Negative experience: I have been a patient here for years. I have always liked them. Today I go in for a checkup and I am left sitting in waiting room after my appointment and then am told that I will owe over $100 for my regular scheduled checkup. Their excuse for not telling this to me before was we didn't know. Really. The receptionist did mot really seem like she cared about how much of an inconvenience they caused as she just folded up the treatment plan and got ready to throw it away. I am so disappointed in their customer service and uncaring attitude for their patients today. Had they told me I could have made other arrangements.

Fantastic experience: All the hygienists are super kind and helpful. I have never felt judged or talked down to by any of the hygienists or dentists. All very knowledgeable, and they answer questions thoughtfully and carefully.

Negative experience: The worse dentist office EVER! It took 2 years to get the correct dentures. The Dr., never came back to see me, she would send in the dental assistants to fo her negative service for her, every time I would come for a visit. I paid $4000 and $1800 to get them pulled. I had to have the dental lab come into the office 2x to actually get my dentures correct. I went back into the office to tell them there was a crack, and they had the nerves to tell me, it would cost me $250 to send to the dental lab to fix the cracked line in my denture. But, when I received my dentures the Dr., told me that they were guaranteed forever. I left 2 messages for the manager and still no call as of today! DONT EVER EVER GO THERE! They are not true to their customers and I will never ever return or recommend them to anyone! The ABSOLUTE WORSE DENTIST OFFICE EVER!

Negative experience: The people are great, but theyhave some strange "rules" I have never had done at any other dentist office in my life. Because of these "rules" it caused them to not be able to treat me and will never be able to treat me. Bummer cause I liked the staff.

Negative experience: 10/10 do not recommend. Nikki will call and harass you over a payment before it’s even due. Very unprofessional laughing at patients on the phone. Better off somewhere else!

Negative experience: I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to a profoundly negative experience I had. One staff member was loud and unpleasant during my initial visit. They rudely rejected my insurance, as if they held personal disdain for it.

Fantastic experience: Willow Knolls Family Dental did urgent work for me and my daughter while our regular office was temporarily closed. They did a great job! In addition, I had major issues with my insurance company and my billing afterwards. The girls in the office were very nice, understanding and helpful throughout the process. I’m incredibly grateful!

Negative experience: My dentist was wonderful, the office staff that processes the insurance apparently is not. Received a phone call the morning of my last procedure scheduled, that my insurance no longer works there. Apparently it no longer worked there over a month ago and they just decided to call me this morning to tell me that I would need to pay for all of it. No thank you, I was told I had zero cost for the next one. Now magically they don't cover me anymore.... Luckily I remembered that for some reason I had a credit there, because what it cost and what the insurance runs never seems to add up to what they tell you. Had to call back to get a check in for 4 to 6 weeks for everything they overcharge me for. At least I'll get 500 bucks in a month or so? Incredibly disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Willow Knolls Family Dental made a world of difference for me. They genuinely helped me conquer my dental anxieties, and every member of the staff was so Supportive. Dr. Bordatto deserves immense praise for his skillful work and the genuine patience he shows. I wholeheartedly recommend Willow Knolls to anyone in search of a fantastic new dentist!

Fantastic experience: The staff is excellent. Everyone I talked to.. front desk, office manager, hygienist, Dr. K. But, specifically my dental hygienist Kyle. Kyle went above and beyond listening, making sure I was comfortable, and being open about each step when I wasn't sure if insurance was covering everything. He even scheduled my next cleaning during his lunch break to accommodate my schedule. I will keep coming to him as long as he is around!

