Thanks, Mrs. Amy Walton, for examining me for signs of oral diseases, such as gingivitis, and for providing excellent preventive care, including my oral hygiene. She did an excellent job in performing my periodontal maintenance during this examination, which was excellent. She deserves ten stars for this magnificent visit.

My dental hygienist was incredible and prioritized my comfort throughout the entire treatment I had scheduled. She also provided me with a lot of helpful information, as well as recommended several products that could help me improve and maintain my dental health overall! The scheduling office also went above and beyond to get me on their calendar immediately once my VA referral was received. All employees I interacted with at this office were amazing to work with, especially as a veteran using VA benefits for care. I honestly can’t recommend this office enough. Veterans in the Columbus area - this is a place to request a referral for!

I am trying to remember his nickname when I first my friend referred me to him. Gentle Ben??? Not sure , but pain is non existent when it comes to him. I trust his opinion when it comes to doing what’s best for my dental care. I used to detest going to the dentist for anything but not anymore . I actually enjoy it. He is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I also LOVE the cleanliness and comfort of the office and the exam rooms.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety about the dentist and have always been this way since my younger years. Brooke was very kind and patient with me throughout the process. Although it didn’t help my anxiety much her reassurance that they would take care of me really helped me to calm down a little. Dr Arnold came in he again when people deal with anxiety about the dentist is really helps having a calming soul there as well. Dr Arnold was also very kind and welcoming. We spoke briefly about the next step and I am hopeful that this will be my new dental office. Great job with customer service and allowing patients to not only be heard but also seen.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to the office. Reading others reviews is what made me go. It's been awhile since I had a visit, and was very hesitant. I've had bad experiences in the past. But entering the building was my first great impression. The front desk staff didn't stare at me strange. They greated me with a smile and was very nice. My hygienist was incredible and by far the best I ever had. She explained everything to me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. The Dr. was also incredible, he was very informative and took his time to talk to me as if I was the only patient in the office. I will refer everyone I know to them.

Positive experience: Dr. Arnold is a kind dentist , but the lab he uses to make dentures is very sub-par !!! I had upper dentures made years ago. They came back looking like someone that belonged to a child. Fast forward two years ago , I had an upper and lower dentures made, with implants in the bottom pair. I was promised that this time, even though it is the same lab, they would be great dentures. I paid $ 5000.00 dollars for these.I worked 3 years of overtime to pay for these. The front tooth has broken off, from taken a bite of pizza dough and had to bring them in, costing me $275.00 to have it repaired. Now today, I was eating a chicken nugget and the same tooth fell out. They can’t fixed it until, Monday. Here Im gonna to a family Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and I can’t even talk or smile. And Im sure will cost me another $275.00. Nothing like shelling out more money, especially when you have been paying out money left and right to get ready to start receiving Chemotherapy and radiotherapy next week. Im beyond upset and feel like I have been duped again. This can’t have come at a worse time and now I have to go to drs appointments without an upper dentures. Talk about kicking someone when they are down. If you have to go here, I wouldn’t get any hardware put in. It wont last, I promise you!!!

Fantastic experience: Over the last 6+ months I had had a lot of extensive work done with Dr. Caves and his staff. I was always comfortable even when I had longer visits. Between helping coordinate with an Endodontist and getting the VA paperwork squared away, I have had no issues. The staff is friendly with modern and clean facilities. My smile is better than before and I'm very grateful for that. I will continue to go back and refer them to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. He has been my dentist for 13 years now. He has a great bedside manner, give phenomenal dental care, and all his staff is so pleasant. He’ll tell you stories while he does his work sometimes and he makes sure you’re comfortable. He does an excellent job at ensuring you have no pain. Thanks to him my friends tease me because they thought that my teeth were dentures. He makes sure I keep a beautiful smile.

