Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience for my initial appointment! The hygienist was super communicative and thoughtful throughout. And of course, my teeth were cleaned very thoroughly. Complimentary drinks in the waiting area and everything. :) I recommend!

Negative experience: I contacted Otter Creek Dental because they claim they're willing to help with financial issues. I have a serious toothache that needs two teeth pulled however they did not pull them nor did they provide any antibiotics for the infection. I did not have the cash to pay up front for the services. I paid $144 for the office visit and had nothing done

Fantastic experience: Kid friendly, local dentist team! Lucky to have this place in Hortonville. Everyone we dealt with was super sweet to my 6 year old son. They made everything easy to understand through every step. The staff even put YouTube on the ceiling tv for my son while he had his exam. (yes! The tv was mounted right above the patients chair)

Sara was very thorough during my routine teeth cleaning, making it a very comfortable experience, & Dr. Taylor was very welcoming as well! My kids were nervous at first, but the team and dentist went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything clearly, took their time, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a positive experience. I’m grateful for the care and patience they showed—highly recommend for families! They have the cutest little play area too!

Negative experience: Like them at first. They sent this to Milwaukee to have a checkup on my son and never sent photos and gave us a grief ever since. Never go there

Negative experience: My appointment was scheduled for August 20th I got a text today a that they need to reschedule my appointment because the hygienist will be out. The next appointment I was offered was November 7th I find that unacceptable that my appointment needed to be rescheduled on their end and the best they can do is offer me an appointment 3 months later. Will be going elsewhere, very disappointed I’ve had this appointment scheduled for at least 1 or 2 months I could have been already been seen elsewhere or at least on another providers schedule. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I got to visit with not one but two of these wonderful doctors. Tyler and Dave! Both had impeccable chair side manner and were kind. From what I could tell they did a great job, teeth felt clean and well cared for after cleaning and even though I loathe a filling...it went so smoothly. Happy to have switched to Otter Creek! Naturally I don't remember the team member names from my trips, but they were equally if not more enjoyable than the doctors. Sorry guys.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Otter Creek Dental was very warm and welcoming, including Dr. Dave, assistants Megan and Liz and the friendly people at the front desk. Particularly for my children, two of whom were receiving fillings for the first time, they made the entire procedure stress-free. They made sure my kids were comfortable by taking the time to walk us through the process.

I was offered a bottle of water three different times and was explained what they were doing and why before they started the exam. I will definitely be recommending them to the community!

Positive experience: Very patient staff. I have severe dental anxiety and they took time to answer all questions and concerns. I have been going to the same dentist for 30 years and I have made the decision to switch to otter creek dental. Trying to get Dental records is a joke, they say they send them to a collaborate dentist but said dentist only receives partial. Tried to get records for me and my husband and due to a small balance they REFUSED to release them, my own records! Last 2 teeth cleaners I didn't even lay eyes on a dentist. Come to find out with my husband, he has gone through a year of teeth cleanings and a dentist has not seen him. In my experience, usually the dentist will at least do a quick look at your teeth during routine cleanings. I'm not sure what has happened at this place, we willing enjoyed going to Otter Creek Dental, but now we are moving our family to a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Otter Creek for many years. Appointments are always right on time, you never wait longer than two minutes in the waiting room. All the hygienists are extremely friendly and professional. Dr Branden is wonderful, always takes the time to explain what he is doing and gives you options so that you can make decisions. It is always a great experience.

Positive experience: I wasn't going to say anything but they sent me a text asking to leave a review, so... The dentist informed I have an infected nerve in a tooth, so I called my doctor to set up an appointment to get some antibiotics, doctors office was very confused why the dentist didn't prescribed me antibiotics (ive been sick off and on the last 2 months, essentiallyevery other week), so I'll be heading to my doctors for that I guess. (Just did a quick Google search and typically antibiotics aren't prescribed for that, but doc didn't say as much when I was there). And I know it's just a me thing, but the dental technician had a VERY high pitched voice, and I do NOT like high pitched voices... SO I didnt talk that much but she kept trying to talk to get me to talk. She was friendly, just not my style. If I could remember her name I'd request somebody different next time. Overall the everybody was super friendly and adressed anything I brought up.

Fantastic experience: Every experience here has been so pleasant. A few highlights for me though recently: 1. It took until me switching to this dental office for someone to offer to do a simple filling in between my 2 front teeth to close a gap. No braces, just a perfect, not noticable simple filling. My smile is completely changed! 2. My daughter and I visited today (3/18/25) and their office celebrated St Patrick's Day with little grab bag items for their clients. Everyone is always so friendly, not pushy, and they're upfront about options/instant estimates. I recommend this place to all! Especially those with little kiddos!

Fantastic experience: A great experience and thorough assessments which can locate wear on old crowns and fillings which may need replacement in order to protect your tooth from further cavities. And, a practice that can perform periodontal treatment with referral to other specialists. I would recommend Dr Taylor and her staff to everyone. Her staff contacts your insurance that day so you know your out of pocket cost. No guessing games

Fantastic experience: So thankful to have found a dentistry practice that works for our whole family! My 3 little guys and I had our first appointment at Otter Creek recently (at the same time). My 1 year old was so tired and upset, but the staff was so kind and helpful with all 3 boys. One hygienist even pushed my 1 year old around in a stroller so that I could get my exam/cleaning done stress-free! My two older boys had a great experience too and there were no tears or complaints. Such a great experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, very accommodating, very concerned for your dental situation. I had a terrible toothache, they got me in the next morning and fixed the problem that afternoon. I couldn’t be happier with how they treated me. They really saved me from prolonged pain and the worst thing I experienced was when they froze the area for treatment (slight discomfort and some pressure). This was nothing compared to the pain I had and I felt nothing during the whole procedure. They communicated with me during the whole procedure telling me what they were doing and how long it would take. Best dental experience ever! Thank you all for your care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My son’s appointment went so smoothly and they were so patient with him. They offered the treatment plan. (Needs a filling the reason we switched to otter creek as they offer nitrous) everyone was so kind. I also went in for a new patient and again everyone was so nice. The hygienist was very good at explaining what she was doing and the dentist explained everything for a game plan. The ladies up front were great at scheduling & helping with billing questions.

Fantastic experience: They care. I have a unique problem and was looking for help with my dental problem. Dr. Taylor seemed concerned and said she had several suggestions for me.. She will dig into this and see what else she can come up with. The hygienist Tara was very helpful and gave me ideas as to what to do and answered all of my questions. Two years ago they found and infection I had for quite awhile, but didn't know about it. I had a funny feeling there for quite awhile. This was cleared up and crowned. I have not had any more trouble with that area. The office is very thorough starting at the front desk where you're always greeted with a smile. You won't be disappointed if you visit them.
