Kidtastic Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics - San Tan Valley

Fantastic experience: First time coming and seeing Dr Butler and his staff and I will give them a 10/10! Super friendly and they were great with my 7 year old, he’s a bit scared of going to the dentist but they handled his little meltdown with so much patience and understanding I will be coming here moving forward! I am beyond impressed this is how you keep patients, the doctor and his assistants are so sweet and friendly with the kiddos just an overall good atmosphere and experience :) Ty!

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my grandkids twice for cleanings. Every single person has been great! The hygienists are great with kids and the dentist is too!! Speaking from experience, I have horrible memories of the dentist as a child. Glad my grands are having a better experience! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The dentist Dr Butler himself is so great with my kids! His assistants are just as great! Update: 9/3/2024 New dentist there and he was good with my daughter who’s 2 almost 3! Update: 9/30/2025 We recently moved to Mesa and we had to switch the kids doctors and dentists. We seen the new dentist 3 times since I have 3 kids and I just did not like how they were. The dentist there seemed super annoyed that my 3 year old was crying a lot. She was super short, no eye contact. Just kept looking at the floor when talking to me and wouldn’t even give any sympathy to my 3 year old. I thought it was just a bad day for her until we went back a week later for my 2 year old and she was the exact same way. I just shook it off. Then when I took my 9 year old back, same thing and as we got in the car my 9 year old said “she was mean, I even told her I liked her nails and she didn’t even smile when saying thank you”. That’s when I said yeah we are going back to Kidstastic in San Tan Valley. I will gladly drive the 35 minutes there for my kids to feel welcome and have a great experience everytime.

Fantastic experience: My daughter chipped her front tooth, and I had to call around to find someone who could see her. Kidtastic had a same day appt and fixed it same day. My daughter really liked tbe dentist and said she would go back to them instead of her previous dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Butler is amazing! My daughter cracked her front tooth and has so much dental anxiety. He calmed her down and explained everything to her and helped her feel comfortable while getting her work done. From the front desk to the stuff in the back and everybody is so kind and helpful!

Such a different experience than when we were kids and forced to have a dental exam- they give the kids time to warm up and don’t push anything. So great because by the time 2 of my kids warmed up (after 2-4 visits) they LOVED the dentist. No hate for the dentist is an amazing thing

Fantastic experience: June 2025: Still happy and still going here. March 2023 Update: Still amazing! The dentist (I'm so bad with names) actually carried my kiddo to the car after the procedure as he was just waking from anesthesia. He was so sweet. Everyone else was amazing as well. I was always well informed and given many opportunities to ask questions. 1st review: I took my son to Kidtastic for the first time today. He is 2 1/2 and not very cooperative. The staff were all nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Kidtastic to anyone looking for a dentist for their children.

The prices are such a good deal that even though I live 20 mins away I’m happy to drive out here.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. My son is terrified of going to the dentist and they all were so great with him. Explained everything to him to make him comfortable and made conversation with him to relax him. Everyone took their time with him and didnt try and rush us when he had questions.

Fantastic experience: Love this dental office, we all feel so comfortable there. The dentist is honest and makes kids feel at ease, even my baby doesn't mind going! I feel like we're finally in a healing place after dealing with crooked dentists when my eldest was young. Couldn't recommend more. They have a super fun waiting area and give kids prizes after every appointment.. not an important factor when trying to find good healthcare, but it's just another way they go above and beyond!

The facility is state of the art and always improved or updated over the many years they’ve been open. All of my children have been patients at Kidtastic! Dental and received personalized service,, even when I brought five in at one time. They have many options for affordable orthodontic services. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I am so blessed to have found this place for my son. My son 9 has always been terrified of going to the Doctor any doctor. He had an appointment where he had to get put under general anesthesia and I was terrified that he wouldn't even let them near him, but the staff, assistants and doctors were Soo good with him that he went back with them without a fight and it was amazing!!! We 100% recommend this practice so friendly and kind. Everyone took the time to explain everything to us. I can't express how thankful and blessed for everyone in the office. You guys are the best!!

