Negative experience: Before using the dentist and getting signed up for their credit card, Fortiva Be careful because you will get ripped off. I have had a problem with them for the last 3 months Getting bounced around like a ball between Aspen dental and Fortiva For work that was not performed

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience when I come here. Everybody who works here is extremely Pleasant and very friendly. Becky at the desk does not get paid enough for the rude patients that come in the door but she handles all of it with Grace impressively well. I'm finally able to get a partial denture done to have no more gaps between my front teeth and I'm so excited. It would not be possible without this location having helped me do the work that was necessary, a little bit at a time, where I could afford it. They go over all of your options available, they help you figure out the treatment plan that works best for you, if necessary they can also help you figure out financing options. TBH I have never had a bad experience here and I've been coming here for atleast 2 years. The dentist is such a sweetheart! I don't remember her name, but I have had her each time I have had an appointment. I love that she takes the time to explain everything that you need to get done, how she can break it down into more affordable plans with different options, as well as letting you know about possible outcomes. She's very honest, which I appreciate, considering that a lot of dentists and other Dental practices are not as honest about damage that could be possible and they just try to push unnecessary treatments. In my experience, they don't do that here. I wish that in today's world dental work was more affordable, but Aspen Dental in Orange City makes it possible when you are living paycheck to paycheck. I highly recommend this office over the other local offices. [☆DEFINITELY better than the DeLand location!!☆]

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent dental issue so I had no appointment but was seen within 30 minutes. Given a full exam and an explanation of what they recommended. Also a rundown of the costs. Everyone .was friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment here earlier this week and will definitely be using them as my dentist moving forward. Celeste did all of my imaging and was very kind throughout all of it, was super attentive when placing the plastic piece in my mouth, and made sure I was comfortable several times. Ms. Maddie was very kind and answered all of my questions regarding a payment plan and financing. Ms. Bahar was super sweet, asked throughout cleaning my teeth if I was ok, checked to see if I needed any breaks, and added more numbing solution when I felt some pain. Negative experience: How does a teeth cleaning cost 800.00 with insurance . They upsale overcharge for everything and give you stuff you dont need . If you cant pay on the spot just apply for Care Credit! as long as they get paid for over charging ! Would not recommend going there!!! Biggest rip off there is !!! Read all the 1 stars theyve recieved and believe it becausethey are true DO NOT GO THERE you will be taken for a money ride . They respond to reviews like they care they dont. I actually said the wrong amout it was 1500.00 hundred dollars for a 1 and a half hr visit after they billed insurance.

Fantastic experience: I called this morning Aspen Dental talk to Stephany .. I got my dentures 2022 and they did an excellent job. I haven’t had any problems. I asked to make another appointment getting for Check up: I asked to see if. I could get a rinse worked really well. It’s called magic rinse for gums . Stephanie was great very kind and understanding I give her a 10 star . She listens well on everything when talking to her. I thought I’d let you all know that I am very happy with my dentures. Excellent excellent job. And they were reasonable. Thank you again for your service. God bless you all. Merry Christmas to all Looking forward to my visit, February. 2026. Negative experience: This is the most incompetent place I have ever experienced. I was a walk in patient with a very painful toothache. Waited 3 hrs to be seen. I told them I just wanted an extraction. They took exrays. After all the crap they put me through they said I had an infection and percribe me antibiotics and ibuprofen, which I told them that I shouldn't take because I am on blood thinners and have a heart condition. They told me I have to get medical clearance from my doctor before they can extract the teeth. I called my primary doctor and they couldn't get a hold of the dentist to get the medical clearance to them. Nobody was communicating with each other at all. I had to do all of the work. And they kept calling me by the wrong last name and when I told them what my last name was they told me I didn't have to be so rude. They also gave me a medical treatment plan for dentures that would total $10,000. It just so happens that the two extractions came out to the exact dollar amount that was left on my insurance plan. I called to cancel the appointment and was asked why and I told them that I was doing all the work for them and that I'm paying them good money for nothing. Again they told me I didn't need to be so rude and it wouldn't get me anywhere. Well it didn't get them my money cuz I'm not going there. Avoid Aspen dental in Orange City. If I could I would give them zero stars.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible!!! I haven’t been to the dentist in some years and this is exactly why. To make a long story short, I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and the aftercare was horrible!!! 8 days after that extraction they wanted me to come in for a full root canal meanwhile I couldn’t open my mouth fully yet due to the first surgery. The doctor or nurse Roberto(Robert?) was SO rude. During my healing I called the office due to a concern and he brushed me off, told me I was fine without seeing me. Even though I did just have wisdom teeth surgery with bone grafts!!!! My whole right side of my face increased in swelling into my eye and forehead which I have pictures of. But he didn’t seem to care. The only time he did was when I was trying to cancel my root canal appointment. Robert and the front office told me no. How is a patient not able to reschedule THEIR own appointment. Not to mention they billed me for procedures I haven’t had done yet. If that’s not a lawsuit then I don’t know what is. I will be taking this as far as it can go. And take it from experience you can skip calling the customer care line because they tell you they are sorry and the operations manager will call you back which they never do. What a horribly run business who is incredibly money hungry. I will be taking my services elsewhere and so should you.

