Negative experience: Nice people. But not happy with the work performed

Fantastic experience: My recent dental visit was for chipped front teeth due to fall. I was taken in for appointment with Dr. Line Ta and her dental assistant. I was asked questions, had x-rays then Dr Ta explained she was going to bond teeth and smooth surface. The procedure was painless and went rather quick! Honestly my two top front teeth look better than before my injury. I rate Lighthouse Dental 10 plus, plus along with the front desk staff. I love this practice and all who work there. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: In my experience the entire staff at Lighthouse Dental is professional, friendly and highly competent. Dr. Zhao has capped one of my teeth and is in the process of replacing another with an implant. He has explained every step of each procedure (why and how) thoroughly and has made sure I am comfortable with each decision. I am confident in his skills and recommend him whole heartedly and without reservation.

Fantastic experience: I called bc I was having severe pain on one side of my face. They were fully booked but told me they would squeeze me in. X-rays were taken and Dr George spent a lot of time with me. The care I received was superb and Dana, the assistant who had also given me excellent care, called me the next morning to ask how I was doing. Everyone I had contact with was so caring and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning this past Thursday and found the tech that did the cleaning to be absolutely wonderful, professional, thorough, and very pleasant to talk with. When the cleaning was done, my dentist came in and she was also thorough, professional friendly, and made me feel at home while I was there. The office is super clean and everyone Was absolutely delightful.

Fantastic experience: I called at 2 PM on a Monday and The practice took me in right away and got X-rays done and I was seen by a dentist, I was so impressed how they handled a sore tooth! When I needed, worked with my schedule ! Really awesome.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice and made me feel so comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Right off the bat, the receptionist (Eileen?) was bombarded with calls, files, and interruptions, yet still managed to greet me with a smile. Forgive me for not remembering any names, but from the staff member who took my X-rays to the dentist who quickly diagnosed an issue that had stumped my previous provider, I was impressed. The office is filled with professional women, and I felt listened to and seen every step of the way. The waiting room also has a beautifully maintained fish tank. Honestly, is there anything more calming than watching fish swim?

Fantastic experience: Great dental office! I’ve been a patient here for two years and I’m very satisfied with the quality of care. I come in for cleanings twice a year, and most recently I had a whitening procedure done. The staff are always polite, professional, and take the time to explain everything in detail.

All the doctors I’ve seen are amazing and very nice. The entire staff from the front, to the hygienists, and doctors are friendly, professional and always helpful. They have updated technology with cleanings and a new cancer screening process. Highly recommend and always refer anyone who asks about a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve grown up hating going to the dentist, but let me be the first to tell you that the entire team at Light House Dental goes above and beyond for their patients. I had the best dental cleaning with Maggie! She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Dr. Zhen Zhao was also great! He was patient and you can tell he genuinely cared about your dental care. Made sure everything was perfect just for you. Not to mention the front desk ladies are the sweetest people on the planet. 10/10 experience, if you were debating going to this dental office I hope you go and I hope you go with your entire family.

Fantastic experience: Finding a new dentist that you can trust isn't an easy task. I first contacted lighthouse for a dental emergency several months ago and unlike many other dentists in the area, I was able to book the same day. Since then, I've been able to smoothly book numerous appointment and have been able to go in prior to my initially scheduled date on many occasions. As much as I appreciate their expediency, I also felt as if I was in great care. Not only is the dentist top notch but the hygienists, and receptionists were also very professional. I suppose it's early to judge the quality of the work performed but initially, the process was well handled, and to date I have zero complaints and only positive items to speak on. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is aiming to have their dental health taken seriously, if you're "squeemish" like myself, I'll note that they are very accomodating and appear to really care about each of their patients. All in all, this is a great practice, doctor Ta is not only kind but extremely professional and made my dental visit as close to pleasant as a dental visit could be.

Negative experience: The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Every day things change and what I was told previously is not true. This office is very confusing. I try talking to them but they won’t listen. One person schedules an appointment and another person calls to change it. One dentist tells me something and another contradicts what was said.

Fantastic experience: Has a great experience with Dr. George and Diamond. My dentist no longer works with the practice or in State so I had Dr. George and she was amazing and she shared with me exactly what she was doing etc.. Diamond her asst. was also very personable. It was an experience of getting to know me as a person, connection and having dental work! When can anyone say they get all of that?!?

Positive experience: They have a new cleaning protocol. It was very comfortable. They cleaned my teeth but they did not polish them.

Fantastic experience: June 2025 update: I’m moving away from the area so will be leaving this practice & am sad I need to find a new dentist! The level of service & care is extraordinary. Yesterday I came in for a routine cleaning & mentioned I chipped a tooth and needed to be fitted for new retainers — they did it all in that same cleaning appointment, extraordinary. Dr Zhou filled the chip in minutes & it looks like it never happened. I’ll miss this place! Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Irena, is absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate and patient, while getting the job done. Even though I’ve moved further away, I still travel to Lighthouse Dental because it’s worth the drive.

If you fear going to the dentist, she is your lady! I can’t speak highly enough of her. Same with Dr Zhao! I went through the Invisalign process with him! He is patient and genuinely cares about my teeth. They look so much better!!

Negative experience: The staff were super friendly during my first visit, however, much less so when I returned. I was quoted $200 to have some fillings replaced. When checking out they told me the bill was $350. I asked why there was such a large difference in my quote and was told they forgot to actually check my insurance they only offered an estimate based on other insurances. Would have been nice to know this when checking in. That is a lot of money to pay unexpectedly. Wish they would have apologized or shown some empathy. All they said was that the full bill was due immediately and it wasn’t their fault as estimates are not guaranteed. Pretty disappointed

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient there for years and always have great experiences but today I suddenly had severe tooth pain, they were able to fit me in the same day for an emergency appointment. Gently assessed me until they found the problem and sent me home with a treatment plan! I’m so grateful for the kind and thorough way I was treated even at such a late hour!
