Fantastic experience: Fairmont dental is the best of the best. Comfortable offices, amazing office staff, and great dentists. I have been in pain for 4 years and my old dentist just kept saying it will go away with time. I switched to fairmont and in short order, they identified the problem, and put together a plan to get me out of pain. 6 weeks later and I have ZERO pain and my entire family will be enjoying a new dentist. It's also worth noting that any dentist that hums "bringing sexy back" during your procedure is good as gold. Thanks Fairmont and Dr Kumar for being awesome!

Fantastic experience: I am a trucker and was in PA for work with a horrific tooth pain, they gave me an emergency appointment within 2 hours and resolved my issues right away. Unfortunately due to time constraints I couldn’t come in next day for tooth extraction so they shaved the cracked tooth gave me necessary antibiotic and anti inflammatory prescriptions so that I could get back on the road and manage until I get back home to NY to see my regular dentist. What a great team!

Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am always able to get appointments in a timely manner. My children have been patients since they were toddlers and have always had good experiences. Dr Kumar is thorough and takes time to explain things.

Fantastic experience: I was traumatized at a dentist when I was 10 yrs old & have not been back since. I am now 65 yrs old & needed a tooth pulled. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck, anxiety thru the roof but this place was great. Kindness & patience ruled the day here. The extraction was painless. Dentists & staff wonderful. Fantastic experience: I called them, about a deteriorated tooth I had cause extreme pain to half my jaw. Fairmonts staff had me taken care of in less then 3 hours total. The since of relief I feel is amazing would def go back for any other dental needs. Not to mention my visit was same day emergency visit they fit in. GREAT STUFF

Fantastic experience: *original 5 star review from November 2023 The receptionist made me review them, she even came from behind the desk looking over my shoulder then gave me a Dunkin Dounts gift card for the review. She said "take out your phone go to Google maps, and leave 5 stars" First I was confused about having to go to Google Maps instead of just Google. Not going back there, see why this dentist office has massive reviews. Also they referred me to a Orthodontics specialist for invisalign, you look him up absolutely can't find anything about him or his practice and he was located a hour away. Had a appointment for a cleaning 6 months out it was scheduled, they canceled it. Now the same lady standing over my shoulder for that 5 star review is calling, and leaving voicemails to reschedule a appointment that was made by them.

Fantastic experience: I decided after a bad experience at a different dental office it was time to find somewhere new. After researching dentists, I came across Fairmont Dental and the wonderful reviews so I decided to try them. They absolutely deserve the great reviews! They were patient, understanding and even checked to make sure I felt comfortable and heard. Dr. Kumar and his awesome assistant were wonderful as well as crystal (I hope this is right name and spelling) at the front desk! I have found my new dentist!

Chris the receptionist is extraordinary helpful, and extremely polite and went above and beyond when it came to assisting me with my insurance questions. Definitely recommend this business for all dental need they provide.

Negative experience: My wife called them to see if she could get in for an emergency tooth pain. Their website clearly states they do emergency work. Lady on the phone was very rude and inconsiderate. This place has false advertising all over it. Reading the lowest reviews on here kind of make sense. Wonder if they pay people for high reviews.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mo is amazing and very attentive. I struggle with anxiety and he made me feel beyond comfortable with my situation. He was very patient with me and so was the rest of the staff I am beyond happy with the care I receive from everyone there. I could not ask for a better team.

Positive experience: Dr Kumar seemed wonderful. I paid $125 (no insurance) for a consult & X-ray and the $12,000, snap in or $30,000 fixed estimate (not in writing) for an implant restoration seems high. The front office has a person who is exceptionally disorganized. Since I am shopping for a dentist I can afford I wish I didn’t have to pay for the consult. It took them a week to get back to me with the price, which again, sounds high.

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and attentive, the doctor was very nice and the office is easy to find! Update as of one year later: I had to have a filling done. I have had many, many traumatic dental visits mainly due to the fact that I have a reaction to Novocain and for some reason no dentist has ever believed me until I pass out in the chair. So I was very apprehensive when I went in. Dr. Mo came in and I explained to him these concerns. He was extremely attentive, and confirmed with me that we would be using less novocaine and no epinephrine. He constantly asked me how I was feeling, if I needed water, if I was lightheaded and he made me feel at ease with his light humor. The whole experience was so pleasant, which is shocking coming from me. I won’t go anywhere else!