Negative experience: The only option offered was to replace the crown. There was nothing else attempted. I was expecting at least try to grind the porcelain to remove the pressure. They did offer a ton of services, a cleaning and replace other crowns that are on the other side, complete waste of time. They went over everything else pretty thorough. But everything else was not the issue. I understand though, if you don't spend 10k, we won't help. Staff was very friendly though. I can't take thst away from them!!!

Positive experience: It was easy to make the appointment. Got the appointment when I wanted it. Got a phone call the next day to verify the app for Monday November 10th. But I was told my BCBS wasn't a PPO. So Monday before my appointment I decided to call BCBS to see if I could change it to a PPO. They told me I was paying for it already. They took down the Aspen # and address to verify in network. Yes it was. So I told BCBS if I have a problem with Aspen I will call them so they can talk to them. BCBS told me she wanted it straightened out now. We waited on hold while they called. Everything was straighten it out. At 9:30am we arrived at Aspen Dental. When they asked for my insurance card I made sure they knew my card is in compliance. She said oh yes they called. Everything is fine. The appointment went smoothly and I was taken care of like I was a queen. I am missing a lot of teeth so it was hard to bite down on those plastic things they use to take the exrays with. That person was so kind and gentle. Doctor M. was very patient with us. See because of the caller on Saturday was wrong. And we had to call back our insurance on Monday Morning to get things straightened out my husband wasn't to happy with ASPEN at first. Everyone was very nice We have another appointment this morning. Wish us luck. Update: I finished my 2nd Appointment. Again they were great. Receptionist greeted me by name when I first walked in the door. That was really nice. When the exray tech seen me she too said hi to me by name. Very nice. Jade the denture fitter was exceptionally sweet. She had to take the expressions twice on both sets. I couldn't keep my gag reflex incheck. She delt with it very good. Thank to my whole team at Aspen Dental. ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: This appointment was for my mom who is 92. She was having pain in her mouth. We arrived late for the appointment and the staff was so patient and kind. Everyone that saw my mom for each procedure was wonderful and put her at ease. Before they started they explained each procedure they were going to do. Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had . I had made the appointment a day prior for 2 wisdom teeth extraction and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. I was in excruciating pain and they took care of me Very Quickly . Very friendly staff and Roberto was also very helpful and friendly he goes over every possible financing options if they’re needed . Overall very friendly ,kind , compassionate and supportive staff . 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: I just had my routine cleaning with Bahar, and it was genuinely the best dental experience I've had in years. She is incredibly gentle but also extremely thorough. Sometimes cleanings can be uncomfortable, but I felt completely at ease. She has a very calming presence and explained what she was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE CHEAPLY MADE. Letter to follow, after along journey and having to throw a fit finally end result to what I was looking for. Aspen dental in Orange city needs to really work on customer service skills. I had felt like I was the wrong one through this journey. In picture are 3 partials the one correct in middle is what I ordered the other 2 are what they tried to have me take. Why would anyone pay the amount of money for a bunch of metal in their mouth. Going their made my anxiety hit the roof as they treated me as I had the plague after I refused to not get what I paid for. I got both finished this past week and like how they turned out upper denture and partial now. But I didnt see outcome till I was in my car as they wanted me out of their. Left me feeling like I was such a bad person. Not how people should feel. Letter is being sent with full details to corporate. This is a very hard thing for people to deal with and your team should have more compassion.

