Positive experience: This was my 6 months cleaning appointment and my hygienist was nice my only complaint when she was doing the scaling she gave me no water all I tasted was blood. Not much to suction because my mouth was dry. I already have anxiety going to dentist and this did not make me feel any better.

Fatima is a great hygienist who is compassionate, listens to your concerns and questions, and gives excellent advice. I feel very comfortable with her. Dr. Titus is great as well, and conservative with treatment plans, which is a good thing.

Negative experience: We didn’t have full service yet, we will wait until next appointment, then we will know rating of this dental service Now we have second appt. Tooth extracted But Dr knockout crown of next teeth. They put temp. Glue & told to get other appt. We came back after 4 days, that cap was missing. I told them that is doctor’s mistake & they have to put new cap. They refuse. We have to leave doing anything. If they make mistakes they should get full responsibility & replace work. We are in contact with legal help

Negative experience: Unfortunately total lack of communication between specialists, have been seeing dentist, orthodontist and oral surgeon under one roof in hopes of cooperation between them, a few years after undergoing ortho treatment and a few dental procedures, am.back to square one, saw the oral surgeon today, he didn't remember my case at all, clearly had not reviewed the chart at all, said my only hope are braces. When I told him I already had done that, he said that he cannot speak for the ortho team but he can't work with what he is presented with...... Well, what am.I supposed to say.... Probably just that the dental store has just lost not only me as a patient but my whole family as well. I am.not saying all my experiences were bad, but i am truly dissapointed because i was convinced we are all working toward the same end goal and now that goal seems to have vanished.... Not the end of the world, not a fatal disease.... Still, very sad....

Positive experience: The assistant and doctor were nice, but I think out of pocket, $89 is a lot of money for a consultation and xrays to see if I need a root canal. I am afraid to see how much the root canal is out of pocket. I think I will go somewhere else for that if needed.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth in searing pain, my regular dentist was not able to get me in for a couple days so I came here to see if something could be done in the mean time, the staff was very friendly and Dr. Titus confirmed my suspicion that a root canal was needed, and put a temporary filling in to keep food and drinks off the sensitive tissue, which brought the pain down to a manageable level within 30 minutes. He was very compassionate and cognizant of how painful the affected tooth was. The cost was very reasonable for the level of service I received

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, was in the atea visiting my grandchildren and am so glad I found The Dental Store. They got me in the same day! Everyone from the front desk, the dental hygienist and dr were thorough, compassionate, answered all my questions and gave me an estimate for follow up work that needs to be done. Negative experience: I don't even have the words for how ridiculous this place is or how awful my experience has been, but I've been reading the reviews and seeing how common the issues I've experienced here are amongst other patients. The lack of competency and professionalism is baffling. Yelling at patients AND front desk staff, discussing patients private information, prescribing penicillin after patient has stated they have a penicillin allergy 3x, just so many awful aspects. If I could state one positive about this place, it would be that it is clean. That's about it. I'm glad I got a real first glimpse from this place so I can confidently make the decision to never return. I'd highly recommend if you're in search of a new dentist or oral surgeon to just do the extra research and find another establishment.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely scared when I came in due to past experiences with dentists but literally every interaction I had from the moment I walked in was very friendly and calm! The women at the front desk were both very kind. The dental assistant was very understanding and calm as well and so was the dentist! Although I was scared they helped keep me relaxed and it was just overall a very chill environment. 10/10 never going anywhere else. Thank you again! So much. VERY KIND CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH.

Negative experience: The weirdest vibes. Walked in to check in and the girl at the front desk stared blankly back at me like I walked in asking if I was in the year 3000 or something. She literally just "Ok you can have a seat," then 4 minutes later, "Ma'am, what did you say your name was?" I responded, "You never asked." She said "I thought you said it was Vicky" and then gave me my paperwork to complete. I thought, "Well that was weird as hell," but looked past it. The hygienist talked my ear off and asked me 10,000 personal questions unrelated to my oral health when it was ABUNDANTLY clear I did not want to chat for an hour straight while having my teeth cleaned. The kicker was the dentist. Forget his name, but he was one of those middle aged white guys that had something to say about "young people" like we're all one homogeneous category. Will not be going back; if you're 45 or older, this is the place for you. If you're one of those "young people," go literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Dental Store for over 15 years and it is always a pleasant experience. Mary at the reception desk is very welcoming when you check in. I've known her for years and she always has a smile on her face. I currently see Dr. Brenner and he is the best. I have had 3 crowns, and they were perfect fits the first time and very comfortable from day one. He has a great dental chair side manner. Tanya the dental hygienist does an excellent job examining and cleaning teeth--very painless She has a great sense of humor, and she is very skilled at what she does. My teeth never felt so good. Negative experience: I spoke with Marilyn, she seemed alright enough, to book a teeth cleaning as it had been quite some time since my last experience was fairly poor due to insurance issues and miscommunication. I was hoping to get my teeth cleaned and possibly a filling before I left and Marilyn was able to squeeze me in just before I leave but showed some attitude when I asked if there was time for a filling. I understand she was doing me a favor and I did ask for more so I decided that was fine. The issue occurred after the fact when she had thought she hung up and started making fun of me with her coworkers. She was making demeaning comments about how it has been a too long of time since my last cleaning and I didn’t have a right to be worried about getting an appointment before I leave for a trip. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior that has honestly left a Terrible taste for this company. It requires no effort to be kind or at least not rude.

I’ve had to have some major mouth work and he always explained what he was doing and is very patient and thorough. The work he has done is always done making sure that I have no discomfort. Fantastic experience: I used to have crippling anxiety going to the dentist, I would even have to get medication before hand to handle the appt. That all ended the day I walked in and met Dr Glenn and his team! They have treated me so kindly and are understanding regarding payment options and no insurance issues. I drive 45 minutes for my appts cuz they are worth it!

Negative experience: I have been coming to this practice for over 25 years . Overall , the hygienists are great! Facility is clean and pleasant . Although I’m concerned with care continuity . I’m scheduled with different dentist who I feel don’t know my situation. I took x rays , but they were not discussed in relation to the health of my teeth or any issues I might be having . Why did I take X-rays if no results are discussed ? Dr Jerry was my dentist for years since 1999 and he discussed what was going on with my teeth at every visit .I’ve moved and continue to travel 25 miles for service even after Dr Jerry left expecting the best but lately it has been declining . I’ve been considering other dentists at this point.

Fantastic experience: Dr Brenner was very informative and answered all my questions and overall was very helpful. It’s because of him that I am more positive to come back for future appointments. Let’s not forget the rest of the staff of course from his assistant whom I forgot her name but she was super pleasant to Maria checking me out.

Fantastic experience: Have visited the Dental Store for my 8-yo son’s dental exam and tooth cleaning and also for getting a future appointment for filling. The whole process from the very beginning to the end was very friendly, professional, informative and swift mainly thanks to Ms Kim’s attitude and approach. She did the cleaning, pre-exam and all the filming of the teeth before the Doc came and implemented the final exam informing us about the current situation and the future requirements. We have found the right dental clinic finally. The prices are reasonable and they accept Delta Dental Insurance. Highly recommended!
