Positive experience: I was recommended to Dr Cheng by our dentist for braces for my child. With all due respect, while the end goal was accomplished, the empathy and compassion from the staff was not there, in my opinion. I felt like we were on an assembly line and when my son complained of pain or discomfort there was no real concern from the staff and they would continue doing what they were doing. If the time comes for my other two children, I will go elsewhere.

From the very beginning, they took the time to clearly explain the braces process and made sure all of our questions were answered. Everyone was kind, patient, and made my daughter feel comfortable during what could have been a nerve-wracking appointment. We were especially impressed that they followed up with a phone call later that same day to check on how she was feeling. So far, we’re very pleased and feel confident we made the right choice in choosing Dr. Cheng for her orthodontic care.

From a crying nervous child to being two hours early or 15 minutes late depending on what day I thought it was lol all of their staff have been very understanding, kind and patient. All three assistants my son has seen this far have been great! This last visit Kayla was awesome, and got the job done! Thank you Dr.Cheng & your wonderful staff!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Cheng by my dentist, I was scared at first going through this new experience for me but I had nothing to be scared of, this are really sweet and considerate people, Dr. Cheng was warm and also he explained everything so I could understand how was the process and how long was gonna take, each visit was comforting, even the assistants were so sweet, Kayla was amazing she made me feel like at home every time, I felt lucky every appointment she was my assistant.

Kids earn Cheng bucks and can use them towards prizes. They also get a shirt and a bag which kids think is amazing!! Handicap accessible, easy parking, clean atmosphere are also perks . Free consults. Special shout out to Cristina, the dental assistant who helped get my kiddos braces on, she was so calm and understanding - She was great!

Fantastic experience: Our daughter needed braces and we were referred to Dr. Cheng from our dentist, and we couldn't be happier - the facility is clean and ultra modern, Dr. Cheng is attentive and friendly and great with kids, and the assistants are top notch! Kayla is so good with our daughter that we hope to get her every time we come in. The Cheng Bucks are a fun incentive for the kids as well - when you walk in and see all the options available if you keep good habits and do well in all your appointments, how could you not want to be a good partner in your own care? It has been a real motivator in our house! Everyone is gentle and sensitive to the fears and needs of children, and getting in for a recheck or an adjustment couldn't be easier - the staff at the front desk are awesome!! The financial side of things is very reasonable and they make every effort to make your child's braces as affordable as possible. 100/10 all across the board!

Fantastic experience: Originally was referred to Dr. Cheng for my daughter due to possible crowding issues with her incoming teeth. The staff has always been so kind and the facility nice and clean. My daughter loved that they have a little arcade area to play in while she waits and that she is able to redeem cheng bucks for prizes. It overall made her experience with having braces pleasant. Would recommend their facility to friends and family, as they were always very kind and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I have had both my daughters see Dr. Cheng for ortho care and am beyond amazed at their results thus far. Dr. Cheng truly enjoys creating great smiles and making people feel more confident and it shows. He does more than I’ve seen other orthodontists attempt to do. I was even able to reach him directly when my daughter ended up in the emergency room on a weekend after damage to her mouth and braces in a bike accident. Not to mention what a relief it is to deal with his great staff, especially when you really need help or answers to a question.

Fantastic experience: We are so happy with our experience at Cheng Orthodontist, Chloe and Emerson both have always had AMAZING people helping them to achieve that beautiful smile. Gigi has always went above and beyond for my son who struggles with multiple health issues which make it very difficult for him each appointment but when he sees GiGi he gets excited because he knows she will take extra good care of him. The Cheng Staff has always been incredible and treats everyone with kindness, makes the braces experience run smooth from day 1.

Fantastic experience: Both my children went to Dr Cheng. Due to medical reasons my son had to have his braces removed early. They were very accommodating. They were able to make time to remove his braces when we were ready. My daughter just finished her 1st phase and she loves her new smile. See her beautiful smile. My son is restarting his 1st phase now and looking forward to his new smile.

Fantastic experience: This is our 2nd child who has gone to Cheng. We love their staff, the military-like office precision, the friendliness, and the great work and care they give to their patients. Positive experience: Dr Cheng is good. but front desk “manager” Tia or whoever is so rude. Not sure how she even has a job dealing with customers. Even heard her calling someone crazy over the phone to someone else. She also made me cry my first day because the front desk did not communicate correctly my clear front brackets. Which every time I had communication with them over payment and total, I always said and confirmed clear brackets were included. She could have easily fixed the situation instead she was so rude to me after I had just had my lower and upper retainers grinded out of my teeth and I was sweating in pain from sensitive teeth.I had to go up and talk to the front and explain there was a miscommunication and she claims “no record” ,dry and coldly over and over basically, offering no help til I was crying and told me to calm down in a condescending tone, like I was a mental patient .Front of the line being rude to patients after you drop almost 10,000 cash in full payment not good business.

Fantastic experience: My son Braydon went on October 24, 2024 to get his braces placed and it was such a GREAT experience and my son did well. Cristina was so calm, patient , and kind with my son during his appointment that he was so calm that he went to sleep during the placing of his braces between Cristina and Dr. Chang we had a great experience with getting his braces on. Everyone in the office has been kind since the first day we came to the office from the front staff to the Dr, so I am really happy that I was recommended to come to this office.
