Fantastic experience: I got the best possible treatment on yesterday. Everything went so much better than I ever could have imagined. It took much longer for the procedure but my dentist wanted to be precise and took an x-ray during the treatment process. I've literally experienced absolutely no pain or swelling. The root canal was easier than my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Was there yesterday for an emergency situation. Dr Kambasha did a root canal and rebuilt my front tooth enough to save it and crown. As a matter of fact, the temporary tooth looks even nicer than my original tooth did! Best experience at a dental office ever! Never felt any pain at all. In addition, Dr Kambasha and all of his staff put me at ease right away. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you, Maggie! Negative experience: Honestly very disappointed in this clinic. I had two chipped teeth and both were causing pain, so when I went in they only focused on one of the teeth and did xrays only for one, that I actually had pulled the same day. So a week after it healed I called back to schedule an appointment for the other tooth that was causing pain and issues and they were going to charge me another 100 for xrays. Not sure why I should have to keep paying 100 for xrays when I brought up two teeth that were causing issues and pain during my 1st appointment. As a single mother with no insurance I can not afford that. They should have addressed both teeth my 1st visit if not my whole mouth as a new patient. Very disappointed because I really liked this office and the staff. I even switched both of my kids dentist over to them. Just wish they were fair about this issue to get it resolved. I would have been a forever patient along with my children, this office is close to home and again loved the staff.

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist Kristen is amazing with kiddos and adults (me). I was nervous to switch my kids from a pediatric dentist, but I am so glad I did. She went above and beyond to calm my daughters nerves (we had a bad experience with our last dentist), made them comfortable, and took her time. They asked when they could go back. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Essington Family Dental Care. The name says it all. After only a few visits I feel like they are my family. From Gina, Stephanie, and Cheri at the front desk to Lyndsey, Ashley, and Jada who assist, and most importantly Dr. Shim, who is a terrific dentist with great attention to detail, they all are most attentive to your needs and really do make you feel like one of the family. (If I misspelled or forgot a name, I apologize) I'm so happy to go to the dentist now. Hope you feel the same too.

The Dr who is leaving in October won’t mention his name haha made an amazing dental plan for me to get the desired look and oral heath . I have many immunocompromised disorders and he was knowledgeable of all and had a plan to help . Kristen the amazing hygienist explained all the things and let me know what I need to do better or not do anymore have me options for tools and is determined to make my smile look better than ever !

Dr. Kabasha was excellent in making sure that I understood what he was doing at each step, before I came to this facility, I had bad experiences but they put me at ease and I would highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental situation and they were wonderful!! I felt zero pain even getting a tooth pulled and prepped for a temporary bridge until the permanent one is done. Financing options and insurance coverage were explained in detail and was I given options. Highly recommend!!! And the assistant was great, (Cathy) she took her time with my temporary bridge to make it look as good as she possibly could.

I had a bad day the previous day, They told me exactly what was wrong with my teeth and a plan to fix them later all out for me comfortably the staff was super friendly. The doctor was super friendly. I had a great experience. I’m glad that this is my new dentist now.

Negative experience: Our premium teeth cleaning service is priced at $750, subject to insurance coverage. A separate fee of $600 applies for hydroxy regeneration procedures. The practitioner's focus appears to be primarily on financial aspects rather than patient well-being.

Positive experience: The dental office could be great, but it's frustrating how much they push additional services. Definitely double-check your bill, and if possible, look for a more transparent practice that won’t tack on charges without explanation. While I was there, all I kept hearing was how every patient supposedly needed a crown—it felt excessive and made me question how necessary all these procedures really are. I'm not a dental expert, but it just didn’t sit right.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team!! They are so nice, welcoming and easy to work with. Child with ASD and sensory issues was no problem for them. They were able to work around things like headphones and get them in and out quickly. Would recommend for anyone, any age, any support needs to try them!

Fantastic experience: From beginning to middle to end the entire staff was kind, caring and gentle. I'm not a brave dental patient. I felt no pain!! Absolutely go here and bring the kids and Grandma!!

Negative experience: Don't waste your time, you can tell this place is all about billing. I should have known better when I called asking about availability and mentioned to them that I have to get work approval before confirming appointment for that day. They called 10 miutes later asking if I still wanted to go ahead and make the appointment. I figured, why not, it's next day and there wasn't availability at mine. When I went in, it seemed fine. had Assistant take pictures of the inside of mouth, but noticed that she was touching surfaces and went back to the computer and camera as it wasn't working, but didn't switch out gloves and reused the disposable plastic on camera, while using same gloves to push it down. Suite itself seemed like it wasn't cleaned or at the least wiped down. Dentist focuses on one option (pricier) rather than giving all options, especially when you explained what you were trying to do all along. I was going to go along with doing the pricier option just to get it out of the way, but They don't take online HSA payments and won't do anything unless you pay that moment. None of which was explained on the phone, and when I did call they stated that I would at least be leaving with a temporary fix. Well, that was a lie. Temporary fix isn't even covered by insurance and they make no guarantees that it would help protect from infection or etc from day of to next visit.

