Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I had a crown fall Friday. (this dentist didn’t originally put in the crown). Dr Aom and Lizette had me taken care of first thing this morning.

Fantastic experience: Finished my next 6 month checkup and cleaning, great job by Brittney and Dr Patel. Friendly, courteous, professional and informative like past visits. Karl Did 6 month cleaning and check today, Taylor was terrific doing the cleaning and X-rays. Dr Patel was very friendly, professional and informative on the check up. Great job by all the staff as I have experienced on every visit. Karl Never happy when it comes to payments but Stephanie makes it an informed process and less painful wallet opening. Karl Once again Brittney was exceptional, always friendly, efficient and professional. Just another reason I drive 30 minutes for my dental care. Karl I had an infected tooth that I knew needed to come out. The first dental office I called said they could get me in to be seen in 2 days. Two hours before that appointment that dentist office called me back and told me they were not in my dental insurance network. The next morning I called Ballard Dentistry in Boyd. I spoke with Stephanie, she was very friendly and asked polite questions to provide assistance. She asked me if I could be there by 10 that morning and they could get me in. On arrival, Stephanie got me checked in and made me feel welcome. Once in the exam room Trisha was thorough in her evaluation X-rays and other preparations. The entire time she was informative, attentive to my pain and funny enough to keep it light. Dr. Cara was a complete professional explaining what needed to be done, ensured I understood and was involved in the process. I’ve found my new dental team even though it is a 20 minute drive. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Britney! She was personable and funny, making me feel at ease. I’ve suffered with fluorosis since I was a kid. I’ve tried many things to combat it over the years with no success (I’ve probably tried every whitener from the 90s to current day, including in-office dentist whitening which actually made it look worse). After today’s visit, most of my fluorosis stains are gone and I actually feel confident smiling for the first time. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Ballard Family Dentistry has been great to our family. The dental hygienist who work with kids are amazing. My kids (ages 7, 4 and 2) are always comfortable to get up in the chair and get their teeth cleaned. They make the process super fun and easy!

I had a bad experience with my previous dentist which led to quite a bit of work that I needed to get done and they Ballard has handled it so well. Although I was skeptical, because my hygienist and dentist were the best, I made an appointment at Ballard Dentistry of Boyd. My first appointment at Ballards was incredible. The office staff was welcoming, like I just walked into a family holiday gathering. The hygienist, Alexis was on time, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. The Dentist checked me and gave her approval. When I was leaving, I asked Alexis if everyone in the office was as good at their job as she, and she said of course!!! Alexis did recommend that I start using an electric toothbrush, and I did!!! Cannot wait until my next appointment to see the results, Alexis!!!

Fantastic experience: I was there 6 months ago for a routine visit and the dentist hygienist did a routine cancer screening in my mouth and she notice something on my temple and said I need to get it checked out. It ended up being a melanoma cancer and I had it removed a week later. Thank you Heather for going the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: Let’s talk about Ballard… How have I lived my 40 years on this earth and only know of their existence for 4 years? It seems like I have waisted the previous time most egregiously. However we will not dwell on time lost but focus on the present. The entire staff has become family. They ALL go above and beyond. Don’t understand your insurance? They will help. Payment plays? They got you. Are you feeling sad and down on your luck? Just walk in and they will give you a self esteem boost with only the best of compliments. (Yes I have done this) Personally I see Britney for all my dental hygiene needs. Never have I ever had more fun inside a dentist’s office. She is a phenomenal human inside and out. Ask her any question and be in awe of her vast amount of knowledge. You’ll be better for it. From the very first call, Ariel at the front desk went above and beyond to fit my 14 year old son, short notice, which I truly appreciated. Kasey, the children assistant, was amazing, with Garrett 14. she was kind and encouraging. Dr Robinson gave him positive feedback, and told him to keep up good work. As we were leaving Racheal the front desk, got us all scheduled for the next six months! But overall, the experience from the whole staff was just so friendly! Fantastic experience: I came here to get new dentures - Jason crafted a new pair and spent several weeks making adjustments until we had gotten everything in good shape. They offer free adjustments for life on them. If you have dentures, you know how important that is. If you don't, you just learned. If you need new teeth, start here.

The whole office staff is amazing here from the dentists to the girls at the desk, but Dani is my favorite hygienist and makes it that much more of a bonus to be a client here!!!

I needed to be seen asap. I called Ballard Family Dentistry & I was seen within a day. The customer service has been superb., along with Dr. Aom, she has been great!

Negative experience: EDITING: After seeing this practice for several years it has completely gone to crap. I started bringing my family here from out of town a few years ago. Their experiences the last 3 times have been less than ideal. After bringing in a new dentist this office has gone from a nice family feel to a disorganized corporate office. Patients no longer matter. Even if you have notes in your chart that you only want to see certain hygienists/dentist the staff completely disregards your request. I will be finding a new office as will my family. Can’t say enough good things about this dental group! I’m not a person that particularly likes going to the dentist, but they made this experience comfortable and personable. Mercedes remembered me from my initial phone call and was so kind and caring. She knew my needs and made me feel like more than just a patient. My dental hygienist Heidi took the time to get to know me and made sure I was comfortable. Kristina was awesome in assisting me with my teeth whitening the same day as my cleaning, which saved me so much time! Dr. Robinson was also very kind and helpful. This group will put all of your worries I ease and make you feel genuinely cared for!

Fantastic experience: I had 2 crowns and 2 fillings down with Dr. Robison, and assistant Brianna. I have had alot anxiety and issues in the past with dental appointments most of my life. But they were great! Quick, informative, and patient with me. Brianna went the mile and her calm personality helped me feel at ease. Dr. Robison did a great job and I knew He was being thorough.

Positive experience: Good dentist but it seems they have changed a policy. After you get teeth cleaned you no long get toothbrush, Toothpaste, floss or in my case denture adhesive. Prices go up but added things you don't get anymore.

Fantastic experience: It has been a year now since I got dentures at Ballard in Boyd. I went in on Monday, 6/2/2025 to have a permanent liner put in the top dentures. There was some discomfort and still kinda sore on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was able to slide in the dentures with no discomfort. Thank you Jason! He was great to work with and very patient with getting the dentures adjusted and trimmed up and they feel so much more natural than before. Everyone here is always friendly and knowledgeable with questions.
