Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have EVER and I mean EVER have been to. I had called and was explaining my dental pain and was got in sooner than expected. As soon as you walk in you are met with a very sweet receptionist, as soon as you are taken back you are felt like part of the conversation and they are very informative in what they are doing, they listen to you when you have pain, I felt like they truly cared. Each dental assistant I came across was so sweet. The office itself was very very clean and set up comfy chairs etc. i recommend this to anyone who has dental pain.

Fantastic experience: The RDA , Ms. Donna is the absolute best. My daughter doesn’t trust a lot of people, but she loves Ms. Donna. I’m grateful to have people like her in the medical field.

Negative experience: My girlfriend has been waiting for 6 months for a partial, after being told it would only take 6-8 weeks to complete the ENTIRE process. Yet here we are, 6 months later and they finally came. They don't fit at all. She tried to bring it to their attention, just to be told "Nah they are fine, you'll just have to get used to them" they literally put them on her at the office for just a minute, absolutely refused to let her look at them in(sense she could obviously tell they didn't fit) and then when the Dr went to remove it, IT WAS STUCK IN HER MOUTH TO THE POINT THEY HAD TO PRY THEM OFF! Then turned around and straight up told her that they are fine, just give it 24 hours before trying to put them in again. So now she sitting here at home on the couch, bawling her eyes out because she's wait for 6 months for these, and she was so excited to finally have all her teeth back again, just to be completely and utterly let down in every way possible. I told her to go up and demand they rectify this, or if she preferred, I would go with her and demand something be done. Guess I will update if need be after tomorrow.

Negative experience: UPDATE: After consultation with other dentist and more x-rays I was able to confirm malpractice, I've suffered pain for years and recently its come to a boiling point, apparently they drilled too deep, so not only is my tooth sticking out more than it should, they drilled too deep and caused the aggravation I've been dealing with that now has turned into an infection. I find it very odd how there was ALWAYS an issue when I come here but once I went somewhere else somehow I've been perfectly fine. I have spent years with pain because they installed my crown incorrectly, ive been misdiagnosed here several times and they always use the newest person to complete the work. I have come back here where they've said I had a cavity on my x-ray and they were about to operate and then someone more experienced accidentally let it slip that I actually don"t have a cavity, which makes me wonder how many times have I had to go through pain because of someone falsely diagnosing my teeth which I've brushed and flossed every single day, I can't even use the nightshade that they molded around my teeth, the person who did my crown did not pay attention and oversized it. I mentioned this issue and they shaved it down a little but never fixed it, the left/bottom tooth is higher than the other teeth so I am prone to grinding it much easier then usual now which wasnt an issue before, this leads to pain on the left of my jaw/gums, ive had to deal with this pain for years, I practically avoid using this side of my mouth to chew because it is just unnecessarily more sensitive, I have already mentioned this twice and it was basically shrugged off and I try not to think about it but it always ends up causing some type of pain, sadly enough I cant even use the nightshade that they billed my insurance that would help mitigate these issues since my teeth no longer fit due to the crown. Honestly wondering if this is something I should handle legally at this point.

Fantastic experience: His dentist Ms. Donna was incredible with him. She played with him and talked him through everything. Even gave him a toothbrush to play with. My son is autistic, so the way she treated him meant a lot to me. Thank you!

Negative experience: If I could give it a zero I would. I went to have a root canal done on my top row, they numbed me then proceeded to tell me they weren’t even suppose to be doing a root canal on my top row so they went ahead and numbed me on the bottom and did a root canal on one of my back teeth, then filled in the tooth next to it and said “now we are even” it’s been 4 days now and I’ve had a terrible tooth ache on and off from the tooth they did the root canal on. I went to get my top partial from them and they said it’s cause they didn’t drill it down enough so they drilled it down and it’s still hurting so bad. I’m working on finding another dentist that goes through my dental plan. I’ve had nothing but trouble out of this dentist since I started going there. From them doing the same tooth over and over to them not deleting the work they had previously done in there systems. They are so unprofessional would not recommend. Only reason I’ve been going is cause apparently that’s the only place my dental plan will let me go to.

Fantastic experience: Cloudland Dental Services hired a new hygienist, and she has great experience with dentures, and she measures everything before ordering new dentures, and she made mine just like my past teeth. When they pulled my teeth, I was very angry because t the dentures before , they didn’t line up with my teeth, and she took a few photos of my teeth when I was about 5 years ago, these are the best ever, and theses fit perfect and they no longer hurt , so I’m able to it and they don’t hurt at all. Im proud of my smile again, and I was crying every day because I was in horrible pain, until I got my new dentures. If you need new dentures, go to Cloudland Dental Services, because the hygienist makes sure everything is good. I’m adding some photos of me, and I had braces 2 times, and I had trouble with my teeth before, and now Im so happy with my dentures.