Fantastic experience: as someone who had a bad experience from a dental office as a kid, i was hesitant about moving forward with my treatment plan regarding needles due to my anxiety. however, trish/trisha the hygienist was very kind to me during my recent appointment. she spoke in a calm manner in which allowed a significant reduction in my nerves, so thank you for that! dr funmi & her assistant were awesome at helping me try to remain calm during my procedure as well. i have finally conquered one of my greatest fears, and wouldn’t have been able to do it without their humor, kindness, and compassion, so thank you very much everyone!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Phenomenal. Had to get a root canal and a crown. They were so kind and courteous. There was NO PAIN. Literally best dental work ever. Thank you Dr. Funmi and team! Would definitely Recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I e ever had with the dentist. I’ve been many places over the years. I had A LOT of work done in one appointment. The first time I’ve NEVER experienced ANY pain at all. My Dr (forgot the name) filled 7 cavities in one appt (my choice) along with those fillings..all the filled teeth needed a cosmetic makeover. He was a perfectionist and thank God he was. What a blessing to have such horrible teeth look brand new because of him. He made sure I was comfortable thru the whole 2 hr process and asked frequently if I needed a break. I’ve finally found my future dentist forever! The entire office staff including dental techs and receptionists were the friendliest I e ever dealt with. Highly highly recommend.

Negative experience: Care was okay here, disappointed in the eagerness to get patients to spend more $. Was told I needed something on my tooth ‘to stop a cavity from developing’ knowing that it was not covered by insurance. I also know multiple other patients that have gone here and were given extensive treatment plans that were outrageously priced even with insurance. Those same people went to another office and had the work done in 1 visit at half the cost after insurance. So I set up an appointment with a new office and needed my records sent there. I called the office to have that done and was told that I had to sign a form to release the records and email it to them, then they would send the records to the new office. A month goes by and I hear nothing about whether or not the records were sent. I get a call on the day of my new patient appt from the new office, they say they have not received my records for Willow knolls after leaving 3 voicemails. I also called willow knolls dental 3 times and got the voicemail each time. Never received a call back and this is on the day of my new patient appointment with another office. I had to physically drive to the office to tell them I need my records now. Found out that the email that Willow knolls gave me for the release of records was incorrect, but they still could not explain why my new dental office had to call 3 times, I had to call multiple times, and no one ever returned my call. Very frustrating and inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at my six month dental cleaning yesterday with Kyle. My appointment was scheduled at 4 pm originally, and the office called me to ask if I could come in at 3 pm, which worked out really well. I got to the office about 20 min prior and Kyle got me in quickly. He was super kind, personable, and has a great sense of humor. He scanned my teeth and explained the images to me thoroughly. He cleaned my teeth quickly and efficiently with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend this practice and plan to continue my dental care here!

Negative experience: If I could choose Zero stars, I would! My experience with this dental office was well over a year ago but it has taken me this long to be able to share my story! I should have seen the red flags when they started to tell me how bad my teeth were and that I needed all these additional things, some covered by insurance, some not… they did they same with my kids. Now, I’d relocated a lot for my career so I’ve seen a variety of dentist, all had very positive things to say about my teeth with no concerns. I thought, how could my teeth go from great to bad in just 6 months? Well, they didn’t. There were several other red flags that popped up along my year of being with this particular dental practice but I’ll limit it to one specific scenario. See, I thought I had something stuck in my teeth so I used my husband’s water pick, which in hindsight, I should have not used. He had been deployed for several months at this point and hadn’t used the water pick since leaving , hello bacteria! So, my gums got infected… like all of them! I go in to get it checked out only to leave with the diagnosis that the pressure could be from traveling on an air plane (which I haven’t) or that my sinuses were causing the pain. I have heard that sinus pressure could cause tooth ache… my ache was in my gums not my teeth. I told them I have never in my life had sinus issues. They still insisted that I go to urgent care to get my sinuses checked. So I did. Urgent care took One look at my sinuses and it was clearer than clear…. A look at my gums… well 100% gingivitis. They didn’t need to do any tests to see that the gums were infected. How can an urgent care diagnosis and treat me when a dental office couldn’t even diagnose a case of infected gums! I’ll leave it up to you to decide how competent this practice is.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience here! My Dental Hygienist, Amanda was outstanding. Not only was she kind, gentle and patient, but also extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Willow Knolls Family Dental. I went in expecting a standard cleaning, but instead, I ended up spending over two hours on exams and X-rays only to be told I needed to pay over $1,000 for a deep cleaning before they'd even consider doing a routine cleaning. It was incredibly frustrating to leave without the service I expected, especially after all that time and effort. If you’re looking for a straightforward dental cleaning, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I’m already planning to get a second opinion!

