Everyone is so friendly and the staff are fantastic. My husband does not like dentists, but coming here he is very comfortable. I would recommend Clark Dental!!!

I was there for cleaning & exam plus evaluation of sensitivity of a molar.The office itself is very attractive, clean and professional in appearance. My waiting time was minimal. Mackenzie was impressive in cleaning & evaluating my teeth, very friendly & professional too. I was surprised & disappointed not to have Dr. Clark speak with me or evaluate my teeth as that was my expectation. Instead, a very young female dentist did that.She was fine but the reason I chose this practice was for Dr Clark.

Fantastic experience: Mackenzie is a wonderful hygienist. She is always very gentle and does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. It's a great office, however I didn't like being scolded by the receptionist for bypassing her area. I was running late, due to an accident on the freeway, and I was just in time for my appointment. I apologized to the receptionist. It was unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: Dr Clark is amazing. I wish I had found him earlier. I was told by another dentist to extract my tooth due to an infection, but Dr Clark saved my tooth. It turns out there was no infection but the tooth needed other treatments. Dr Clark is the most caring, kind and competent Dr I have seen. Thank you for being so great!!

Fantastic experience: April 2025 - Dr. Clark is awesome. Approaches the task at hand with skill and confidence. Removing a tooth is never simple or easy. At least not in my experience. This visit was a difficult one for me. I’m glad Dr. Clark and Josh were performing the surgery. Everything went well and I am without pain in under 24 hours. Great pre- and post- op discussion. Next steps and a follow up was scheduled before I left the chair. Now onto an implant in a few months. 5 Stars all the way. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: It's February 2025, I am still a patient here 2 yrs later, and my visits have only gotten better. This place is a well-oiled machine! I had two cleanings and a crown installed on a live tooth. The cleanings were great - fast and thorough, TV on the ceiling, and I got an electric tooth brush bit at the end instead of the good ol’ manual toothbrush I don’t need. Getting a crown on a live tooth is not something I recommend to anyone, so brush your teeth and floss, folks. That said, if you have to do it, Clark Dental did a great job. I struggled with the temp and they saw me back to fix it up, then I was back for the permanent placement, and back one more time for an adjustment. So if I’m not mistaken, my crown took 4 visits, and everyone was super professional, great at their job, and friendly. The rates are very competitive and out of pocket costs are reasonable at this office. Very happy with my choice of dental office.

Negative experience: My dentist office stopped working with my current dental insurance company and while I was making a delivery to this office I thought to check them out and if they were working with the said insurance company I might have them as my new dentist office. I do deliver for Amazon whenever I have time to do so outside my main job, and the way I was treated by the front desk worker, Katy, was an indication of all I needed to know about this office. Katy got so annoyed and defensive when I asked her to sign after receiving the package. She began questioning me, why she needed to sign, and when I told her it was required, she carelessly drew a line on the app instead of signing. The Amazon app is designed to recognize signatures, and when I couldn’t complete the delivery on the app, I asked her again to sign properly, explaining why she needed to, she scoffed and drew another line the exact same. At that point, I just decided to walk out. Katy, a person’s appearance doesn’t decide that they are beneath you. Katy, you need to wipe that fake smile off your face and show who you truly are. Katy, by the way, you will never in your life acquire half the skills I have physically and intellectually. So please next time don’t treat people just based off of what jobs they do or the way they look.

Negative experience: The worst front desk and billing. They changed insurances without an official notice, rendered services saying it was approved by insurance (it wasnt) proceeded to bill with change of date of procedure with new out of network insurance and sent this bill 14 months after procedure. Stay far away from this place.

Dr Clark is so great he knows his profession well He is also very patient,easy to talk to ,honest and compassionate. Fantastic experience: I've been with Dr Valencia for 12 yrs, and now that she's at Clark dental , I followed her there. She's the sweetest, best , knowledgeable dentist I've ever been to in my 59yrs on this planet !!! This was my first visit at Clark, and I was very impressed by Makenzie as well. She was the hygienist assigned to clean my teeth. All in all, it was a great atmosphere and experience!! So happy that I chose to follow Dr Valencia Still going strong after 61 yrs of age, and actually don't mind going to the dentist. This is a great dental practice in my opinion!

Fantastic experience: Great dental office! Everyone there is SUPER nice, and the dentists are ALL really good. We started going to Clark Dental a little over six years on recommendation from a friend and haven’t considered going anywhere else. Most services are performed in office, as opposed to being referred out. We haven’t experienced any issues with the care we have received. I appreciate their honesty as well. I had a tooth removed prior to seeing Dr. Clark. It’s the last tooth in the back on the top and when I asked about having it replaced, he asked if it was bothering me, I said no and he said then don’t worry about it. It would have been a really expensive.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life. I was told I had a small cavity that would be easy and quick to take care of. After the procedure I was told it was actually a fairly large cavity and I may now need a root canal. It’s been about a week and my tooth pain is terrible. I had no pain or discomfort before getting this cavity filled but now I can’t eat or drink anything without severe pain. To go back to this dentist would require me paying for an Emergency Dental visit to be seen, but that doesn’t seem fair. I’m never going back to this dentist again. The reception and staff are great. My cleaning are great here. But the dentist did not explain the severity of my situation and I was not prepared for such drastic pain after getting what I thought was a small cavity filled. If the cavity was so large, then we should have planned for it with a different procedure or a least communicate what the outcomes would be. I was completely blindsided and now I have to find another dentist to help me fix this tooth. I don’t know how a dentist could just let something like this happen. It’s unethical and just show incompetence.

I first visited with minor gum inflammation, and Dr. Clark did an excellent job explaining the issue and providing treatment, all while making me feel completely at ease. I've been a happy patient ever since. Robin, the hygienist, is exceptionally kind, warm, efficient, and professional. Dr. Lucey and Robin consistently go above and beyond, offering thorough explanations, valuable recommendations, and taking the time to answer all my questions. Fantastic experience: Obviously, no one really likes going to the dentist. However yesterday I went in for a cleaning. I was paired with RDA Gina who was AMAZING! I was nervous but she calmed my nerves walking me through the process and everything she was going to do. I told her I would come back in 6 months for a cleaning, but I wanted her only. The office staff is amazing as well! All three of the receptionists/billing associates are terrific.

Fantastic experience: My fifth visit to Clark Dental, and again, it was 100% positive! Robin, my fantastic hygenist was very gentle and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. After 2 years of following Robin’s cleaning advice, my teeth are sensitive-free. Yay! My gums are stable and my teeth are ALMOST plaque-free thanks to the water-pik suggested by Robin. The hygienists are awesome: quick, thorough, informative, everything I want in a hygienist! The dentists are great too. I had a filling here a year ago, and it cracked (life happens). I came in to have it repaired and Clark Dental acknowledged that they’d done the work and volunteered to repair it free of charge. I appreciated their honesty and customer service. Highly recommend.
