Grand Lely Dental Care

Negative experience: Would not recommend. Needed an extraction script provided by my Dr. up North, they refused wanted an expensive set of exams which my dentist did not support.

Fantastic experience: I am from Canada , have a place in Lely and have never needed a dentist here until now ! I had a dental emergency and called to see if I could get in to see a dentist asap and get some X-rays to see how serious it was. The took me the following morning at 8am . My whole experience from the time I stepped in their office was the best I have ever had .All of the receptionists were wonderful , very friendly and extremely helpful, The dental assistant that took my X-rays was warm and friendly and very efficient. I saw Dr Kristen Tracy she had the nicest demeanour she explained everything that was going on and what my options were . If I lived here she would definitely be my dentist , but being from Canada that wasn’t an option so they very kindly emailed my X-rays to my dentist in Canada ! If you live in Lely or in Naples and need a dentist I highly recommend you make an appointment here ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with one of my molars and was having gallbladder surgery in two days. Dr. Bujila took care of it right away with a root canal. The tooth was infected and I was able to have the surgery because of Dr. Bujila's care.

Fantastic experience: Ally was the most calming voice for a terrified patient. I’ve always been terrified from experiences I suffered as a child with a dentist. More of a satanist if you ask my 8 year old self. I’ve never been able to be assured that I’d be ok more than her. Doc was calm cool and collective. They worked like a well oiled team and hardly spoke to each other. That comforted me knowing they were hard wired into each others thoughts and processes. Thank you for the first great experience I’ve ever had and I’m 63 years old!!

They are highly organized and diligent inside the office! The patient interaction from the moment I arrived to the moment they walked me out was remarkable! Super friendly and are open communication about everything going on before during and after. My teeth feel extremely clean and have an extra shine than when I typically leave dentists. Fantastic experience: Marzena (zena) is my absolutely favorite dental hygienist of all time. Wizzy is also amazing!! So nice and fun. And of course, Dr. Bujila is so kind, efficient, and an overall excellent dentist. I always hated going to the dentist but with grand lely I actually look forward to my cleanings every 6 months! Everyone is so helpful and makes me feel like they truly want the best for me. I don’t have dental insurance but zena made sure I got set up with the best in house insurance program they have. I really appreciate their straightforward approach. So many dental offices push so much unnecessary work on their patients, it’s so refreshing to go somewhere I feel I get exactly what I need for dental care without any extra unnecessary frills! I was apprehensive since I was with the same dentist for 20+ years. I am happy to be established with such a great team including the dentist, Dr. B. I have found my new dental “home”.

After meds for infection I had to have a root canal. I've had a couple of them done many years ago and they were not good. DR. Bujila did a wonderful job. It was like having the best dentist in the world. Chelsea Rose and DR. Bujila are truly Masters of their craft, and worked together like a well oiled machine

Positive experience: At the office ok. I was in pain made appointment in week to take care of my tooth. Evan though dentist said she have been worked on yesterday. The dentist gave me three choices on how handle my issue. I chose very expensive. I called the following day to get a quote on the way she suggested. I was told no one was in office they would get back to me in 5 days. So far not impressed.

Positive experience: They never told me the first appointment was 21/2 hours. My original appointment was pushed forward an hour. Then I was told Delta Dental won’t be in their network any longer. The dental hygienist was excellent though. I also had a chip on front tooth that was bonded and rebonded for years. The dentist suggested me make veneers for 8 teeth. That was crazy aggressive in my opinion. This office is very thorough. I still am a patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tracy is not only exceptional at her profession and vastly superior in her skill set and thoroughness in comparison to those Ive seen before her, but moreover, she is comforting and caring. That professional and personal combination gives me confidence and trust in her and her plan and execution of my medical treatment. Nothing but genuinely gracious, kind, and supportive professional people who are not only good to the people they interact with and help, but good at what they do. Ive never felt comfortable at a dental office or in a dental chair. But at Grand Lely Dental with Dr. Tracy I feel at home.

Fantastic experience: I am from New Jersey and have been in the dental field for over 40 years. As I walked into Grand Lely I explained myself to Laurie that was at the front desk. She went completely out of her way to accommodate my needs. She is an asset to this practice. If she was in New Jersey, I would make sure she worked in my office. I feel the first person that a patient sees can make or break the practice. I've had experiences where the front desk person would practically dismiss you. Fantastic experience: This was my best experience ever at the dentist. It was kind of an emergency visit, they saw me right away. We have recently moved here and didn’t have a dentist. I wasn’t in a hurry to find one because I have a phobia of the dentist. They were fabulous on the phone and even better in person. Everyone was understanding and took all of my issues into consideration. Joanne the assistant was so kind and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Dr. Tracey was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She was very thorough in explaining things but also didn’t try to tell me I needed a bunch of extra expensive stuff. Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am to find Boris Bujila at Lely Dentistry. I had s first appointment, an extraction of two teeth, I was very worried about the whole procedure…. It was a big surprise that he pulled both of them so quickly and painlessly, while I was still thinking that he is working on removing a crown from one of my those two teeth. I told him that he is a magic man, it’s simply impossible to do what he did - pulling two molar teeth without any pain! I am looking forward to my next appointment, an implant. I am ready for his magical professionalism. The staff in the office very pleasant. They worked with my insurance, some obstacles with a grace and patience. I have been with Dr. Boris Bujila almost 3 years now. He did every possible dental procedure on me and he is a doctor you trust his opinion, his set of skills and don’t wish to work with anyone else. His team is great and the office is very friendly and try very hard to do their best.

Positive experience: Lizie was a bit rough and not friendly. The cleaning job itself was good. At the end, she didn’t offer any goodies that I normally get after cleaning. I asked if I can use a mouthwash, she said she didn’t have any. Ever since my hygienist Yely left, I am not getting a good service. The appointment I had before this one, I waited 50 mins, received 11 mins leaning. Things definitely need to improve.

Positive experience: Very professional, punctual, and courteous. My only concern is the bill signed before service should be close (within 20%) to the bill after service. Grand Lely Dental went to great lengths however to explain the differences and it was resolved. I enjoyed Lely Grand Dental and hope to not to deal with surprises like that, in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a bad or unpleasant experience with Lely. I am NOT a fan of the dentist and have had a lot of pain and gagging in the past. I moved here full time last year and Lely was recommended. I get deep cleaning and have done Invisalign through them. Every time, an excellent experience! Great hosts, clean place, and so considerate. Very glad I found them!