Positive experience: I hate the dentist and was really self conscious about going. I ended up here because they were the only office I could get into on short notice. I had severe pain and needed a wisdom tooth pulled. I dreaded this appointment so much. From the very start, the girls at the front desk were so nice and friendly and HELPFUL! I didn’t have my insurance card and they were able to find my info anyway, I overheard them talking to one another and all I heard was them encouraging a new staff member which was super sweet. The dentist was very nice and understanding and even took into consideration my epilepsy. Although they couldn’t pull my wisdom tooth there, they dentist herself called in a referral to get me into an oral surgeon within 2 days. I can’t say enough about the receptionist I dealt with at check out. She was so helpful with tips and being transparent about my insurance options. There was some confusion about the referral and obviously I was disappointed to have to make another appointment but otherwise this experience was way better than I anticipated. I definitely recommend them to anyone who fears the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Willow Knolls Family Dental! Just moved to the area and went on a whim in hopes of establishing a good dentistry office. This place has done just that, being a new patient I had nothing but good things to say. As a healthcare worker myself, I value patient connection deeply. Kyle Hayse, my dental hygienist did just that. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, displayed great people skills and I could tell really advocates for his patients. 5/5 stars and will be continuing care here.

Negative experience: This practice doesn’t answer their own phone. I called to see if they accepted Medicare and they said they did. Upon arrival I was told I would have to pay $350 because they didn’t accept my plan and that the call center doesn’t know the difference. Come on. That just wastes everyone’s time. Don’t recommend. Office staff is not helpful or nice.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever in a dental. And I was little conscious. But all my worries were answered with so much kindness. They are super excited about their job and they are so patience with kids too!!! Overall a worthy experience!

Negative experience: I was unable to get cleanings for myself and family due to repeated in-office scheduling issues. I had multiple appointments get rescheduled or cancelled last minute. If you want to go to the appointment you scheduled months ago, schedule with another office.

Fantastic experience: This is probably the coolest dental office I have ever visited. The atmosphere is so laid back and fun and clean. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or rushed at all through my entire appointment. I had Kyle as my hygienist and I have to say the amount of information and confidence I had leaving my appointment is the way everyone should feel after a good cleaning. Kyle was able to provide me with SOOOO much information that I was able to make good informed decisions on what I wanted going forward. I walked in self-conscious and left with the biggest smile on my face. I’m already looking forward to my next cleaning !

Negative experience: X-rays and exam were very painful, hygienist was not gentle at all, was told I needed a deep cleaning and had 5 cavities. They didn't even clean my teeth that day! Turns out I didn't have any cavities. Will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Shedualed for routine cleaning and exam. I was called in at sceuled time. Found a cavity and need for crown. I was provided an estimate upfront and asked if I would like the procedure that day or to schedule for a later date. I chose to do it then. Cleaning, exam, filling, crown, consultation and payment all completed in about two hours. The crown ( temporary) fits great and no pain or discomfort. I had interactions with 5 team members and all were friendly and professional.

Negative experience: I thought this dental office was great, but I was quickly proven otherwise. I was told that I would owe over $200 out of pocket because my dental and medical insurance did not cover the bone grafting I had done. I took it upon myself to contact my medical insurance to look into this further. They had no prior claims from this office on file, ever. They said they typically do cover this as it was deemed a medical necessity. This whole situation started back in June of last year and this office has continued to give me the runaround. PLEASE look into any claims that this office states your insurance won’t cover to make sure they actually submitted it! I typically do not blast businesses online but after a week of no return phone call from them I feel everyone should know what this practice is doing to their patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a good experience with this office. Upon my first visit, they couldn’t verify my insurance (insurance company’s phones were down) but were able to get me an appointment the very next morning. I got there and had great service from the front desk to me leaving out. Got all the testing done, my questions were answered and I left knowing what will happen at my next appointment. So far, glad I went with them!

