personal details—address, phone, etc.—were erased. I had to re-enter everything, wasting several minutes. When I asked why, I got a long, unclear answer and was told again, I just needed to update my medical history. After completing the forms, I waited 15 minutes before telling them I had finished, I waited 20 minutes for my cleaning—nothing happened. I finally rescheduled, but I’ll be going to a different dental office. This is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been patients at Sealy Dental for years. Dr. J and the staff are great. Sharea does an exceptional job and takes extra time to really clean our teeth well. The facility is clean and they don’t overbook, which lets you get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. We recommend you give them a try.

Update: 4/2/25 - still thrilled with the level of care I receive here. I have never been one to feel comfortable with dentists, but these amazing people feel like home. Dr. W and Sharae are absolutely top notch! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: 4/30/25- had to have two crowns; decided to take advantage of their April sale and got 15% off … Dr. W, Taylor, and Kaylie (sp?) were wonderful as always!! It truly makes a difference to be under the care of people who love what they do and know their calling. Thank you, Dr. W and team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: 7/1/25- slowly whittling away on my care plan, and had two fillings done last week. Zahraa was my tech, and was so kind and explained everything to me. I was happy to know I could still chew gum! One thing I keep forgetting in these reviews is that I am always offered water and a blanket. I love that they do everything to make a person feel comfortable and cozy! Dr. W was amazing as always. And a couple of days later, Zahraa called to make sure I was feeling okay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me again!!

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a REAL DENTIST since 2009 after my long time trusted family Dentist retired. Since then in have been to 5 different dentist in the Katy area . My daughter and her husband referred he to Sealy Dental. All FIVE of the other dental offices I've been to prior to coming to Sealy Dental put together didn't do as thorough of an examination for my dental needs as Sealy Dental did in my first visit I finally have found a dentist that I can trust after all these years just saying THANK YOU doesn't seem like enough but again THANK YOU so much. I will be telling anybody and everybody that I know about this place my opinion is the best advertisement is a referral from someone who has been to Sealy Dental . Fantastic experience: Went in with toothache and they were able to do a root canal same day. Never a fan of the dentist, but they took great care of me! Dr.Jayson and his assistant Camryn calmed my nerves and explained everything along the way. Moving my family of 6 over to this practice!

Negative experience: Posting anonymously. I have been going here for more than 4 years and I will now be changing my dentist. The staff is very rude, and they will kick out your appointment and give your hygienist to someone else if you do not confirm. The whole point of making an appointment is just that…you are confirming it. They don’t seem to understand people have very busy lifestyles and just making an appointment is an ordeal in itself. They are very business and money focused and will keep reminding you that you will get charged $50 if you reschedule. After scheduling my appointment, they gave my spot and my hygienist to another person because I did not confirm it. I literally found out after getting to my appointment. They stuck me with a hygienist I did not want and the person almost cut my gums 2 times. To Sealy Dental: Don’t try to contact me, I’m a legitimate customer but posting anonymously under an alias. The problems I’ve stated are real. So it’s better for you if you attack the problems rather than look for me and and say you couldn’t find me.. otherwise your ratings are going to keep going down!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sealy Dental for some time now. I originally came in because of a tooth issue and Dr. Jayson was able to get me in and fix me up. I have been going back since that day. I have my teeth cleaned often and Sharae is the dental hygienist who takes care of my teeth. She is such a breath of fresh air. Fantastic experience: My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth extracted today and she was so nervous. The office and Dr W was so comforting and talked us both through the procedure and the post procedure. I’ve been going here for years and now my daughter is a patient and is very happy with their services.

Fantastic experience: My experience was a 10 out of 10. The Dentist listened to my concerns and gave me his professional opinion of the best course of action as well as the outcome had I chosen a different route. Ultimately the decision was mine. The procedure was completely painless and the hygienist made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I am pleased to say I will be a patient for life.

