It was a good experience at a new dental practice — I hadn’t changed for over 10 years! I had a great dentist — Dr White — but Dr Pastrell’s practice is much closer for us and accepts my insurance — a win-win!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is Wendy. Nothing but compliments for this practitioner. She is thorough and consistently on top of whatever issues I am having. I like the feedback about areas I need to concentrate with my brushing and oral hygiene. Dr Hartzell is great. Kind, gentle and also very informative about areas of concern and what my options are for future treatment. I appreciate that he is conservative in his approach to treatment plans instead of pushing for aggressive intervention. The staff in this practice are always friendly and polite. The office is consistently clean and pleasant including the waiting room and bathroom!

Fantastic experience: I’m an older adult, originally from Michigan, and I’m 100% convinced they are the best in our area and I strongly suspect , one of the best places in the country! I know they are far better than anyone I went to in Michigan ! I feel very fortunate to be one of their patients. 10-14-25 update I just went back today for the final work on an implant. The whole process has proceeded flawlessly; from having an extract done, waiting for the bone to heal, waiting for the implant to heal , then finally having the new tooth installed. I’m really happy with everything!!

Dr. Hartzell was very kind and soft spoken. He explained the care plan that he thought would be best for me and felt very comfortable and reassured about my next appointments. Fantastic experience: I have been going here almost my whole life and I can without a doubt say they rock. All the hygienists are so kind and are always accommodating. If you have sensitive teeth or general anxiety over the dentist, they take the extra steps to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Hartzell is great to work with and Dr. Buchanan is awesome as well. I had a procedure done that I was extremely nervous for, but it was extremely quick, easy, and almost painless! Dr. Buchanan personally followed up with me after the fact. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and they offered an appointment for the day I called, unfortunately I had a meeting and was unable to take that appointment. They got me in 3 days later. I have severe dental anxiety, Dr Buchanan and tech/hygienist were amazing! First they offered to get all of the x rays done on this visit after looking at the x rays and my teeth Dr Buchanan found a couple of spots that needed assistance do to me clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth. He offered to take care of those issues in addition to the tooth I broke. He did a great job, I didn't even feel the shots of novocaine! I so appreciate the quick appointment and the care of knowing of my anxiety and taking care of all they could! 5 Star, Recommend.

I adore my dentist, Dr. Justin Buchanan and my dental hygenist, Kelly. Unlike so many, I look forward to going to the dentist's office! Thanks for everything!