Negative experience: The front desk secretaries are exceedingly rude. They are very quick to cut you off and act as though they're just eager to shoot you down. Their scheduling is very strict and borderline useless and their absolute refusal to schedule a cleaning for a new patient is so inconvenient and ridiculous. Office was very disorganized and the equipment felt a bit outdated. The dentist and hygienists did a good job, I just wish the environment and support staff were a little nicer.

Fantastic experience: Liza took great care of me and made me feel comfortable during my first visit. Staff was kind and accommodating, and gave me hope that my dental issues will be resolved.

Negative experience: The dentist is good, but the lab they work with to make crowns is terrible. The crowns the doctor placed on my teeth have sharp edges at the bottom. The food always gets snagged to those edges and then I have to spend hours trying to get it out with floss/toothpicks etc. If I can't clean it up completely, the stuck food cause the neighboring teeth (next to the crowns) to decay. In a nutshell... A crown will lead to more fillings, more decays, more crowns, implants and extractions ... I don't know if it is intentional, so we keep going for more work, or they have bad partners who can't manufacture decent dental crown.

Fantastic experience: Fairmont Dental has been my dentist for over a decade. My mouth was a train wreck when I first arrived at their office. Now I am in a great place thanks to Dr. Kumar and the staff at Fairmont. Unfortunately for me, my dental provider has been changed and Fairmont doesn't participate in the new plan. I want to say, THANK YOU to everyone at Fairmont Dental for the taking such great care of me over the years.

Negative experience: I let them know before the appointment that I didn't have insurance, but I needed a cleaning. They made me go in and never let me know that I needed a service first (I already knew that but for obvious reasons I let them know from the beginning that I just needed a cleaning and had no insurance). I paid $211 just to have some plates made and they told me that I have to make another appoiment for cleaning. unfair and lousy service.

Negative experience: Had a dentist appointment for my son on Wednesday, let me tell you we weren't there but 10 minutes, I don't know if the lady at the front was having a bad day, but her attitude and the way she spoke to not only me but another man that was leaving was horrible. That and that alone did it for me, i don't feel comfortable taking my son somewhere where the first interaction with an employee is negative. My gut said cancel your appointment and leave and that's exactly what i did.

Negative experience: Had left a great review before until Dr.Kumar caught a attitude because after a half hour I couldn’t keep my mouth open anymore and he yelled at my face twice to open up wider. Maybe because I look like a minority. Definitely not the dentist I want to go back too.

Negative experience: The staff was very nice and helpful. However, I was led to believe something different than transpired during the visit. When I call to make the appointment about a root possible canal, I specifically asked the office staff member how long will it take to schedule the root canal after the initial exam. The staff member said they get people in fast as they know they are in pain, 1-3 days. I asked if she really meant days, and she said yes - days. Upon checking out today, the earliest possible appointment for a root canal is 3 weeks out, not 1-3 days. Needless to say I was disappointed and now have to figure out how I am possibly going to last the pain for another solid 3 weeks. Guess eating will be out of the question. Had a dinner that needed little chewing, and now I almost have a migraine headache and the pain will not ease.

Fantastic experience: I had the Mother of all toothaches. It turned out to be in a tooth I'd already gotten a root canal on. Go figure... I called & the mega awesome Chris scheduled me for the following day, which was great for me considering thecircumstances. Later the same day, got a call from her, about a cancelation & I took it. Dr. Kishel (probably spelled it wrong, sorry) was soooo AMAZING. I'm sure you know tooth pain is comparable to labor, in my opinion, and I have 3 kids. At any rate, the wonderful & super kind hygienist took fantastic care of me. I highly recommend them. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr. were super kind, thoughtful, considerate and have totally made going to the dentist a far better experience that was completely genuine. Just go. They're awesome & that's putting it mildly. It was just a really great feeling that no one thought I was exaggerating my pain & really took great care of me. Thank you!!!