Negative experience: UPDATE (2025): The services here have gone downhill drastically. Back in 2017-2018 these folks were the sweetest and kindest they could be. My gf at the time even went to high school with some of the staff. I even brought my son there I was so happy with them. Fast forward to now, and they are the classic bait and switch upsell upsell upsell type that are a dime a dozen. This time I called ahead for my appointment. I told them I was in between jobs and my insurance was about to run out. I told them I had very little money, and was relying on the insurance to pay the bulk of my visit costs. I told them while making the appointment that the only thing I wanted was a good old fashioned cleaning, even though I knew they would want to do all the x-rays and panos and all that which would generate more money on their end. I was fine with all that. All I wanted was a cleaning. Day of my visit, they of course, run all the tests they possibly can. I reiterated that I only wanted a cleaning and that was all I was there for, but was okay doing all the tests if it helped them out. After all their tests they tried to upsell me on DEEP CLEANING. Which costs a bunch of out-of-pocket money which I already told them numerous times I DID NOT HAVE. The lady that was attending me was very rude and absolutely REFUSED to just give me a regular cleaning. So, I got nothing that I was there for at all, and they made hundreds of dollars off my insurance for all the expensive tests they charged them for. I felt totally scammed this time around and I will not be visiting any Sealy Dental again. Thanks for completely wasting my time. ORIGINAL (2018): Friendly staff, assistants, and doctors. Very accommodating early morning appointments. Knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Unafraid to give you the right amount of local anesthetic for comfort, either! They tell me they have both the invisalign and regular braces. Plus multiple options for whitening. That makes me happy, as there's nothing more frustrating dental-wise than having to go to all around town for different procedures. Great experience so far. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Go! To! Sealy! Dental! Run, don’t walk. The staff 10/10, so kind, understanding, trustworthy and non judgmental. Long story short I avoid the dentist for 9 years, went to another dentist was unhappy got taken advantage of financially and thank GOD for Sealy Dental. They are working with me and my budget, have taught me (at 32) how to properly take care of my teeth to mitigate any further risk and have been nothing shy of amazing. The whole team is kind, and real. You can just feel it’s not only a great practice to go to, but to work at.

Fantastic experience: Went for a filling that previous dentist had quoted as needing crown and would be $1000+ out of pocket. Dr Jason looked at it and said he thought it could be fixed with a simple filling. 30 pain free minutes later and $60 out of pocket and my tooth was good as new! Made appts for all my family before end of year.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was today at 9 am and unfortunately I was not able to make it. So I called the office and spoke with Jasmine to see if they could get me in and she did. Jasmine was so considerate and was happy to help me. I could hear her smiling through the phone. Upon arrival Cheri met me with a smile as well and thanked me for filling out my paper work in advance. The treatment coordinator was very professional and kind. She was the second impression for the facility and made me feel so comfortable once I was placed in the chair to begin my assessment of my teeth. She immediately felt like a friend that I knew for a long time. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but she made it comfortable . Sharae the dental hygienist explained every procedure she was about to do and educated me on gum health and the importance of flossing. She made me feel like she really cared about the health of my gums and teeth.The dentist Dr. Wurtzacher was extremely professional and kind. He wasn’t in a rush and answered any questions I may have had. As a whole everyone did a excellent job with making sure I had a great experience and because of that I plan to stop the search for a better dental office… I think I found it ❤️. Update:10/15/24 I went for my cleaning with X-ray and my dental hygienist Brittany was so kind and thorough. I was not nervous because I was in good hands. I have never felt the want to request any particular dental hygienist but the way she treated me I have to have her to do my treatment every time.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience, as great as a dental visit can be. Staff, hygienists, and doctor were wonderful. Making sure I was taken care of and explained things to me in detail. It was a good experience. Thank you!

Positive experience: Dental hygienist Sharay, Dr. Jason, and office manager Jennifer are all a “10” based upon personality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I am very satisfied with the way I am treated on each visit.

Positive experience: 5⭐️ for the 5 minute filling by Dr. J and his attentive assistant, Jose 5⭐️ cleaning by Malaysia is always gentle and thorough 2.5 ⭐️ for Taylor forgetting me in the waiting area for far too long (20 minutes) Most times I'm in and out in a jiffy. That's the reason that I bypass many dental offices to come here. Hopefully, this is a one off.

Fantastic experience: I was having mouth pain and called after being referred to them by a family member. They didn’t hesitate to give me an appointment the very next day. The assistant was caring and efficient. Dr Alverez and Gina, the hygienist, took their time with me and was thorough. They truly made my visit a pleasant one.