Negative experience: Very dissatisfied in person who took my phone call. I called letting them know that I would be arriving a little later than my scheduled appointment and gave them a time. The person wrote down a wrong time and when I got there they said I couldn’t do my appointment because they wrote down the time incorrectly. Wasted my time by driving here when I could’ve just rescheduled if they would’ve let me know over the phone. Unfortunately last time I’ll be coming here after 4+ years of being my main dentist I go to.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very professional and friendly, which is not always my experience with other offices. Right up front you know what your charges will be. I actually felt that they cared about me and my dental care. I would recommend this office to everyone. Plus you get free chapstick and hand sanitizer.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best dental office I’ve ever been to! I was so afraid and the staff was so kind and gentle with me. The dentist asked me what I wanted and seemed to care about what was important to me. The front desk staff was efficient and clear when explaining anticipated charges/fees. I will continue to use them for myself and my family’s dental needs.

Negative experience: I made a visit for the first time. Just for a simple 6 month cleaning. Apparently, they don't offer that service. My only option was $4700.00 + of dental work. My teeth aren't that bad, trust me on that. Seems a shame that one can not get a simple 6 month cleaning anymore.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I have been to in my entire life. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious the office was well taken care of. Then the receptionist went through many efforts to locate my insurance information, and did it with a positive attitude. My hygienist was unbelievably kind. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible, offered me a stress ball, and even offered 20+ selections of polish flavors (yes, adults get flavor choices here too)! The doctor was also very friendly and took the time to talk to me, not just a quick-check-and-leave. The free toothbrushes and toothpaste they give at the end are high quality too! Oral-B toothbrush, Crest toothpaste, floss, and even lip balm. Overall amazing experience. Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: Tricia is an amazing Hygienist! I was so nervous and she took amazing care of me. She made sure I understood what was taking place during my visit and what was needed at home. And also, I am not sure of the name of the guy that works the front desk, but he deserves a raise. He is so personable and make you feel more relaxed before even starting your procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dear Diary, My previous entries have been full of tension and despair with regard to previous dental experiences. I know, I know. All dentist's SHOULD be alike...or at least similar. But the differences in dentists in the area is indisputable. Difficulties making appointments. Or simply keeping the set appointments due to mass walk outs of hygienists. Wondering if the mass walk outs indicate a terrible environment and making me wonder if I SHOULD even be here??? It's been a struggle to just get in the door. Yet here we are today, pen in hand about to tout the achievements in dentistry at Willow Knolls Family Dental. Dental fear grips me as soon as I pick up the phone to make that dreaded appointment. I would rather be the clothing tester for flame retardant PJ's at a flame thrower factory than to sit in a dental chair, but tooth pain and my love of eating requires action. The appointment availability is far too soon according to my fear scale, but deep down I am pleasantly surprised at the very short wait to be seen. As I walk in the door I am greeted by a lovely gentleman (Jaramiah) and the office assistant (dang, I can't remember her name...blonde...lovely...great smile.) Can they see the sweat beads forming on my forehead? Do they realize that I am so nervous that my butt cheeks are clenched to the point that you couldn't fit a piece of dental floss between them. Hmmm...they smile, help me fill out my paperwork and appear calm and relaxed. (I can do this!) I am taken back and paired with a friendly and informative Dental Assistant. She has GORGEOUS teeth! And she is so very knowledgeable about the options I may have to consider based on the xray results and any other testing that the dentist herself does. (These "OPTIONS" are what strike fear in my soul...and my wallet!) The dentist (Dr. Funmi) herself comes in and reviews the xrays and we begin discussing our options for care. She is so incredibly kind and makes sure I understand the pros and cons of each option. We land on a new crown...Yes, of course we do. This queen is getting a crown...not exactly the crown I want. Nor does this one come with a wealthy prince. But devouring my favorite foods once again without pain is close enough. My expectation is that we will be drilling for quite a while as is what happened with other dentists. Not here. She was in and out in a flash. And when I say FLASH, I truly mean it! Lightning fast work!!! And precise as seen on the 3-D viewer!!! Before I knew it there was a temporary crown in place with a follow up appointment scheduled for the final/permanent crown to follow. And the even better news, the front office had originally provided me with an estimate for my care. DANG! It's costly, but what can you do? They went above and beyond to double check my coverage and found out that it would be less than originally thought. Yes, I realize that this is not always the case, but to have them take that extra step to make sure was GREATLY appreciated! Needless to say, I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning for the following week and I think I have finally found my dental home here. No more fear, no more worry. Just good, affordable dental care!