Fantastic experience: Essington Dental has always done a great job with my family, the staff is courteous and all dentists and hygienists are knowledgeable and professional. I’m also very fond of the fact they provide a variety of options for various services that may be required which is nice. I would highly recommend visiting them!

They explain every detail of your treatment and how much or how little you want done is your choice They do not pressure you into expensive unnecessary procedures. If you are looking for a professional and friendly dental practice give them a call. They will win you over from the minute they answer the phone.

Negative experience: Only giving it 1 star because I have to in order to make a review. Called to book an evening appointment for a regular cleaning in July they didn’t have any availability until August. I haven’t been to this dentist office since 2021 the receptionist never asked about updating any of my information on file when I scheduled so I went about my normal routine of setting a reminder to myself for a dentist visit Aug 6th at 5pm. I received a total of 5 emails about my appointment scheduling one specifically being last Thursday to confirm my appointment by responding “yes”. I responded that same day “yes”. Specifically 2hrs before my appointment I received a reminder email of my appointment. I arrived 30mins prior to my appointment time Incase I had to fill out new information in regard's to my insurance. All to be told that my appointment was canceled due to them trying to contact me several times via phone and not being able to get in touch with me. I showed the receptions all my emails PLUS my email back “yes” confirming my appointment. All for them to tell me they can squeeze in an X-ray and something else but not a cleaning until 2 months from now for a 5pm appointment. I then provided 6 different days from 11am to 2pm for the month of Aug I could be free to COME BACK for a full appointment like I originally scheduled! The soonest they could get me in was September, a month out so now I would be waiting 2 months to be seen for an appointment I called for in JULY. As mentioned never once was I asked when originally scheduling my appointment back in July about any updates or edits needing to be made on my profile besides me volunteering that my insurance changed and providing that information. Extremely frustrating situation and no one in that front office could tell me anything besides their emailing system does not always work or they do not check it. This was the worst experience I have ever had, I left saying to forget my appointment or any rescheduling and do not update my phone because I will not be returning due to how unorganized and un accommodating this organization is for an issue that is not my fault. Never once did I receive a cancellation email either that my appointment was “cancelled”. Would never recommend anyone to come here and get serviced. Adding in a screenshot of my emails from them as proof.

Negative experience: I READ the reviews before I arrived at this office as a NEW patient and I was NERVOUS about the over charges and high prices. In reality, everyone has different experiences right? Well, the reviews on here WARNING you about how EXPENSIVE this office is 100 % TRUE!! I came in for a consultation and I need Periodontal cleanings plus 2 crowns and 1 more treatment. This office quoted me $1,808.00 as MY OUT OF POCKET. I immediately went to another TRUSTED office that other family members had treatment and guess what?? For the VERY SAME issues I was quoted $643.00. In my opinion the Hygenist at this facility seems on spot. Very nice people there. But the bottom line, you can't price gouge people! This is not a car dealership! People have to work VERY HARD now a days and I'll be darned if I let someone dip into my cookie jar like that!! Greedy gets you NO WHERE so I will NEVER step foot in that office again. You DECIDE.

Fantastic experience: To say I had a phobia about the dentist is an understatement. This team has not only been wonderful about dealing with that reality, they’ve done great technical work, and the team as a whole is delightful to work with. The office has state of the art technology, tons of openings, and are genuinely glad to see patients return. I’d recommend this practice to anyone who has avoided or disliked dental work. And if you don’t fall into that category, you’ll still love getting all your dental needs met by this great team.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about this place! First of all, I'm traveling on business from Ohio. I had some serious pain in my back upper right area mouth. It turns out I had an old filling and some decay, and it was very painful and sensitive to cold. I had been dealing with it for a while until I couldn't take it anymore. Not being a current patient and only an appointment to see what the problem was, I was so afraid they would schedule another appointment, but Dr. Sajan Desai and his awesome assistant worked me into their busy day to perform a root canal. I don't think I could have thanked them enough times. Both are incredibly nice and professional in every way. They saved me and I'm now pain-free!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! The highlight of the visit was Cathy with a "C" came in to check up on me. She makes everything better so be sure to say hi to her but she's a bit of a ROCK STAR so consider yourself lucky if she is available. Thank you, Cathy