The dentist and two dental assistants were welcoming and fun and the kids felt totally at ease. Great experience and this will absolutely be the place we take the kids as long as we live here. Fantastic experience: They got my son in on the same day as a first time patient, and then treated us so kindly and in in such a timely manner. They were able to fill my sons cavity and relieve his tooth sensitivity on that same first visit. The dentist was so thorough and open to any questions I had. I plan to bring all my children there for any future dental needs! 2 years later took my son in again, last minute and they were just as wonderful as the first time! The staff is so helpful, efficient and kind. And the dentist was so reassuring and checked out all my son’s teeth. He didn't try to push anything on me and let me know that as long as my son is not in pain, we didn't need to do anything further for now! It’s such a refreshing change from my experiences with other dentists (not at kidtastic) who were doomsday from the start and wanted to perform every procedure possible on my son ($$$).

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing all 3 of my kids here since my first child was born 14 years ago. Dr. Butler and the entire staff are truly the best around. I’ve since moved to Eloy and still come here for the kids dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My daughter hit her face, chipping her adult tooth and making another adult tooth wiggly. They got us in within the hour and even stayed late to get her tooth fixed! It looks amazing. All of our kids go here.

Fantastic experience: Every appointment has been fantastic for the last 8 years. Over Christmas break My 9 year old broke his front tooth for the 3rd time. Kidtastic returned my call first thing this morning and got him in for emergency visit to fix it. Doctor Todd is the best and always been amazing with all 3 of my kids .

Fantastic experience: My daughter is 6 and gets all excited about going to the dentist… it’s usually difficult to get her out of bed in the morning, but the day of her dental appointment she jumps out of bed and gets ready on her own. Go figure! I have to add though that everyone is super nice and caring.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has ADHD, when she first came to Kidtastic, she was absolutely terrified of the dentist. The staff took very good care of her. To this day we go to them. I would totally recommend Kidtastic to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: My daughter who is 4 yrs old had a loose tooth and needed a cleaning and was really scared to go to the dentist. I myself was a little nervous that they would be a tad bit rough. But the dental assistant was amazing I wish I would have gotten her name but she really knew how to relax my daughter’s nerves and make her feel comfortable. The dentist was great as well he pulled her tooth without my daughter even knowing he pulled it! This dental office really knows how to make children feel comfortable. Even the lady at the front desk was really sweet. Thank you to everyone that made my daughter’s experience special. As a mother I appreciate you!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Kidtastic for years and always have had a pleasant experience. We had more invasive procedure that required anesthesia recently and the team was wonderful. Kind and compassionate, everyone took the time to answer my questions and explain everything so I was comfortable and my son was also. I continue to recommend Dr. Butler and the staff!

Positive experience: While waiting for my one kid to get out of the bathroom they just started doing x rays on my 3 year old without permission. They also didn’t ask to put fluoride on my kids they just did it. Normally I love it here but today not so good. The dental hygienist also wasn’t very kind

All staff were great, from the front office scheduling and checking us in to the back office taking us back on time. Office was clean and very beautiful- newly renovated. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about them! They are incredible! My girls are pretty anxious about dentists and the hygienist today told my 3 year old a story about fairies and mermaids while she cleaned her teeth, and it calmed all her fears. Also as a mom with 4 kids taking my kids to the dentist all together feels a bit intimidating, but they accommodate it so well and are quick efficient and so friendly. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Great place to take your kids for dental care. The staff is nice and will try their best to meet your needs the assistant explained the care so my granddaughter could understand. The dentist is a real kid friendly person. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars ⭐️ is its hard to get appointments quickly-2 months for a cavity is quite a long time to wait to have treated. Hopefully we get a cancellation we can fill before then!

Fantastic experience: They’re always so friendly / nice & quick. Ready to answer questions / concerns. My oldest had to get a cavity done & she’s a big girl , couldn’t carry her myself to the car (she was all drugged up) & the dentist helped carry her to the car.

Fantastic experience: By far, the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office not just for myself But for my child to. I have extreme anxiety with taking my child to the dentist because the prior dentist made me feel like a very small human being when it came to the care of my child, and this office has gone above and beyond to make it me feel okay and comfortable with bringing my child here! I don’t think I will ever leave this office if I don’t have to. I am forever grateful for my guardian angel at the front desk. That’s taking the time to listen and understand and work with me.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience. I've been going here for years. My 13-year-old had a couple of baby teeth that he just would not let go of for over a year. It was time. They were very patient with my son and talked him through letting go of the teeth at long last. They were able to remove them without the laughing gas I thought that we would have to resort to. It was the best cleaning my son has ever had. His teeth shined. I am so relieved his mouth is free of those dangling baby teeth that he had been scared of letting go of. A wonderful experience today, thank you!
