Fantastic experience: I was seen as a new patient with a cracked molar that’s severely infected. I had the great pleasure of being treated by Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick and his assistant-who was fabulous. I have multiple health issues including stents in my heart and taking blood thinners. Dr. Kirkpatrick could not have been kinder and generally concerned. I was given the appropriate medications and a referral to an oral surgeon. Once that is completed, I cannot wait to return to Dr. Kirkpatrick’s care. I found him to be extremely intelligent and kind. I very, very highly recommend Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff. They were all just wonderful from the minute I walked into the office.

Fantastic experience: Many people don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but that has not been my experience at Bencaz Family Dentistry. Dr Wilkinson is excellent! He takes time to fully understand your situation and then explains options so you know what path works best for you. He genuinely takes an interest and time to communicate; both of these things make you feel like a top priority and not just a number in a seat. I have to say that the entire office runs smoothly, efficiently, works together as a team, and provides above and beyond excellent care. I’ve seen the same hygienist, Annie, everytime I’ve gone, except for a rescheduled appointment. Annie is amazing and absolutely gentle and caring. Fantastic experience: Today, I had to have a tooth extracted-bummer- but just like the 1 time before, doctor Casey worked his magic. I am sensitive to novocaine, so he used another numbing substance and there was NO PAIN! I have been going to Bencaz since 2017 and Annie is my Hygienist and Casey is my doctor. They do have 2 other doctors that float in and out but I like to stay with the doctor I know and the hygienist I know and they make it work!! I also have their dental insurance which is at a GREAT price! If you are looking for a dentist-you need to try Bencaz-I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: First and foremost I DO NOT LIKE THE DENTIST. -PERIOD- with that being Said I wish I would have had the opportunity to go to bencaz years ago. It has been a total relief and pleasure to deal with everyone in the office. From the ladies at the front desk to the assistant (hailey) taking me to my room and dealing with me to the couple of other assistants I simply passed in the hall to to dentist himself ( Dr. David brown ) I can't say enough as to how friendly and helpful everyone was. I have a few more serious appointments to attend with them an I look forward to going. They have my absolute trust and that is saying a lot. I'm 66 and have bad teeth because of my past dentist experiences. I just want to tell everyone there thank you very much.

Every employee you come in contact with, from the front desk to techs to Dentists are the most polite, happy, accommodating, and kind people you will ever meet!!! You just feel good when you are there, always treated like you are their only patient. Nothing is ever a “problem” with any of them. I was told by another Dental office that I needed some major work(with a major expense). I saw Dr. Brown and his staff and my “major expense” turned out to be less than half of my previous Dentist!!! Fantastic experience: Dr.Brown was able to get me in the sameday for an emergency. I had an infected tooth that I had been bothered with for a couple of days. Dr. Brown made sure that I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything to me as well as all of my options. Will definitely be back for my other dental needs.

I’ve been at this clinic for 15 yrs but just recently changed dentist in the clinic . I’m so thankful I made the change. He’s by far the best dentist I’ve encountered! Dr Wilkinson came highly recommended by my husband who hates shots and is not a fan of pain. He reassured me he never felt a thing when he was getting his injection. The office staff greet you with a smile. The assistants are so friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr is so kind and soft spoken and I have to say pain free with his injections. I no longer have a fear of going to the dds office.

Negative experience: I went in this afternoon for tooth pain and I guess since I was a new patient and work in they didn't have time to do much. They literally did nothing for the pain took xray and felt on my teeth and said I can call a antibiotics I already have one for sinus infection so he recommended schedule a cleaning gave me a prescription for a miracle mouth wash which is 50 dollars so yall charge 50 for yall do nothing what the hell did yall go to school for if you can't help patient

Dr. Wilkinson did prep & a crown for an old filling that finally broke. He was amazingly gentle, efficient & did a Great job❣️ Had my quarterly deep clean with Bren, who’s also great❣️ I’m scheduled to see them again in 3 months. They’ve done a great job of helping me correct & manage my issues caused by medical problems. I can’t say enough good things about them❣️ hygienist, doctors & receptionists ❣️ I came to Bencaz about 2 years ago from another local dentist. I’d been with them 7+years,& was having billing issues. Bencaz was able to correct 2 years of work I needed (that was covered), and has significantly helped me get things back on track. If you get to see Mrs. Laura; you’re lucky, she’s the best❣️ I’ve had 2 dentists here and both have been wonderful, especially considering my high needs when I came to them ❣️ they’ve worked with me on appointments, getting me to two specialists & I definitely recommend them ❣️