Fantastic experience: I was quite pleased with the staff, and my Dental Hygienist was very friendly, as well as the Dental Assistant, both who operated with a gentle hand in doing the exam of my mouth. They made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist! I came in for my new patient exam and cleaning about a month ago. I was a little nervous because I hadn’t seen a dentist in years. My dental hygienist was chad and I was his first patient. He did a great job, made sure I was comfortable during my X-rays and cleaning. He gave me a lot of information about how to properly take care of my teeth and products to use and avoid in my dental routine. Today I had an appointment for two fillings. Marissa was my tech and she was amazing! She was singing and dancing, she all around made my appointment a good time. She was super gentle but worked quickly and got me in and out. The dentist himself is amazing. He works quickly while being clean with his workspace and efficient with time and tools so as the patient you’re comfortable during the appointment. The admin ladies up front are helpful and welcoming. I look forward to my visits now! Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic experience: Cloudland Dental. Home away from home. Need I say more. The staff here are always treats me as if I am a beloved family member. Recently, I had to call in due to needing a tooth pulled. They were able to accommodate me, get me in, and successfully extract the tooth that was giving me so much pain and anxiety. If you’re looking for a place that will treat you the way you want to be treated and work with you and your schedule, then give them a try. The fact that I walked out in a better mood than when I walked in is a lot for me. Thank you, Cloudland Dental on Highway 58.

Negative experience: Not impressed been back 3 times for a crown coming off and now fillings falling out. Brought my child in they didn't even work on the tooth that the appointment was for . They worked on a tooth that was never mentioned as a problem .

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental visit we’ve had in a long time. We walk in barely get dotted and they call us back. There was a young lady named Bree and my husband and I were both so impressed with her caring attitude. We just found out our insurance our insurance doesn’t have dental coverage. We didn’t know this. This young lady looked at our coverage and tried her best to help us. She printed off what needed to be done and gave us some suggestions to ask about dental coverage. She didn’t have to be this nice. It was in the afternoon and I’m retired from over 30 years of working retail and it’s hard to deal with people. Bree, you are an asset to your company and I only hope they recognize what they have in you and your ability to make people feel that you care. I hope the very best for you!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was actually able to get an appointment the very same day I called to inquire about scheduling one. The entire team was courteous knowledgeable and more than willing to make accommodations to assist me due to my visual impairment with everything from filling out forms to helping me navigate the facility with ease. When providing me with the referral papers for an oral surgeon their printer was down and so they could only furnish the typical forms in regular sized font but went above and beyond and attached a sticky note that included the surgeons contact information hand written in a size that I was able to actually read to ensure that I would have no trouble in accessing the care necessary for the next phase of my treatment.

Positive experience: It's wonderful place but don't call patient's at the appointment time. I was called at 330 and my appointment was 330. I was literally getting out the car. Especially if I have confirmed

Fantastic experience: The staff was great. My granddaughter was having some oral pain and I had mistakenly brought her a week early. The receptionist, Michelle, worked with us and had the staff see her today. The hygienist, Bethany saw her and Dr Perry diagnosed an advanced molar decay. She needed an antibiotic and a root canal. Thanks to this staff who cared enough to stay late and take care of her oral health. Thank You so much Cloudland Dental for caring for your patients.

Fantastic experience: Everything from scheduling as a new patient to exiting the building after initial appointment exceeded my expectations. My hygienist, Cindy, was top-notch, the ladies handling my initial intake were beyond accommodating, the treatment plan was explained clearly and my next appointment and expectations were handled attentively. My Dentist spent ample time answering all my questions, assessed my current comfort level and discussed different treatment options and seemed to consider my input valuable. Excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: Usually Dental appointments are overwhelming for my Son, however thanks to the office off of Hwy 58, he was left feeling at ease and comfortable. Negative experience: VERY BAD DENTIST TO GO TO FOR DENTURES. My mother wasn't able to smile after 2 years of sobriety, because of her teeth. The moment her insurance covered it, she had her broken, infected teeth pulled and got dentures made at Cloudland. She tried to wear them, but couldn't without pain. They told her to keep trying and she did. But those dentures did not fit. They refused to fix them for her even though it was their fault. They blamed it on her mouth and her, even though the dentures very obviously didn't fit! 3 years of sobriety and my mother still can't smile because Cloudland told her the crooked dentures were her fault and weren't fixable. Hope you enjoyed getting paid by her insurance and by the government and all our tax dollars just to make my mother cry because she still can't smile.