Negative experience: If I could give it a ZERO I would. this company is totally DECEPTIVE in trying to get more patients!! I'm out of work since losing my job of 15 years back in January 13th. of this year and with numerous gum infections treated with antibiotics 3 separate times and I've lost over half of my teeth and had led to severe depression and isolating in my home and not going out anymore and completely stopped dating and think no one will ever want me now and everyone now has trouble understanding me with my speech problems and severe lisp from lack of teeth which bring back bad school memories of childhood speech problems and the kids always laughing at me including my 4th. grade teacher. I don't even care anymore! But then just a few minutes ago I got to thinking about maybe they're some places maybe they provide free dental work and this place came back on the Google results and for a second I actually opened my eyes up wide and gave a sigh of possible relief. I clicked on their page and page came up that said "Ooops can't view that page right now but to make an appointment please dial this number (it was their local number here in Peoria Illinois) or just hit the link here to schedule one online. They don't obviously provide any free dental work of any kind but advertised it only so they can get people to hit their scheduling links. Huge disappoint for me cause I'm tired of living like this. Don't even know why I wasted my time to write all this know+ing everyone probably just st( and laughing about it. And even somehow I do win the lottery or something and won a bunch of money I wouldn't come and spend it here! Peace love and God bless to all and mean people STOP being mean!

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I had some tooth pain the past few days, and while nothing crazy, it hurt. Thought it would pass with some ibuprofen. Woke up yesterday to the entire half of my face swollen up like a balloon. I searched around and saw the amazing reviews for willow knolls, and saw that they had an after hours emergency hotline. I had an appointment made for 11:00 the next day. Walked in, the receptionist saw my face and said wow we need to get you in soon. The ladies were very professional, quick to act and they were knowledgeable about everything. After being there a few minutes we all opened up and started joking around. They really made me feel comfortable. I have been searching for a new dentist for a couple of years now, and I believe I found a permanent one to go to. Great people.

Negative experience: Scam Dentistry Went for routine cleaning and was given a lengthy list for recommended procedures not covered by insurance. Recently went back to primary dentist and no problems were found with a full bill of health.

Negative experience: Broke my tooth. Recommend a root canal both of which their referrals were out over a month which is not their fault but no one has returned my phone call after 2 days and multiple calls. I will not be coming back here for my crown.

Fantastic experience: Great place for all your dental needs. Dr. Funmi is fun to be with, I mean, it's in her name. She is gentle as well with the dental work but will give you an earful if you are not compliant with her instructions only because she is passionate about providing the best care for her patients. Also, I especially want to recognize the administrative workers, Jeremiah and Ashley as well as Dr. Funmi as they spoke on my behalf and went above and beyond to resolve an account issue that I had that would save me a lot of money. They were considerate of my situation. I am most grateful to them. Overall a great team working at this dental office, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I could not be more pleased with the care and attention Willow Knolls shows towards their patients. We visited them for my 5 year olds school dental exam and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff made him feel welcome and were patient and attentive. The dental hygienist we had did an awesome job interacting with him and making his cleaning fun and engaging so he wouldn’t be nervous. I highly recommend their practice, especially for little kiddos!

Fantastic experience: I love this dentist office! Everyone is so nice and helpful. The environment is nice as well. I have anxiety bad when I am getting work done on my teeth but every time that I have went in they have taken their time with me and made sure to ask if I need breaks. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is very nice and professional. The Dr.'s and assistants take their time and answer questions you have, and the admin/customer service people do a fantastic job breaking everything down and working with you in any way they can to make everything as easy on the client as possible. 10/10 would dentist again