Positive experience: Removing a veneer tooth and having a crown done is not a fun job. Once the veneer was removed from the tooth, a huge cavity was found. The dentist try to do it with his least amount of pain towards me. She was very concerned that the process was hurting me, and tried to make at least offensive to me

Fantastic experience: My experience was great with the dentist and the office staff. Very disappointed to find out that you are no longer going to accept my insurance Delta Care USA as I really love going to Aspen Dental and now have to find another dentist that accepts my insurance.
Fantastic experience: I went today for a cleaning and some work and the whole expérience was great, I normally hate the dentist but the staff made it so comfortable and were patient with my dramatics. The nurse/tech I had today Sky was hilarious and was so kind to me from start to finish and answered all my annoying questions. A 10/10 from me I would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Coming from Sage Dental I was truly impressed. Waiting room area was nice and large with a TV. Once they call you in, the dental chair area where you sit is MUCH larger than Sage Dental. I mean, they even have a tv in there for you! At Sage Dental, you get to stare at a huge picture of teeth for hours while you wait in a tiny cubile lol. Very positive experience here. Everyone there were very polite especially Kali! If you have dental insurance I will say they are very accurate AND fast to get you correct pricing depending on your reasoning for the visit. Overall, I'm glad to have found my new dentist. Large building, and very clean!

Negative experience: I had an appt for 0730am in the morning. At no point during the 90+ minutes I was there did they tell me that they are no longer participating in my dental plan. The turnover rate of staff is insane. Additionally, they tried to upsell me on services, instead of trying to address the issue I had the appt for. Then the “finance man” lied and said they hadn’t “heard back” from my insurer, when I know for a fact that they can go online and in real time, verify my benefit. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Ms Baher was an amazing dental hygentist and did amazing and was so patient with me especially being the big baby I am lol, and then I had Alexus and the doctor who pulled my tooth (I forgot her name) and they were so amazing, very patient made sure I was super knumb not to feel anything, walked me thru it as they were doing the extraction making sure I was ok, but honestly everyone from the front desk to the woman who took my X-rays to the financial woman who helped me get on a plan to get all this work done, they all were so amazing and made it feel so comfortable, hands down best dentist office I've ever been to!

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. Everything was seamless and the staff was friendly, and knowledgeable. Stephanie the receptionist was so sweet, and professional. Sky the xray tech was also soo sweet and great at her job! The Dentist is very nice and she thoroughly explains what is needed. Their dental hygienist, Margarita was hands down the BEST hygienist I've ever met! I got a deep cleaning done and she made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. You can tell she truly cares about her profession! I've never enjoyed visiting the dentist until today! Can't wait for my next cleaning ! Don't think twice, Aspen Dental is AMAZING !

Fantastic experience: I was extremely hesitant to come in today but Jade, Margarita, and Dr.Mary made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the whole staff. The first dentist that seen me explained my treatment plan and didnt try ti push expensive options. She told me the work that she recommended I get done first to prevent further damage. She also gave me an alternative to a implant. I haven't received this option from other dentists. The dentist that pulled my tooth was great as well. She clearly explained what she was doing and made sure I knew what to do afterwards. Every team member I interacted with was great. I highly recommend this location.

Negative experience: They gave me dentures then refused to give me permanent dentures until I choose to have my bottom teeth done. My mouth hurt so bad from these hard plastic things. Never would call me back about fixing the problem. Went to AFFORDABLE DENTURES. They care unlike this place.

Fantastic experience: I like to thank the staff in this office. They have done a great job. I was with so much pain I came in worried about how things would turn out. And to say they pull out 2 very bad teeth and a root canal also they worked hard in my mouth . Am so happy with Dr Bassil wow she came in i was nervous and she explained everything she was doing in my mouth. I felt at ease being in her hands she took good care of me. If anyone need teeth service and its afraid look come and make your appointment. That way you can experience on your own. Fantastic experience: This site does more than take and see clients. This site brings you in and make you feel like family. From the constant checking on you to the informative conversation. They make sure you understand the procedure and walk through options. Here I am miles away from home and realize I didnt have my asthma pump. I assumed I was playing it cool and using some breathing exercises when Roberto notice. He sprung into action and returned with his own PERSONAL asthma pump and shared it with me. I had instant relief. Again FAMILY. Can I also noted that this site closes at 5pm. However my filling out the application to finance my procedure to a while without hesitation i was patiently assisted leaving around 630pm. Again FAMILY. GOD BLESS ASPEN DENTAL and ALL that you do for the clients/Family.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience we’ve ever had. Staff is inviting, polite and friendly. Dr. Marjan and dental hygienist Dr. Onis are AMAZING!! They are very gentle when working, but effective and professional. They are not just knowledgeable but they compliment each other so well as a team. The technology the office uses is beyond anything I have personally seen at any other office. We left extremely satisfied. They have gained patients for life. We highly recommend.