Negative experience: The person who does their billing has no idea what she is doing, and sent me to collections over a claim that was paid in full (couldn’t figure out what double coverage is). They also tried billing my second insurance twice for my operation, and claimed my mother (who has never even been to this office) as the patient. I have heard from multiple other patients with the same issue. It’s ridiculous. Thank you for stealing hours of my life figuring out how to fix the problems created by your billing lady. I will never return here. I will never recommend this office to anyone. Update: I tried calling them back at the phone number below, but they hardly ever pick up. Once someone did pick up, I told them that I needed to speak with billing, but was told that they weren’t available. They confirmed my contact information and told me that they would have billing contact me the next day. 24 hours later and still no call, I tried calling into the office but, per usual, no answer. All the while I am dealing with a debt collector who doesn’t think that I owe anything based off of the explanation of benefits that was provided. They contacted the office to confirm details (a week ago at this point). They are also unable to get a response from Dr. Arnold’s billing person.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Arnold has been taking care of my teeth for 40 years. I would not go to anyone else but him. He is the best in Columbus, Georgia and surrounding hours. And I'm glad that I am hit one of his patients, John weeks.

Positive experience: Dr. Arnold is amazing, BUT I have been coming to his office 4 years and I have NEVER had anything negative to say. My appointment were Schedule for Today 6/6/2024 at 11:30am The check out girl which is Laura she stated gave me my next appointment and payment. She stated I had to pay $1,623.00 for my Maxilary partial flexible base and Mandibul partial flexible base because my secondary Insurance wasn't going to pay for it. Due to I have had partials in the past since 2017 which now has been over 10 ( Clause ) and they want pay for it, REALLY, I told Laura that doesn't matter I don't have the same insurance as I did 10 years ago that insurance were when I was living in Baltimore, MD working with John's Hopkins Hospital. Laura Said my insurance that I have now with Metlife is not going to pay she stated, they will search and see when we're the last time I had denture and since I had them before and it has been since 2017 they are not going to pay for them. I know better then that I have been in the Medical Field for 35 years Verify Insurance and Preauthorizations. I call my insurance when I got home I ask the insurance agent if she could let my dentist office know what she has told me. The agent told Laura that I were good and there's no ( CLAUSE )and I would only have to pay $816.00 Laura became Aggressive over talking me and Demand me that I was going to pay the $1623.00 it didn't matter what my insurance agent were telling here. She told the agent she will send a Predetermination form so it would be Determine if they will pay or not I ask Laura how long would it take to get a response back. She stated 30 to 90 days, I also ask her will it been back before I see Dr. Arnold 7/31 insurance agent stated yes it only take 24 hours for the office to get it. I feel like Laura didn't check my insurance, because if she did my insurance would have told her the same thing they told me, she were very Unprofessional and over talk me and my insurance agent when we were trying to tell her this isn't true what she were say . She told me i need to pay the $1623.00 before I can be scheduled for my partials appointment 7/31 my 4 years going to Dr. Arnold i never had to make a payment before seeing him never. Only after I have seen them and my work were done, I know this want matter about me complaining how Unprofessional she were. Even the insurance agent stated how Rude she were as well. And for me not to Worry my insurance is good for my appointment. Guess what they are paying for it the only thing I have to pay is 569.80 instead of 1623.00 I told her her that. She needs more training so my Advice check your insurance yourself before seeing your doctor

I was greeted when coming in and the smell was relaxing walking in and place looked amazing. The people there were so kind and trust me I’ m not a person that can be fooled easily. Dr. Caves & the entire staff are the most professional & compassionate people I have ever met in all of health care. The way this office operates from top to bottom should be the standard for all health care offices. I can not express how grateful I am to be able to come here. Fantastic experience: Today was phase 3 (Temporary veneers) of a 4 phase process, for getting veneers/crowns. Doctor Arnold took his time and was meticulous about prepping my teeth for my temps. That said, the lady that did the majority of the work was awesome. She explained the whole process to me, just like she did when she did my lower crowns… Can’t wait for phase 4; the permanent veneers. Thank you!