Negative experience: I've been going here since 2009 and never had any problems until Dr. Funmi came on board. I do not recommend her as a dentist and as long as she's still working here, I will never return. She has no compassion and completely dismissed my concerns while I was and am in severe pain. I always liked going here because typically the staff is very pleasant and my favorite hygienist, Megan, is awesome. Sadly, this will be my last visit as long as that Dr Funmi is here.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal dental staff! I was dealing with EXCRUCIATING pain in my teeth/gums due to a cavity that had reached my nerve. They (Jeremiah) so conveniently offered to work me in the same day that I called but I ended up having to come first thing the very next day. As soon as I walked in Ashley told me she already had me checked in! Dr. Funmi was the absolute best dentist, she made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout my whole tooth extraction. The fear I used to have of the dentist doesn’t exist anymore because of this office, they have nothing but solutions and results, no nonsense lol. I will be making this my primary dental office for all my future dental problems. Thanks again Willow Knolls Family Dental!

Fantastic experience: In the past, I have tired two other dental offices in this area, with less than stellar experiences. This office, however, was a great experience. The administrative staff were pleasant and professional. The dental hygienist was very professional and very skilled. This was the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had. And the dentist I saw was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt confident with the cleaning, and the diagnosis. Overall, a very good experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Willow Knolls Family Dental for years and I highly recommend Dr. Funmi! I struggled with their office previously with new dentists every time I went in for an appt and never could see the same one because they were gone but she is the first dentist there that I’ve had now for awhile and would recommend her to anyone. Not only great with my teeth but she is so compassionate and has the best energy. I also want to say Sophie the assistant I’ve had multiple times and is the best too!

Fantastic experience: Abby is the best dental hygienist I have ever seen. While I am not a new patient my old hygienist left this office and I was extremely happy with Abby’s work. She was extremely thorough and efficient. She asked me about my preferences for tools to use and even input on my take home bag. I am excited to have Abby as my hygienist again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I called to make an emergency appointment as a new patient, and they were able to get me in the next day. During my visit, I asked if they had availability for a new patient as I hadn’t had a cleaning in a few years, and they got me in for a cleaning that same afternoon. Because I was seen twice in the same day, they didn’t charge me for the emergency visit. Everyone I worked with, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentist, was professional, informative, and polite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dental practice!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Bethany, was very gentle with my teeth, and explained what she was doing as she worked around different areas of my mouth. The dentist was very nice too. I hope she stays.

Fantastic experience: Dr Funmi is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She commands every procedure with professionalism… and after not being to a dentist in 7 years - she has done every procedure on me. She even fixed stuff that other dentists have screwed up. This is the best my teeth have felt ever. Side note: whatever numbing stuff they have is amazing. I haven’t felt anything through a root canal, crown and fillings.

Fantastic experience: The doctors have changed a couple times in the 15 years that I have been going to this office but the services have always been great. My dental hygienist has always been the same though and she is awesome. 2022: My new dental hygienist, Megan, is also great.

She was friendly, fast, efficient and put me at ease during my appointment. I was very pleased from the friendly reception I received at the front desk to my consultation with the dentist at the end.

Fantastic experience: Was nervous at first, needed a root canal. They were very good at taking care of my needs and it didn't hurt. I didn't catch my doctors name, but her assistant, Sophie, was wonderful. I hope she's there when I have to go back.

Fantastic experience: Willow Knolls Family dental is a great place! Dr. Babatunde is very charming, fun loving and her great personality makes going to the dentist much easier! They are great with kids too! It is very affordable if you do not have dental insurance and there are no ridiculous wait times to get an appointment like other children dental offices in this area.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done today, the tooth which got pulled was broken and decaying, all the staff I encountered therenwere incredibly nice and professional. Definately made me feel comfortable before the procedure. They were thorough with the process but still managed to make me laugh the whole time I was there. My mouth feels 100% better and i would recommend everyone I know to go here. Best dentist ive seen in my 27 years alive. Thank you willow knolls family dental!

Everyone I interacted with seemed to actually care about their job and helping me out. They take pride in their work and always go above and beyond. Fantastic experience: I stopped in over the holidays just to have a dental crown re-cemented. I was able to get an appointment only several days in advance. The staff were very friendly, the dentist was thorough and attentive, and the price was very reasonable. 02/2022 Update: I was concerned about a bill I received and called ready to complain. Everyone I spoke to was unbelievably understanding, willing to listen, and ready to explain and resolve the situation for me.