Fantastic experience: It was ok, there were a few things about my visit that could have been done differently. The staff member was a little rough doing my cleaning, I’m not sure if she was new or what but her chair side manners need a little work, she was also not super friendly. Doctor Z did not introduce herself, I had to ask her what her name was because I had never met her before.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice! Everything was so well explained. They got me in and out quick and still made sure everything was addressed & didn’t make me feel rushed in anyway!

Worked around every out of pocket expense I would have had to pay so that my insurance would cover everything. I will recommend them to any other dentist office office around Chattanooga.

I found myself in a dental emergency over the weekend and was in desperate need of help. I reached out to Cloudland Dental, and I can’t express how grateful I am for this team! They were able to fit me in the very next day. When I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and quick, which eased my anxiety a bit. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Perry. I can genuinely say that if you’re searching for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Perry not only delivers exceptional care but also brings a personal touch to his practice. After my procedure, checking out was just as quick and efficient as checking in. The entire team at Cloudland Dental made my stressful situation much more manageable. Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. Worked us right in on an emergency situation. Staff was friendly, helpful and informative. No wating was able to get in and out and on with our day. This was not our normal dentist but we called to go here on a Friday because our regular dentist doesn't work on Fridays. We were very thankful for them working us in on a short notice.

Negative experience: The dentist doesn't have an example of the dentures. They look very fake around the teeth. It's too much gums everywhere and it makes people drool a lot. They just left the patient with the hygienist, who is very bad about helping with it. She was just cruel and she just got blood everywhere and if they had show there plan before, and no one told me, and they just left me with the dentures, and the pain, they left me to go to the hospital to get pain for it and an antibiotics. The dentist left pieces of teeth everywhere and they were very uncomfortable and its so bad an experience. If i was the dentist, I would make sure the patient knows what their dentures look right. They just left we with fake teeth. Snap on veneers is better than Cloudlands dentures, and the hygienist is very unexperienced, she just left blood is and ruined my clothes. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom, I was dying to use the bathroom, and i had to run to it, and it was a horrible experience, and they just left me to cry over it. Do not use this dental place, they have no clue how to treat patients.

Fantastic experience: My son came her for the first time. He has spent his whole 8 years with a different dentist and after moving we had to find a new one. He said he loves the dentist and assistant he saw today just as much as his old dentist. There was a lot of anxiety leading up to this visit, but it was a great experience. My other son will be going in early June. Will update. My other son went to this dentist and also loves them. There is a really sweet assistant who lets the kids color. They let my 18m old "brush her teeth" and gave her a new toothbrush. they have a lot of flavors to choose from for everything they are putting in ur mouth. They have sensitive toothpaste for the kids to take home along with the regular. The usual treasure box stuff. Parents can go back with kids without having to make a special appointment. Our last dentist u had to go on a special schedule if u wanted to go back with ur kid. All around great staff. The office is clean. And the front desk people are nice. They answer the phone almost always as well.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very compassionate today, with the exception of one office staff who made the comment “enough is enough already” because I was having a panic attack. Her snarky comment was unnecessary. Other than that staff was very helpful and understanding

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been fond of going to the dentist since I had a bad experience previously in a different dental practice. However, Cloudland dental made me feel comfortable & relaxed. They were very kind & thoughtful. I had 2 shots & a tooth extracted & I can honestly say it didn’t hurt!!! They numbed my gums before the shots & the extraction was quick & painless. I was very surprised & grateful!! It’s day 2 & I’m pain free & healing well. A great BIG THANK YOU to the dentist & care team at Cloudland dental!

Fantastic experience: I just want to get on here and say I could absolutely not speaking highly enough of Heather who works at the HWY 58 location & works answers calls / front desk. She was extremely patient with me as I went thruough my calander looking for a good date, she kindly reminded me of a missed appointment I had no clue about without making me feel bad about it and got me in as soon as possible. She was sweet and caring. We need more of people like Heather in this world The smallest kind word or act can go along way. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for just simply being a kind individual. Also the younger doctor there I always miss his name him and his assistant brandy are Amazing they have genuinely went above and beyond for me, I request them for every boat now, the staff here is just very sweeet, very paitent, soft spoken with you and I’ve been going here a little over a year with no issues, or bad attitudes from anyone. Truly a wonderful staff all around and I’m glad I chose cloudland dental for my primary dental needs!
