Fantastic experience: Love….Love my new dentist! I have never felt so relaxed. Dr. Marck and Mary Jane walk through their treatment process and what to expect. Service was timely and voted on my favorite pumpkin! This office rocks with personable employees.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Village Dental, and I saw Dr. Marck for a consultation. He was so kind and patient, really taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. My main issue was an uncomfortable bridge done at another office, and he made a few gentle adjustments that made it feel lighter and so much better right away. I really appreciated his caring approach and honest advice. I left feeling relieved, confident, and so glad I found Village Dental! Fantastic experience: started with his practice when I retired in 2015 and wanted someone closer to home. They are extremely professional. Very efficient appointments are always on time. Very kind and really make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice. Dr Mack recently sold the practice and remains active. The new doctor met with me today and she is absolutely charming. She’s been with them for two years. She’s extremely professional and does a great job. Update: 2023 just had my teeth cleaned happy to report same excellent service. I’d add this is such a beautiful facility immaculate inside and out. Doctor M is charming and always takes the time to listen and answer questions. Update: Due to knee surgery just now able to get my cleaning. Same excellent service that I’ve had every time. . MJ Who cleans my teeth really does a good job. Everybody in this practice is extremely kind and understanding. My appointment was 11 today and I thought it was 10:30 I was a bit short with the girl who took me back. Then I looked at my calendar and realized I was wrong. I could not apologize enough because I felt so bad and she had been so patient. New Update: Second knee surgery, May 19, 2024, so once again visit to the dentist delayed. Went today for the cleaning everything came back. What I love about this practice is they contacted me to make sure that I remember to take my amoxicillin before the visit. Once you’ve had knee surgery, you have to be extremely careful of any infection and there as some belief that with Dental work you may end up with infection spread spreading to your knee. This place is so exceptional. They just do everything very well and make you feel like you’re not even going to the dentist office. Everything here is just filled with kindness and excellence.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the entire staff at Dr Marck & Dr malenfant office. I had an emergency situation where I had to see a dentist right away and they very kindly managed to get me in on there very busy schedule I was greeted by exceptionally friendly professional staff and the very kindest gentlest hygienist I have ever had, I have never looked forward to going to a dentist in my entire life (84) now I look forward to my next appointment. Fantastic experience: Riley's great! She's done my cleaning a few times and I'm happy having her do it. The special thing today is that I noticed she uses warm water for rinsing. I have sensitive teeth and the warm water makes such a difference! I hope all hygienists start doing that! Maybe they do-I don't know!

Fantastic experience: So happy to receive great care from Dr. Marck today. While I had my new patient appointment already set for January 2026, his office was kind enough to accommodate an interim appointment prompted by a recent emergency root canal. They will also be able to take over my Invisalign care from my now out of state dentist. Staff was very pleasant, office bright and clean. Village Dental checked all my required boxes!

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience! When our insurance was no longer "on the list", we went elsewhere...then raced to go back. This time my daughter and I saw two of the newer dentists with the practice, and both were no less than what we would expect. The hygienists are also very good, so even if you're not a fan of going to the dentist, give them a try. Excellent all around!

Negative experience: Very friendly and personable people. Younger and inexperienced DMD, Mary Kate Herman, I believe was somewhat incompetent. Had occasional issues with complex post operative care, that I, as a patient had to figure out and suggest as a potential clinical post operative solution, rather than the dentist figuring this out and explaining this to me. Had issues with other dentists when my primary dentist was on maternity leave. I had to repeatedly complain about a fractured tooth several times before the issue was resolved. Friendliness - excellent Overall care - good managerial oversight of dental practice - below average clinical expertise by dentists - average attention to detail - below average

Positive experience: Cleaning was good. Team forgot the invisaliner request and testing results. They provided me with others who can do the procedure now that they have evaluated my test results. Do your homework.
