Fantastic experience: Hello my name is Tara Smith I meet Dr Dahms and his Loving Staff Around the end of April 2025. I had been searching for the right dentist to give me my much needed smile back. I had been all the way to Jupiter Fl Back Down the Miami with no luck. You see I wasn't just looking for implants I was looking for a friendly family and welcoming office Staff and I found it all here At COASTLINE FAMILY DENTAL. From my 1st visit to my last Dr. Dahms explain everything and he didn't get frustrated with me when I kept asking questions even when he just answered so many. He made sure I understood everything from start to finish. And like many people I was ready to sign on the dotted line!!! But I couldn't the cost was what I was worried about. But here comes his financial manger he assured me that he could get me financed AND HE DID!!!! But only for the bottom implants I was upset but he told me he was going to speak with Dr.Dahms and call me back. And he did. We worked together and came up with the perfect treatment plan to fit my need and one that I love soooo much today. So if anyone is looking to have dental implants done I would stand on the highest mountain top and Direct you to COASTLINE DENTAL where you will find a wonderful, loving, caring Staff and a AMAZING dentist by the name of DR. Fantastic experience: Honestly, this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was 18, I’m 25 now. I recently chipped a front tooth by accident. From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. The woman helping me had amazing customer service, was very patient, and guided me through the sign-in and insurance process with kindness and professionalism. When I was called in, the dental hygienist was fantastic. He made me feel comfortable, was very courteous, and even asked if I needed something to drink , great hospitality! I let them know I didn’t want my front tooth shaved down, and they respected my wishes completely, which I really appreciated. Then the doctor (Dr. Dahms) came in, absolutely amazing. He had such a calm, therapeutic approach to communication, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and didn’t stop until I was fully satisfied with the results. Afterward, they also checked for any other issues. I will definitely be back soon ! I honestly can’t wait. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I was a first time patient today having found this dental office online and having fantastic reviews and not too far from home. I haven't been to a dentist in over 7 years and was very nervous. The moment I walked in to the office the ambiance was very welcoming and very clean. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant to speak with , knowledgeable , and friendly. I came in for a consultation as I was having some questionable tooth pains. Everyone involved in today's procedure were outstanding. Dr.Dahms did a wonderful procedure and I have a follow up visit in a few weeks. 10/10 recommend this dental office for anyone wanting good dental work done.

He took the time to explain the different options I had and then the office manager gave me all the financials of what all the options cost. I was very impressed. Fantastic experience: This office was filled with experienced people, from the receptionist/credit handler , to the dentist’s assistant/dentist, to the dentist himself, Dr. Dahms. I am a person who does not like dentists, but he gave me needle injections ,I never felt! My chipped front teeth looked like new when I left with temporaries to return in two weeks for the permanent ones.I am a very happy person ,who looks forward to even getting an implant after this.

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen much of the dentists at Coastline, but my hygienist, Ricell, is the best! She is the nicest, kindest, gentlest hygienist I have ever had. I used to hate to have my teeth cleaned because the hygienist would painfully poke my gums with a sharp metal stick to measure the depth of my pockets, and then she would complain that my gums were bleeding. Duh! With Ricell, I didn't even realize that she was measuring my pockets because she didn't poke the stick into my gums at all, and that was before she numbed me up, so I know that she is very precise in her movements and really excellent at what she does. She numbs my gums prior to giving me a deep cleaning, so she never hurts me. She doesn't lean on me or rest her hand on my face while she is working. She pauses regularly to allow me to swallow or shift my position, which I appreciate because if I stay still for too long, my back starts to complain, and I didn't even have to ask her to do that. Ricell is very caring and impressively skilled.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend my dentists, Dr. Dahms and Dr. Festa, at Coastline Family Dental in Delray Beach. Besides my regular exams and dental care, I have received a bridge and implants. My new teeth are attractive and comfortable. Both these doctors are patient and fastidious and dedicated to perfect work. The staff made sure I was completely comfortable and at ease during all my dental work. The office is immaculate and beautifully decorated. They have the latest x-ray and CAT imaging equipment which is much improved over the older equipment I was used to before I started at Coastline. The back-office staff is very skilled at insurance reimbursement and kept me well informed of my benefits, in order to keep my out-of-pocket expense as low as possible. I believe that with Dr. Dahms and Dr. Festa I am getting the finest dental care available.

Negative experience: Had a good visit. Or so I thought. They were helpful in trying to find a payment plan for my future dental needs. BUT their "Free emergency exam" is bogus. I went to them in an emergency of a tooth abscess ... They examined me. Told me there was no tooth abscess in any dental xrays, nor physically to the naked eye. 2 days later I got a second opinion bc I could FEEL IT. And knew something was wrong. Big abscess. On top of it their "free emergency exam" actually cost me almost 400 dollars. They are literally billing me for a "free exam". Lesson learned. A kind and Professional demeanor doesn't always= "I know what I'm looking at" and definitely doesn't mean "this is free even though it was said multiple times that it was free".

It was my first time visiting Coastline Dental and immediately I was taken upon arrival by the great service received from their front desk staff, and the beautifully designed clinic was very impressive and it felt cozy and a little fancy Hehe. Negative experience: When I made the appointment I asked if they accepted my Aetna insurance. I even provided the insurance ID number and was told it was fine. I traveled all the way to this office completed new patient paperwork for the receptionist to tell me they didn’t take my insurance. Never saw or spoke with Dentist.
